Audra's head spun to the door when she heard scratching at the door. The door had opened then to reveal the sheikah man standing outside the door. He looked vaguely familiar, and she certainly hoped he wasn't someone from her past. She didn't need the past creeping up on her now, not when she was perfectly content with her place in life. Trying to study what she could of his face, she frowned at the half mask that was there. Even with half his face covered, she was pretty sure he was someone she ought to be familiar with.
Her lips twitched and formed a small smile as he stooped to kiss the twilif. For a moment, it seemed as if the two males would really kiss but the sheikah kissed the twilif's cheek instead. Her attention was diverted when Isis answered her. "I met him sometime ago. He was searching for someone named Isis. His twin." The sentences were short and to the point. The sheikah stranger slid up to the bar, and appeared to be waiting for Dis to appear again. What a pity she had missed the scene of the two men kissing. Doubtless the mistletoe had been deliberately placed there for her entertainment.
It was frustrating for her, not being able to see his face. She hated not knowing who was around her, more for her safety than anything. Sure, she was a formidable fighter, but that did not mean she could be careless about who she was around. There were people who were better fighters than her, and she did not want to be in a situation where was at a disadvantage. Her lips pressed into a grim line as she continued to try to identify the man. She felt as if she ought to know who he was, but her brain was just not working right at the moment.
Arwendeil was curious about the wolfos who had just entered. His mottled green and blue fur was something she had never seen before. Curiosity getting the better of her, she approached him. "Hey there!" She greeted, settling next to him. "I'm Arwendeil." She introduced herself. Her blue-green eyes gleamed slightly in the firelight, her expression one of curiosity. She never understood why Audra was so keen on keeping herself out of most people's way. People were interesting. Espers even more so. Then again, she was biased about espers. But most people did find them fascinating. Espers weren't exactly the most common thing about. Speaking of being about, where did Scathach go now? Arwendeil worried about the was her fellow esper seemed to always be disappearing. "I wonder where Scathach is." She murmured. "He's always disappearing into the shadows."She frowned, looking around for the poe. Said poe was nowhere to be seen unfortunately.

Isis was, in all essence of the word, freaking out. This girl had met her brother?! And he was looking for her... she sat down for a moment, taking in what was going on and trying to get her brain to wrap around it. She had always hoped her brother was looking for her, and she had been looking for him as well, but up until now she never had any solid proof of the fact that her brother was still alive, well other than her gut feeling. She looked over at the woman again as she turned her attention to the male that had just walked in and stood up, walking around the guy now in the center of the bar and over to Audra, standing next to the woman next to the bar of all things, a hopeful look on her face. "You said you met my brother?"

"So you are that Isis." It was a statement, not a question. "Yes, I met him out in Hyrule Field." Audra shifted her attention to the woman. Her hair was falling out of its tie again. Sighing, Audra let it down instead of tying it up. She could always tie it later. Besides, it was good as a distraction in a fight. She had learned that once when her hair tie broke during a fight. The thick red hair was a good cover for an attack if necessary.
"Blonde, blue eyes, blue pendant like yours?" She asked, nodding at said pendant, which lay on Isis's chest. "He wandering around, so spotting him is rather chancy." She shrugged.
Scathach was behind Arwendeil, preparing to scare her. He loved doing this to her, especially when she wasn't expecting it. It was rather funny and was something entertaining for him to do as he made use of his powers. Golden eyes gleaming faintly as his barely visible self drifted behind Arwendeil. Reaching for her shadow, Scathach began to twist it into something fearsome. He let out a cackle as he held its shape, waiting for Arwendeil to notice it.
Arwendeil shrieked upon seeing it. "Scathach, stop it!" She shrieked, her voice high. She hated it whenever the poe did that to her, twisting her shadow. She heard a cackle as he released it and her shadow returned to normal. "Scathach!" Audra's voice was dangerously soft. The silly poe. Much as he was useful, she hated it when he played pranks on the starchild.

The low chatter and disappearance of the barmaid behind the mystery back door seemed to assure Akim that he hadn't been very noticed. Other then the few glance thrown his way when he had first entered the establishment and the obviously rehearsed speech given by the woman Akim assumed was the owner, he had gone rather unnoticed. A fact he was more then happy to find out, after all one can hardly be even a mediocre observer if he's pulled into the middle of the situation. And so for a few more moments, Akim was content to lean on the doorway, especially since the occasional draft of cold air blew in time from time due to the increasingly strong winds outside. Hm. It seemed that if he stayed too long getting back home might be a bit of a hassle. Luckily for him, temperature control spells were one of his forte, a skill he had been determined to learn and perfect especially after the time he had fainted in the desert due to heatstroke while all the other members of his team seemed to barely even sweat. He knew that he was a weak link because of his delicate constitution and that thought had rather...pissed him off. Weak people must always be protected by the strong, no?
The sound of a voice right outside of the door snapped him out of his thoughts. Tilting his head slightly, Akim strained to hear over the low chatter, badly hidden flirting, and thrown insults filling the room and the eerie howling of the wind outside. His sensitive ears could pick up the sound of a male's voice speaking in a rather cheery and slightly mocking tone to another. Akim caught the slight sound of what seemed to be the reply of the questioned other, an annoyed yet resigned huff, oddly coming from a height far below the other voice. A child perhaps? Or mayhaps a midget. Well Akim would soon find out as the door shifted and was swung open, just narrowly missing hitting Akim in the face. The rush of air was cooling though and a pleasant gift from the door though. Following in the breeze was a masked stranger with a canine of some sort at his side. The newcomer intrigued Akim with his pure white hair that was much longer than Akim's own, the odd half mask with it intricate design and twisted horn, and especially the large flute strapped to his back. The metallic tang of blood wafted in as well from his body, though it was barely noticeable through the scent of cooking food from the back of the room. But what really caught Akim's attention was the small puppy(?) by his side. Most of it's fur was a deep blue-ish black with swirly cyan marking very much akin to a Twili's. Akim then realized it for what it was, an Infernal Wolfos.
And then the tall (Ah...He seems to be even taller then brother... Akim noticed with slight surprise.) man turned and seem to finally notice Akim before peering up and spotting the sprig of mistletoe as well. Hm. What could the hemi-parasitic plant be hanging there for anyway? Akim wondered again. As if the man beside him had just read his mind, though Akim's slightly confused and thoughtful expression probably told it all, his question was answered. As he spoke, the stranger slipped an arm around Akim's waist causing his own eyes to widen a bit at the gesture. The tradition this man spoke of, odd that he had never really heard of it before. Ah..The man is leaning in closer. Akim noted with a mixture of shock and wonder.
And then suddenly there was the feeling of snow cooled lips on his cheek. They were soft, not that he had felt many other lips to compare them too. It..felt good on his heated skin and he relished the coolness for the few moments. The stranger was so tall that he had to bend down slightly to place the light gesture on his face. And light it was, almost like the brushing of a downy baby chick feather on the side of his face. A not unpleasant feeling at all, but rather comforting and and interesting sensation in all. He filed off this information into his mental database. And before he could say anything, not that he was going to, the man had pulled back and laughed, a smooth and fluid sound like a running stream, greeted him, and left to seat himself.
Akim stood there quite amused, a new piece of information had been gathered, and perhaps coming here would be worthwhile. Ah, but he was a very polite man and greetings should always be return, even if it were to be non-verbally. An almost mischievous twinkle in his eyes appeared and he silently stepped to the bar where the man had sat down. Standing off to the side of this person, Akim bent down and slightly brushed his own lips to the cheek of the white haired male. Straightening back up, Akim tilted his head a bit and gave a slight amused smile, almost a smirk before bowing in a way that seemed to indicate "Hello as well."
Following the man's example and sliding a card off the table, Akim wandered off to observe his former object of interest before the kiss, the stranger's Wolfos. Tucking the card into his sleeve, Akim noted the scrawled 6 on it's back.
[[Took card number 6, I don't think anyone else took it? Thanks!]]

It intrigued Delve, and pleased him, that the stranger didn't struggle or protest. He wondered, though, what kind of personality one would have that would allow a masked new arrival to kiss them on the cheek. Still, since the stranger had reacted so peacefully, it didn't hurt the mood of the party, and Delve was content to keep enjoying himself.
Out of his peripheral vision, once he sat down, Delve could see the other sheikah looking at him. Although she was of his race, he was uncertain as to whether or not she would recognize him. Especially not with the mask. Although Delve's hair was rather easy to recognize, he was not dressed particularly well, and he bore no obvious symbols of his power, the bandages and coat covering his chest. Beneath that, however, his tattoo of the shiekah symbol was another Delve mark. Although the symbol itself was associated with his race in general, its placement over his heart was a mark that spoke of his truth-seeing. He didn't look over at her, though; instead, he traced the texture of the counter.
Oneiros, for his part, heard the voice and turned to see a starchild. He tilted his head and huffed, taking a heartbeat too long to reply. "Greetings, Arwendeil," he finally said, with a voice coarse from disuse. He sounded too old for his puppy-like body. He tilted his head, and woofed once."I was given the name Oneiros... although my pactmaker has since changed his mind, and insists upon calling me Erebos." Oneiros huffed and rested his head against his paws, flicking his ears down. They perked up as Arwendeil wondered about something called "Scathach". "Into the shadows, you say?.. what exactly is a 'Scathach'?" His question was answered seemingly moments later, as Arwendeil's shadow became twisted. It didn't startle Oneiros at all, but his power involved the creation of illusions and his pactmaker travelled in shadow. So, in a way, Oneiros suspected that although their environment was more like Scathach's, he would find Arwendeil more pleasant in comparison. He tilted his head and blinked up at Scathach. He couldn't quite find the words, though a low growl was building in his throat.
Delve's attention was attracted by the sound of Oneiros speaking, which was abnormal even with him, and he watched the slight commotion as the poe played a trick on the starchild. The sheikah who had been eyeing him earlier called out to the unfamiliar ESPers, so Delve assumed that they were either in a pact with her or travelled with her for the time being. Likely a pact, to be in the bar with her. His eyes, silver at the time, seemed to reflect the bar back at anyone looking and he watched the sheikah briefly. She looked like a very serious creature. Delve sighed internally; What sheikah woman isn't? he wondered to himself. No, for life and light and knowing how to have fun, he preferred gerudo women.
Perhaps had Delve been in the bar alone, or had it been quieter, or had he not been thinking so distractedly, he may have heard the stranger approach. However, he didn't, and when he caught sight of something moving close by he didn't turn in time to affect the kiss. It startled an amused laugh out of him, a pleased sound; someone had surprised him. He looked up at the stranger, grinning, and inclined his head. "Well met," he murmured, as the stranger walked away, and seemed to watch Oneiros. It provided no end of amusement to Delve that his pup wolfos was receiving so much attention. Oneiros loathed attention.
All the better to tease Oneiros later. Delve would surely approach the stranger at least once more; someone who could both allow a stranger's kiss and approach them to offer one of their own, how interesting to Delve. Normally, he would assume that someone who'd allowed him to kiss their cheek with no complaint was meek, but to approach him afterwards and have the nerve to do that... He smiled to himself, and flipped the card over and back on the counter, thinking.
In the mean time, Oneiros was watching the stranger who his pact-maker had kissed. He watched the Twilif kiss him back, and huffed. "You really should not encourage a creature like that," Oneiros communicated to the Twilif, blinking his golden eyes slowly.

Finally, it sort of clicked in her head. He had long white hair, and the only person she had ever seen with hair like that was the Sage of Shadows. But what was he doing here? Most intriguing indeed. And he wouldn't look at her. Was he afraid she would call him out? Perhaps that was the case. Besides his obvious Sheikah heritage, there was nothing suggesting he may be the Sage of the Shadows. She watched him carefully as the twilif earlier came to plant his own kiss on the Shadow Sage. Audra snorted softly behind her hair. What a pity the barmaid was missing this as well.
Turning to keep an eye on Arwendeil and Scathach, she made sure that he stayed within her peripheral vision. She didn't feel very social at the moment, and it wasn't like she was engaged in scintillating conversation was she? Absentmindedly, she began to braid her hair into a long red rope, fingers deft and adept. Some distant part of her memory called to her, back to when she was a child and all that mattered was pleasing her teachers. Back before the whole mess happened. But no. This was the present. She refused to dwell in the past.
Arwendeil was still slightly shaken from Scathach's prank. He was always doing this to her, and she hated it. He knew it, so he did it all the more. Shuddering a little, she scooted closer to the fire where the shadows were less visible. Less opportunity for Scathach to creep up on her again. While he could appear and disappear at will, he hid best in the shadows. "Now you've met Scathach. He's a poe. His powers are tied to shadows. Basically he can control the shadows, use them to scare people and stuff. Like just now. Audra sometimes uses it to make herself invisible in the shadows." Arwendeil wrinkled her nose. "I can't understand why anyone would like shadows so much that they immerse themselves completely in it." Arwendeil added, shaking her head.
"So, do I call you Erebos or Oneiros?" Arwendeil asked, curious about the wolfos pup. "What are your powers?" She had a lot more questions, but these few were the ones that piqued her interest the most.

If someone wasn't wholly distracted the ten minutes before Dis returned, they may have heard a few crashes come from the back room, followed by a faint cursing. Eventually, all noise from the back room ceased and the barmaid came out carrying as much as she possibly could, probably more than some thought even possible.
Her left arm was positioned nearly straight out with the wrist up, and she held a stack of bowls in the palm of her hand with two pies down the rest of her arm. On Dis's right side, a container of soup housing a ladle had been positioned onto her waist and held tight with her right arm whose hand carried a cake. The soup was hot, and cloth had been placed between her skin and the soup's container, but the heat still protruded through, albeit weaker, and she wanted the thing off as soon as possible. Dis wasn't even sure if she would make it, but she decided any good barmaid would damn well try. She didn't say a word or notice the newcomer while she stared at the nearest unoccupied table and tried to move along at a reasonable pace.
As soon as she got to the table, after a few near mishaps and stern 'Don't Help' looks, Dis crouched and shoved her hip against the side, releasing the container from her support with a huge sigh of relief. Next was the cake, plain old yellow with some white frosting and cut into triangles. Then, she placed the bowls and pies with them using her newly free hand. Ignoring any possible looks questioning why she did it the difficult way, Dis smiled and waved a hand to the food, adding an, "Enjoy!" to the gesture. Her confidence definitely went up a tad.
Grabbing the cloth formerly used to protect herself, she nonchalantly mentioned, "Oh, and I'll have your drinks momentarily," before turning to make her way back to the bar. Realizing there was a new person at the bar, she smiled and greeted him, asking, "Can I get you anything?" Inside, she cursed herself for taking so long, wondering what mistletoe mischief she may have missed.

His skin was quite smooth as well, much like his lips. Akim mused on the kiss he had just gave. He wasn't one to normally go out and do such things, but this person had rather interested Akim. Plus he had provided Akim with some new cultural information. Anyway, kisses weren't very important to Akim either way. In fact he was quite used to them being used culturally, such as one of his transferred coworkers who happened to kiss everyone on the cheek as a greeting normally. It was an odd quirk of his brought from his heritage, and Akim had spent a few days observing this new person at first. But not the point, Akim was quite intrigued by cultural differences and tended to be quite willing to try them out. Ah. He was beginning to stray from the main idea again. Perhaps it was because he tended to spend so much time just thinking about things that he didn't speak as much as a normal person. And yet this was bothering him right now, while he could focus perfectly, in an obsessive way when he was interested in something, why couldn't he clear his thoughts right now? The constant thoughts running around in his head, the drive to figure out something, the desire to know every single detail about something.
And suddenly Akim was standing right in front of the Wolfos. Hahn...Unconscious body movement. Akim noted with slight amusement and let out a silent sigh. Stepping a bit away as to not crowd the little group of espers on the ground, Akim slid down to settle himself in the room's corner closest to the little puppy. Suddenly a voice rang in his head startling Akim enough for him to flinch. Eyeing the owner of the voice, from the connotation and recent events only the Wolfos really fit the bill, Akim quirked up a side of his mouth in an almost sheepish look. Ah. But I believe greetings should generally be returned. Akim thought wryly in return though he wasn't sure if the message would get through. Yet Akim still dipped his head in an apologetic bow. But the cute canine needn't worry since Akim had no real desire to interact further with his partner. Akim let an entertained smile flit across his face at the thought but soon returned to his observations of the canine in question.
The rather annoyed expression on his face, and the manner and tone he spoke in suggested a very mature and cold personality, likely one that was stuck with rather immature people. He seemed resigned to being teased though he would resist if it was really getting on his nerves. The markings on his body soothed Akim giving him a feeling of comfort and gentle recognition being similar to his own markings on his skin and the ones his family bore upon their bodies as well. Akim felt the oddest, well not quite that odd, urge to walk over and run his fingers into the pup's fur and pull him close. In fact his fur looked quite soft and the color gave Akim a sinking feeling such as one would feel standing out in an empty open field at night. The feeling that you're falling into the darkness wrapping around you. The feeling Akim found to be most comforting considering his race and personality. How fascinating this esper was turning out to be.
And yet there was another worthy entity close by that had piqued Akim's interest. The slinking shadow near the Twilight pup, Ah. That's what the Wolfos reminds me of. And it explains why he appeals to me so much. Akim mused with a pleased look., looked to be an interesting thing. And so it turned out to be, a thing deft in the manipulation of shadows! A floating shadowy figure that hid itself in the darkness. It was a bit similar to Sindri in size though she wasn't capable of levitation. The tattered deep indigo cloth fluttered around the Poe as it moved, in fact it would seem as if the cloth itself was all that made up the Poe if not for the glowing yellow eyes peeking from deep in the hood. How like a Garo...

Dis had glanced down at the bar's counter, thanks to a habit of looking for something to wipe up, and completely shoved away her former comment. What had indeed caught her eye was one last card, number one to her surprise, and she gasped. "OH! I almost forgot about our little game." The barmaid pocketed the leftover card, sure no one else was going to take it, and smiled. "Alright then! All everyone with a card has to do is open it. Your card will either say naughty or nice inside, and the single person with the nice card wins a prize," she winked jokingly at the travelers, "you don't get rewarded for being naughty after all."Quote: exclaim Whoever picked number 6 won!
___Number six is the ONLY nice card! Everyone else has a card that says naughty!
1 - ___ 2 - Adriana 3 - Isis 4 - Delve 5 - Triton 6 - Akim 7 - Audra___If you would like Akim to claim his prize, please have him do so by somehow alerting Dis.
The barmaid realized that she should check card one herself in case that had been the one to say nice, she really didn't remember which one was supposed to have it, and pulled out the card. To her pleasure, it indeed said naughty. She smiled and hid it away, a nice souvenir to this event. "Well this one isn't a winner."
Ready to hand out drinks, Dis took this time of everyone checking their card to pass them out. She moved to each customer's area in sync with whoever opened their card next, giving a complimentary pout and "Darn" to those that hadn't won. They'd get another chance soon though, she had more than one fun game planned.

xxxxxAdriana was not stupid. She'd seen the way Triton looked at the red head, apparently named Audra; she could tell that if Audra offered, Triton would snatch her up in a heartbeat. Adriana pouted a bit longer and then said, "Oh I'm so very sure, and I'm the daughter of a twilif." She was such a jealous thing she was. Ezhno snorted, but said nothing. She glared at him a moment, with a puffy sort of indignation, like the sort a five year old gets after you take away their toy. She quickly returned to her previous demeanor though, desiring to make a good impression.
xxxxxHowever, the man's next comment caught Adriana quite off guard, and she rapidly blushed and even brighter shade of pink. He likes ... me? she thought very slowly and thuggishly. Shaking her head though, she defiantly said, "Well this piece of merchandise a'int for sale. No matter how much we want it." Her eyes opened wide as she realized she had slipped the word "we" rather than "you." How infuriatingly embarrassing. Now her secret was gone, slipping lazily right out of her mouth. Gone, like the wind.
xxxxx"Ahh ... uhhh ..." she mumbled looking for a new subject to cover up her latest blunder. Glancing around the bar, she saw no source of conversation. The barmaid disappeared behind in another room, and a new twilif had walked in. It wasn't anything really special, but luckily Triton had started talking again. If you asked Adriana for a recap of his speech though, you definitely wouldn't get one from her. She wasn't paying attention in the least, she was simply trying to hide her embarrassment- which in turn just made it stand out all the more. She glanced around, avoiding his eye contact as much as possible, and watched as a sheikah now kissed the twilif that had walked in. Such was mistletoe, never giving good luck, Adriana thought sadly. Well that wasn't really correct. She had actually had good luck, but she wasn't about to tell anyone that!
xxxxxBy the time Adriana tuned back in, she heard the man mention something about tricks. Changing the subject, she said, "Card tricks? I'd love to see some!" she had meant to say it with fake enthusiasm, but it came out rather real sounding. Adriana really did love illusions and such- and even more so figuring them out. Some simple tricks she performed to attract customers; but more often than not it involved Ezhno. She was no entertainer in the least. Unfortunately, she hadn't caught the "real magic" end of the bargain- and as such, was not aware of the risk. Regardless, she sat on the edge of her seat, staring rather intensely at the man for a moment or two. Then she looked down and said, "Th-that is, if you want to."
xxxxxUnforunately, her entertainment was cut short, as the small barmaid returned from her adventure to the backroom and began an announcement about the stage cards they were given. Apparently, one card would be determined a winner, and would get a special prize. Adriana liked the sound of a prize. One more thing to sell as merchandise. Excitedly, she opened her envelope and closed her eyes as she pulled out her card. "Wouldn't want to ruin the surprise now, would we Ezzy?" she said, eyes still closed. All at once, she opened her eyes, only to reveal the word naughty written in big, but neat handwritten. Adriana's heart sunk, she hated losing. However, she smiled at Triton and said, "Well darn. Looks like this gal's ran outta luck." She closed her eyes and took in the firelight, then opened them quickly and said, "Oh! What did you get pardner?" Maybe she could cajole him into giving her the prize!

Triton watched with enthusiasm as a few others filtered in through the pub and further fell into the trap that was the dreaded mistletoe. The fact that it was two males made it even more amusing to watch! A twilif and sheikah exchanging a friendly kiss, though the sheikah did it with quit a bit more flourish then the quiet soul he'd ended up paired with. There was something about the white haired male that made his skin prickle, something more then his dress and devilish good looks that made him curious.
Triton's attention didn't waver for long though, Adriana successfully keeping him occupied with her minor slips of the tongue, and the girl had the cutest stutter he'd ever heard. "Well now I may be a bit of a rouge, but I know better n' to think of any woman as 'a piece of merchandise', been slapped one to many times for making that mistake." Triton didn't miss the way she'd said We, and wasn't going to fool himself into thinking she could be bought one way or another. Maybe miss Aria was the type who needed wooing then? At least a bit of impressing on his part, for she didn't at all come across as an easy type... Young and sweet, but not a bit easy.
"I'm afraid that I'm just as naughty as you are Aria, though I cant say I consider myself out of luck for it. After all I did get to meet you didn't I?" Triton purred, he was being an absolute sap; and was sure sure that Dis had something to do with the way the cards went..or maybe it was just pure coincidence? For once though, and this was a rare thing indeed, Triton didn't particularly care if he won the prize or not. Dis was always fabulous about her games, and the way she'd set everything up had made the evening most enjoyable. Would have been ten time's better if the woman'd hurry up with his drinks, but he wasn't about to complain.
"Now about my tricks! I'd be more then happy to preform for you, and I'll do it free of charge!" Even if she hadn't seemed a bit excited he'd have gone on with it, he loved his tricks, and if cards we're what the lady wanted to see then cards is what he'd give her! "Hopefully our busty--ehm busy-busy, hostess will have our drinks by time I'm done" Triton chuckled reaching into a pocket inside his coat to pull out a pack of chu-cards. Simple cards with various species of chu painted across the surface. Blue, black, red, green and gold, they were Triton's favorite, not just because they were cheap either. "Now the way of the game is to find the gold, the gold gets you something special, the others getcha' nothin' but a nasty surprise." Triton smirked making a quick shuffle through his deck, pulling out the five he'd need and pocketing the rest.
"There's five cards, but you only get three chances.." Laying the five cards out face down between him and Adriana, a sly smile spread across his face as he watched the girl eagerly. "I promise you this is one of my better tricks..better then making em vanish in your ear and out mine at least."

As the barmaid returned with a pot of soup, some cake and two pies. She was quite generous, considering she could have made a good deal off the food. Audra smiled a little and helped herself to some soup and sipped at it. The barmaid was quite daring to have carried all that and not have dropped any of it.
When the barmaid announced that they could open the card, Audra let her curiosity get the best of her and opened it. "Naughty." The card proclaimed. Audra snorted a little. Naughty huh? Well, it could be worse. At least she wasn't criminal.
Her lips twitched in a small smile as she returned to her soup, aware of the cheery atmosphere that seemed to be seeping into the bar. Her smile became wry and a little sad as she thought about how she would spend this night with her family.
Dammit. What was wrong with her? Why did she keep thinking of the past tonight? Why couldn't she just let those memories sit in the forgotten corners of her mind, untouched and neglected? She had to stop dwelling on the past. Setting her lips in a grim line, she finished her soup as she forced the thoughts from her mind and turned to watch the rest of the bar occupants.
Arwendeil perked up as soon as the food arrived. She was hungry, but she didn't want to go without making sure Oneiros or Erebos, whichever he preferred, wanted something as well. Sitting up, she tilted her head to one side. "Hungry?" She asked. "I'm going to get some pie and maybe cake. Want anything?" She offered. Meanwhile, Scathach was already haunting the table, eyeing all the food and clearly eager to eat something.

The scent of food drifting on the air soon caught Akim's attention. Just in time as well since the bar girl was calling for everyone to listen up. Akim cocked him head to the side wondering what she had to say. The woman cheerfully instructed everyone who had picked up one of the cards she had been giving out to now open up the item. Akim tilted his head for a moment musing about what cards she might be talking about, the hylian male flirting with a blond at a table was holding a pack of cards, clearly trying to impress his table mate. Shifting from his spot in the corner, Akim felt a thin, stiff object poke his arm. Ah. The card he had taken earlier. That was probably what the barmaid had meant. Slipping the card out of his sleeve, Akim brushed his thumb over the six scrawled on the front before flipping open the thing. Surprise! On the inside the word "nice" was scribed in curly and flowery writing. What did this mean? Akim wondered slightly. Didn't the Hylian Brunette say that the person with "nice" written on their card would get a prize? Akim's interest was peaked and he slowly pushed himself up from his seat on the floor and made his way to the bar owner.
Standing a bit to the side of the woman's point of view, Akim tapped the brunette on the shoulder lightly to get her attention. Smiling slightly, Akim inclined his head in a semi-bow before holding out his card to her. He wondered what sort of prize it could possibly be. Perhaps a book? Books were quite interesting to read and he enjoyed them immensely, but the Twili much preferred to go out and investigate things himself.
Looking over to the food laid out on the table, Akim's expression brighten up more. This was one of the things he had been originally looking forward to in the first place. The soup looked very hearty and homey in a rustic way. He would definitely try some and perhaps some of the cake as well. The pies looked appealing too, but Akim didn't feel that he would be able to consume that much food. He was notorious for being a light eater, many times compared to a bird for the small portions he ate. Not that he didn't like eating, far from that. Akim loved to try foods, he just wasn't physically able to hold down large amounts of it. Basically his stomach was quite small which accounted for his build. A tall but almost stick skinny Twili.
[[Sorry about the shortness (and lateness |||orz). I couldn't think of much.]]

Placing the drinks at their respective tables, Triton of course getting his lovely and somewhat noticeably smaller cup, Dis was happy to get it over with. The barmaid really wanted to be able to lay back and relax. She took a moment to think, Hmm.. I could - but her thoughts were soon interrupted by someone tapping her shoulder.
Dis turned around and looked at the Twili and then at the card he presented. It said nice! "Fantastic! Congratulations," she chimed. "I'll be right back." She left him standing there and returned the bar, bending down to rummage in something nestling underneath the counter. It was a sack filled with stuff. Boxes actually. She found it not too long after she found the fiddler down the road and hired him to play at the bar for tonight. No one was around it, really, and she so she dragged it back with the thought of games at her party. A misunderstanding had most likely occurred, but oh well! Finders keepers.
Grabbing the first box she saw, the Barmaid returned to the Twili, tossing the box from hand to hand on the way, clearly amused. She had no idea what was in the box, or if it was fragile, but that didn't stop her. She held it out in one hand, smiling and suggesting he take it. "Here you go." Hopefully no one would question where she got it. Though, it's not like she had to answer to them anyway!
Quote: If Akim were to open this box right now, he would find it held a Fairy Fragment!
__ Fairy Fragment: They are found in mini-games, events, and other such means. They are used to exchange with Muimyu for figurines in the guild!
It has already been added to your inventory! c:

xxxxxCuriously, Adriana listened to Triton as he talked, letting each of the words sink in before speaking. Giggling she said, "Sir, you ever been to Castle Town? Visit the town and then tell me that some women aren't a piece of merchandise." She thought back to her sister, how she would do anything for another pink, gemmed dress. However, as soon as the thought came into her mind she pushed it out of her head. Adriana really didn't like to think of her past life in the city. At least, unless it was about her father. She thought about him quite a bit.
xxxxxHearing Triton trying to win her over gave her mixed feelings. Triton didn't exactly try to hide it- Adriana could tell her was putting on the ritz. But did this make Adriana less embarrassed? Of course not. She blushed bright crimson, and clumsily responded, "Y-you said you liked things of value, didn't you? Well I don't see any item in your hands. That's bad luck." She said it matter of factly to try to divert Triton from her embarassment, but Adriana was always horrible at covering that sort of thing up.
xxxxxThen Adriana saw the barmaid bring out a big bag of boxes, one of which was apparently for the twilif. Adriana frowned as she saw the box handed over, a slight glow humming from the inside. She was sure it had something valuable in it, something exquisite that Adriana could treasure forever. There was just one problem. It wasn't hers. She pouted a bit, but made no obvious move to take the box. Maybe she would have Ezhno turn the twilif into a stone for a time so she could take the box later. As if sensing her thoughts, Ezhno's eyes closed and he shook his head in disapproval. Adriana made a small "hmph!" noise and stuck out her tongue at the esper. He simply gave her a glare, though nothing serious, and put his head down once again.
xxxxxTurning back to Triton, she noticed his excitement in performing a treat. He hadn't lied when he said he was an entertainer. As he pulled out the cards, she was a bit disappointed. Although they were pretty, Adriana knew they were cheap and that they were available all over Castle Town. Moving past that, Adriana was still eager to see him perform his trick. She listened carefully as Triton explained the rules, nodding at the appropriate time. It doesn't seem too hard, she thought, Probably has some trick to it. But prize ... well that's sounds nice after such a ..., she threw a glance over to the barmaid's bag, disappointment. Nodding she said, "Alright big boy. Prove to me that it's reeeal special," she said flicking his nose, like a dog.
xxxxxSmiling, she reached down and picked out the first three cards. No point in mixing them up. Might as well just get straight to the point. Smiling, she said, "This three please." Maybe throwing out her merchant smile would make him give a little mercy. Maybe not. But it was worth a shot, right?
