Talim was the last person that would want to be here tonight, all she wanted to do was cuddle up in her pajama's, watch a chick flick and drink down some hot chocolate, however it seemed that she was wanted here. She could not really explain why she felt she needed to appear, but a voice was calling to her. So here she was, with her snow globes safe in her bag.

Looking around, it seemed that she was not the only one who got the memo. She had been haunted by the voices for days and she was beginning to think she had finally lost it. Her candy coloured eyes looked around, for the time being she remained silent.

... She was here, now she wanted some answers. Before long, she was drawn to the fountain. Why? WHAT THE HECK WAS GOING ON? Why where all these people here? Why was she here? She did not know and not knowing was annoying her.

... However for some reason it felt right, she wondered over to the fountain and she closed her eyes taking in a deep breath. Something strange was going on... that was for sure. Who knows maybe she was dreaming? I mean no one is dumb enough to come out in this weather... right?

There was a fog in Coralie's mind made of memories, hopes, and fears. It obstructed everything in front of her eyes but the fact that this globe whispered to her in a voice that sounded so very similar while looking just like her mother and playing the lullaby from her childhood. All that Allie could think about was her mother, how she might be here soon, and how everything might be alright. The only thing that had pierced through that fog at all was guilt; guilt about the present that the girl had obtained for her surrogate father that was now sitting in the bottom of her most private dresser drawer.

After all, she did love Perry!

But when the call had come to go to the center of downtown, Allie'd barely even bothered to put her clothes on. There had been the thought to henshin but her power signature was such that she did not want at all to deal with others on this most hopeful of nights. Wouldn't it have been silly, to be captured by the Negaverse just as she was about to see her mama again? So the navy winter coat had gone on over her jeans and sweater, pulling boots on before carefully swaddling all of her accrued snowglobes into a bag. There hadn't even been a thought about footprints or the telltale tinkle of Christmas bells in her hair to betray her sneaking from the house to Perry.

She had to get there.

Had to.

The shock when Coralie arrived however, had been nasty. What were all of these people doing here? What significance did they have to the Moon Princess when her child was there?! The darkness that slept inside the princess started to raise its ugly head and fists curled at her side, eased only by the fact that again the voice sounded in her mind. The fountain? Why the fountain? Everyone was pulling snowglobes from their bags, their pockets, removing them from the warm cradles of their arms to set them gingerly on the ice. No. No!

She wasn't going to let go! They were the only tenuous connection that was left to her beloved mother and no one could make her give it up! Except logic, purest of all things, reasoned in the way that Mercury had taught. If Coralie simply placed the globes on the ice with the others, perhaps the power of their hope and love might beacon the princess back to her home? To her daughter? Then they could be together again...it was a siren lure.

In the end, Coralie Williams placed her spheres on the ice one by one in a crescent moon shape...all but one. One remained, in her pocket. Just in case.

The fountain? The voice hadn't come from a pinpointed source, leaving the older male to glance around. What had he expected? Hearing voices was becoming a habit, albeit a worrisome habit as well. "Heh." The sound was wry, yet fond. What else was he supposed to do? This had stopped making sense a long time ago.

Senri's head tilted up, but he sent a backwards glance at the seemingly innocuous object. The Armani bag already sat upon the edge of the fountain with the snow globe inside. But Seni had the feeling that that was exactly correct, pulling the glass object from the bag.

He placed it upon the ice within the fountain, blue eyes that were not filled with trust nor distrust. He stepped back, but stayed close to the fountain, more intent on observing the object. Snowglobes were piled on top of each other. Senri pulled away the cigarette, letting out a puff of smoke. The brightly lit end of the cigarette glowed brightly, and then faded.

What was he feeling?

Desma might have questioned her sanity had she not been sort of thrown into things when it came to the oddities of Destiny City. Although she'd seen a lot of the videos and photos of the senshi on the news, she'd now seen them up close and well, very personal and she'd seen youmas too, those nasty monster things. So when the beautiful voice had spoken to her from her small treasures Desma was not going to question, after all that voice! it seemed to familiar- the one she'd heard in her dreams, and now it was coming from her snow globes.

She'd donned her favorite pair of torn up doc marten boots and jammed her hat tightly over her ears. She was going to see this thing through to the end. Des walked briskly listening to the snow crunch beneath her boots as she made her way toward the fountain and town square.

To Desma's surprise she found that there were many people heading toward the fountain. Many people heard the beautiful voice, she stared the crowd curiously.

-It had only recently began to dawn on Aurora how fixated she had become with her dual globes that adorned her nightstand. Her feelings of loneliness and longing seemed to be fed on by the crystalline globes, leaving her with days where she realized she'd lost hours simply starring whistfully at the singing creations. And then they'd began to talk.

The particular nudge that had insisted today had caused a moment of trepidation for the girl. The thought of taking them outside was horrifying... and the thought that something might actually be there was.. well sanity questioning. But try as she might she could not fight the urge, ecspecially after the message popped on the phone from Tallulah.

It had been a quick trip, and when she arrived Aurora was startled by the sheer amount of people who had gathered, so many familiar and strangers. Drawing forward through the crowd she tried to pull closer to the fountain, cradling her snowglobes delicately in her sachel.

Noticing the ebony haired girl nearby placing her globes on the ice Aurora followed suit, placing her two with the growing collection.-

-When she'd first recieved the snowglobe it'd seemed like a cruel joke. A wound even, poking and prodding her wrestling loss with each time she happened to see it. At one point she'd even dumped it into her sock drawer out of frusteration.

She hadn't realized there might be anything special about the globe when she'd felt the urge to take it out again days later. Or the more and more frequent urges to play the tune.

Aitana hadn't bothered putting her globe in anything, simply toting her prize grasped within two hands as she neared the gaggle of people. Her eyes searched for her friends, or some idea of what could possibly be going on as she pushed her way towards the fountain.-

-Corey was quite certain the voice talking to him lately was stress and sleep induced. Too many hours working in the arcade... too many guys with their ringing bells in front of every damned store trying to hustle you out of your last cent.. The holidays were exhausting.. albeit brightly beautiful and wonderfully smelling.

Perhaps it was something other than chance that sent him walking past the Town Square after he'd closed the arcade down for the night. It had been depressingly slow anyway. Eyes growing wide as he neared he eyed the crowd with mild awe. Two thoughts hit him, both drawing forth an amused and excited grin. Either he'd stepped into some big 'soon to happen' flash mob or some place had found the most kickass advertising strategy. Why hadn't he thought of it!

Getting cozy among the others around he peered around, watching and waiting for something that the Emporium might be presenting soon.-

The glass surfaces of all the snowglobes gleamed merrily under the Christmas lights, reflecting the specks of red, green and white in a display that was nothing short of dazzling. Hammie was smart to take out his camera and snap a picture or two while he had a chance: the sight was definitely worth being put on film, even with some of the magic of this moment impossible to capture on camera.

As the final ones were placed, the breeze around them picked up yet again, gently swirling around them... just enough to tease at all the bells and make them ring together a merry tune, fitting of winter festivities. It produced the kind of fanfare that brought about the thought that it was meant for a grand spectacle of some of kind to come along with it.

Something was about to happen.

Azzo walked with Tony to sit his in the fountain. "I think you're right." He answered, "I like your dog." He said as she yipped. Frowning softly, "She doesn't like the cold does she?" He asked as they retreated.

-----

Istas made her way over when she could and set the snowglobe down curiously as she stepped back she tried to stay close. She wanted to see what happened, she shifted softly watching others as they sat there's down.

-----

Alexis looked at the snowglobe curiously as she walked over to sit hers down and back up. She stood near Istas looking at the little girl, "Are you alone Istas?" She asked curiously looking at the girl that was in her art class with a frown. This wasn't good if the child had managed to sneak out of her house. She watched as the child nodded her head softly.

Randy watched the globes, smiling faintly as he tilted his head to one side, the melody helping him forget the d**k of a boy who had just completely failed to acknowledge his existence. Their song was almost magical- it was making him feel like something really big was going to happen. Of course, he had already been feeling that way, but now it suddenly felt… imminent.

This was totally awesome.

Smiling, he looked at Tony a moment, wondering if the older man found what was happening as amazing as he did. Naturally, he was doing his best not to smile or look too much like a geek, but if Tony got excited… maybe it would be okay if he showed a bit more of his own emotions too.

“This is totally supermurgitroid, isn’t it?” He asked the man, refraining from grinning childishly.

Against his better judgement, Paris left his snow-globes in the very center of the fountain and hopped off, squeezing in between a few people so that he could stand by the fountain's edge and stay as close as he possibly could, waiting.

He wasn't sure what he was waiting for anymore. When something finally did happen, would it be what he expected? He made sure to keep an eye on his three snowglobes amongst all the others that had been piled on to the icy surface, not wanting to lose them. His face had gone numb from the cold, his eyes stung, and he pulled his wool jacket tighter around himself, trying to keep warm.

Now he had nothing to do but stand there and watch. But what was he supposed to be watching for? He didn't know and it bothered him. The woman was supposed to be here, yet she wasn't. She kept asking him, prodding him to do things, and though he did them almost without question, she still didn't show herself. It was frustrating, tiring even, and he began to wonder -- now that he was no longer in possession of his snowglobes -- if he was making a mistake.

Leaning against Hammie, Gabbie watched the snowglobes as they reflected light and color. As the entle breeze swirled, making the bells dance and ring, she closed her eyes and simply enjoyed the moment. Maybe when Hammie got those pictures developed, she could talk him into making a couple extra prints for her to put into a scrapbook.

As she relaxed, her brain whispered in a tiny voice from somewhere deep within that was still connected to her animal instincts, Nearly time.

**********************

Snaking his arms around Gabbie, Hammie pulled her close and bent slightly so that he could rest his chin on her head. Okay, it was a little uncomfortable since she wasn't very tall herself, but he wasn't going to move for anything short of a miracle or a disaster. The camera strap was knotted around his wrist, just in case he saw something that screamed to be snapped. But as it was, he was more than content to admire the view, enjoy the breeze and simply wait for whatever was going to happen.

Now this, he thought idly, was the way that Christmas should be. Just peaceful and everyone together without fighting.

Tali looked on almost enchanted, resting down her own snow-globes and backing away, holding her hands together in a almost prey like position, her heart started to race. Like she was on a roller-coaster about to go down the drop. She did not know what was happening, however at the same time she could not bring herself to look away.

Bell hadn't a snow globe, and she didn't really know what this was all about, but a text message had brought her here, out into the damn cold. She hadn't been too reluctant to leave, thinking Ainsley asleep up stairs. Maybe Bell was just feeling pent up and ready to take any excuse to get out of the house.
However, there she was, puzzled as could be. She hadn't caught sight of Ainsley, as Bell was towards the back of the group. Puzzled. Completely puzzled.

Ainsley was far too distracted and short to even see her sister Bell at the back of the group and eventually after watching everyone put their snow globes on the frozen fountain she had taken a step back from the fountain, but just a little one. She didn't want to leave the snow globe, and all the other snow globes. They were looking so pretty, especially sparkling as they sat on the ice in such a large group. Without the snow globe her in hands, the child adjusted her arm and moved her prince Octavian Oswald to the center of her body, holding him justly and safely against her but holding him up high enough so that he could see the vast amount of snow globes on the frozen fountain too.

Tony looked at Azzo and nodded. He felt bad for poor Dogby, the way she was acting. She was pressed to his leg, not wanting to be exposed at all. As soon as he put the snowglobes down he picked her up again, holding her to his chest and putting his coat over her, keeping her wrapped up that way. He tilted her toward Azzo, so he could pet her if he wanted.

He looked around at the strange and familiar faces gathered, noticing Alexis and the young girl, who he remembered he had given a stuffed animal to once because Nate had been a jerk.

If only he could solve all the problems that boy caused that way.

His attention was soon drawn as the large gathering of snowglobes began to... well, he supposed it was singing, in its own way. The music, the building tension, it was thrilling, though he felt a twinge of hesitance, fear, in the midst of it. He backed up a step, keeping the two kids close to him, just in case.

There was always a need for just in case, Tony had learned, while living here.

He looked at Randy, nodding slowly, "yes this is... wait, what? Did you just make that up?" Under his arm, Dogby barked lightly.

Ume took her precious cargo forward, her hands were trembling slightly with cold, but wrapped in a precious length of a deep sapphire velvet she had salvaged they made it through the bustle and strange reverence of the crowd.
The contents of the little globe...so very like the queen whom had appeared at the dance, the voice...the beautiful blue eyes. Their queen... at long last... that one they hoped for and fought for, that she would return to be with her daughter as well, poor sweet girl whom she had knelt to in the aftermath of the meeting. She did hope one day to see her again, she wanted so much, and so selfishly to ask her what it was like in that foreign country that they shared ties to...it wasn't -wrong- to ask was it? She was just...curious, and books never did quite describe the feel of a place, the natures and the mannerisms. It wasn't that she didn't love her family... she just wondered sometimes...
Perhaps... perhaps... that slender ray of hope held of for peace, hope and blue eyes crested as she slid her snow globe into the marvelous collection.

---

Zac pulled his hood up before he even dared to get close enough to the fountain, he did not care for the feeling of so many eyes watching him, people stared as their friends and family placed their strange and suspicious treasures onto the fountain of ice.
Castor made things with Ice did he not?... He wanted to glance back to Audrey... to see if she was well but he wasn't sure he dared, he wasn't really up for meeting strangers right now. There was a headache that pressed in the back of his mind along with the sad song that still looped endlessly in his mind.
So distracted was he that he bumped shoulders with a young lady with cotton candy pink hair as she too placed her snow globe.
He glanced at her wide eyed for a moment, she seemed so young. He muttered an apology and backed away right on to someone else's foot which meant another sorry if a more irritated one as he tried to make good his escape.
