Well, it isn't going to make you look like a fashion model, and it probably isn't something popular girls wear, but if you like it, go for it!

I think its cute on younger girls, like girls under 13 But some over that age can pull it off C: You could also maybe try jean carpis or bermudas and a skirt over-- I wore that often and it was adorable....then again I was young when I wore it xD;

I tried 3 quarter tight jeans and miniskirt together before, it came out nice, although no one likes it. Here we rarely wear jeans because the weather is damn hot.
I suggest the skirt should be miniskirt, or above knee-length. While the jeans not being too loose, or it will look weird.
I also prefer a belt on it. 3nodding

I'm more of the jeans, Capri & shorts type of girl. I don't wear skirts or dresses very often. Mostly because I'm a tomboy.

I think it looks awful, Hottopic looks awful as well, everything from that childish unflattering store.

The only way I can see that working is if you go full-on 90's grunge style. Then it would be a very coherent look. However, day-day with normal clothes it's not something I'd find aesthetically pleasing. You do what you want, though.

 It depends on the style of skirt and jeans. I can go either way. But I wouldn't want to wear it every day.

oTrissa I think it looks awful, Hottopic looks awful as well, everything from that childish unflattering store. Personally, I like Hot Topic. Mostly because they have anime/video game shirts. I do find some nice accessories, like gloves. They also have Lolita stuff once in awhile.

Post style by PhallenPixie I don't but it's all personal taste. I design so the quality and stuff they put out just isn't to my liking, it's over priced for the quality. I'm sure there are some cute things in there but the only thing I buy from them is tongue rings.

Even then, the only clothes I buy are anime and video game shirts. I mostly get accessories. But Hot Topic is pretty much the only place I can shop near by that isn't strictly online.
Because I'm a plus size, it's easier for me to design my own clothes.

Not a big fan of dresses... Some hinder your movements if you need to move quickly, while some just... Yeah.. Blow in the wind like a flag around her legs that soon blow upwards. lol.

Why care about others' opinions? If it look good then do it. If not then don't do it.
I've sometimes wore skirts/dresses over jeans. Or at least tops that can be considered dresses. I have some tops that go to just past my hips, others halfway to knees. I've worn them with jeans oftenl.
