"Okay then." Leonard shrugged, deciding to give them to the Arcanine himself. It's not like he couldn't give it a shot, if it would prevent the dog Pokemon from burning the building down.
He slipped outside the room into the hallway the Arcanine was located. Reaching into the bag, he pulled out a yellow Poffin and hesitated. Hell, he didn't even know what flavor it liked. And was it so upset it would bite off the hand that fed it?

Whinny interjected within that small question of water towards Aila, her eyes giant, watery bubbles as they sat on her face.
"Wiggly . . . " she said, which basically implied an, "I would like water too."
In reality, she was hoping to use that water to splash it onto the medics' faces and possibly distract them to make her way into the other room. Of course, she would have done that if she wasn't crying so much with a mouth that tasted of tears. Water for drink first than water for Sorano later. If he ever woke up, which was unlikely.

Something snapped. "I want quiet!" she shouted, pounding a fist against the wall behind her as her expression took on a venomous snarl. Some remnant of her former self knew she shouldn't shout, especially not when everyone was still so shaken, but her reaction was automatic, and no amount of reason could stifle it.

Head jerking back in alarm, eyes blinking in surprise by the sudden outburst from the younger rocket. What in the word is this all about? they were so fresh off the mission that she couldn't really blame her for being upset but... Faleen just frowned softly.

Moloch was reluctant at first, but one step led to another and he began to follow Seth away from the doors, to the relief of all hospital staff present. (There was a strangled gasp for air from the orderly who'd been caught between a wall and a fuzzy place.)
Food did make people and Pokemon feel better, and the Arcanine's large nostrils flared a bit at the poffin and he gave it half-hearted snuffle, but it wasn't an appetizing flavor and he just as soon turned his massive head away to look back at the infirmary doors again, slowing slightly in his step.

"Or what? You are going to kill us too?" he had been a bit startled and it popped out of his mouth before he even thought about it. He remembered her up on the stage, waving a piece of glass around herself. He didn't see whether or not the child she held hostage was actually killed by her or not, but the grunt was dangerous. He thought the worst.
Sitting up her turned to glare at her, and this time there was no sunglasses to hide his true feelings about what she did. Disapproval. His poster suggested he was ready to get up if he had to.

The sudden contact of balled fist to wall made Whinny jump meters in the air, figuratively of course. Feeling scorned by the grunt, her eyes welled up with tears more. Soon, a shower of Wigglytuff cries spouted throughout the branch.
What had she done wrong? Why was Sorano dead? Was it all her fault?

Faleen turned to look over at Panther Sharply at his comment, frowning, first in puzzlement, but with a few more glances between the two, she got an idea of what the looks meant. Aila's acting very differently from what she knew her as. and the look Panther was giving her... that look. Faleen stepped forward, giving Panther a frown "Don't you look at her like that."

Perhaps Moloch would respond better if he treated the dog like Nadja treated him. Seth had to wrack his brain for a moment to remember how she handled him.
When Moloch started to move though, Seth nodded, "Good dog." The poffins were a good idea, but it appeared that the Arcanine had no interest. "Moloch, heel." If he remembered right, Nadja had used that command on him.
--
Will was also shocked by Aila's sudden outburst, but decided to let Faleen handle that one. Instead, he took a glass of water and bent down to hand it to the Wigglytuff as it started bawling. "Here you go. Don't cry."

Nyx stared at the poffin in Leonard's hand as Moloch sniffed it but eventually turned his nose up at the treat. "Don't feed Moloch treats. Miss Nadja keeps him on a special diet... you have to ask her first..." Nyx's voice trailed off and she looked back at the infirmary doors again.

"Did you even half see what she did? That wasn't another man with a gun, that was a little girl! She couldn't have been more then 5 or 6! There is no excuse to attack someone so young." to many people had died on that raid for him to be comfortable. The fact that one of their own might have killed someone, especially a little girl, it made his blood boil. Pokemon battle, sure, people trying to stop them with deadly force, absolutely, but a little girl? Now that he remembered it and saw her, the one who had attacked a young child in front of him, he couldn't control his anger, and the anger felt much better then the previous despair.

She leveled a gaze on the man that was both perfectly serene and deeply violent, supplying a matching tone to her words.
"Shut up." She stood slowly, deliberately. "Don't you dare talk like you know a thing about what happened there." She gritted her teeth. "Because you don't. You don't know a damned thing."

Moloch's ears perked up a bit at the praise - in fact, it seemed to do him quite a bit of good, reassuring him at a time real reassurance was far away. The Arcanine fell into step behind Seth, brushing Nyx with his fluffy tail as he went past.
His ears laid back, though, at the sound of rising voices from the lounge they seemed to be heading towards, and a little rumble of complaint rose in his throat.

Her eyebrows narrowed, thinning her eyes as her usually calm and pleasant features suddenly very cold, and very dark. Aila speaking, while not unexpected, snapped Faleen's attention away for a second. this was not good. "Panther, I suggest you back off, before you get yourself in a situation you really don't want to be in."
She held up a hand to Aila, as a gesture to try and calm her down. "Aila, its okay, don't listen to him," Her expression as much more gentle to Aila.

The water had calmed her, tenfold, and she remained quiet with long, thin ears spinning from each side of the argument. One shrill to another, a sharp answer back, humans could never get along could they? Lowering the glass to where it just settled between her paws, Whinny took a seat where she stood to watch the show. Sorano was dead, so her only entertainment was these two until they all got back to the base.
