(Oh I thought it was 'I have heard that quote before Hermione, right?' and I was confused)
Hermione nodded, smiling. The train slowly came to a stop. Almost immediately, the sounds of compartment doors sliding open and students talking filled the train.
"I'll meet you guys in the Great Hall." said Jenny, and left the compartment, still carrying her things. "Where are you-?" Harry began, but she had already left. "Probably off to snog Malfoy." Ron said irritably. "Oh come off it, will you?" Hermione said, rolling her eyes.

She looks at Jenny and then starts off "thank you for letting me sit with you guys" she smiles softly as she follows the croud. Victoria starts off by her self figuring that the others wanted to be by their selfs.
Draco grabbed his stuff and was walking behind the other slytherins deep in thought. he couldnt get his mind off what he heard durring the summer.

Jenny became lost in thought, thinking about Draco. Was it bad she had gone to the Yule Ball with him? Ron seemed to think it was an unforgivable crime. But he had been very sweet when he asked her....Afterwards, though, he had returned to being a total jerk. She hadn't noticed where she was going until she bumped into the very person she was thinking about. "Oh, sorry." she said automaticly, then blushed when she saw who it was.

Draco felt someone bump into him and he growled noticing who it was "watch where your going.." he turned and kept walking.

"Like you were." Jenny retorted. She turned around and went back to Harry, Ron, and Hermione.
"It was no trouble." Hermione said to Victoria as she left, smiling. She left the compartment and exited the train. Harry and Ron followed her. Jenny caught up with them and began walking alongside Hermione.
"Where were you?" Hermione asked.
"I bumped into Malfoy." she replied irritably. "So you did go off to snog him!" Ron said, as if he were interrigating her in court. "Don't be ridiculous. I got lost in thought and bumped into him. Then he said to watch where I was going and left. But I stuck a 'kick me' sign on the back of his robes." she added with a grin.

Draco ends up running into Victoria blocking her from going onto the carrage "what is with you hair.. its.. freekish" he pulls at it and she backs up her cat hissing at him.
Victoria didnt say anything as she tried to get away. she realized that the other slytherins where in her way. she sighs finally stating "get out of my way!" she snarls not liking being trapped.
"What is your name Freak" draco said smirking and grabbing her arm. he forgot about the cat who bit down on his hand.
Once her arm was free she backhanded him knocking him back. it confused the others so she pushed through her heart pounding rather scared as she angered the slytherins. she saw the ones she was sitting with before and she bolted over panting.

Harry took out his wand. "Harry no! You'll get in trouble and term hasn't even started!" Hermione cried. "Which means Snape can't dock points from me." Jenny was way ahead of them. She marched over to Draco and punched him in the face-hard. "You selfish, cold, ugly b*****d!" she yelled.

she grabs harrys arm "leave him" she looks at Jenny "just leave the a*****e.. jenny..." she laughs seeing draco getting punched. "we better get on the carrages before we are late and have to walk.." she walks over to Jenny taking her arm looking at draco who looked angry "My name is Victoria and if you bother me again I will break your jaw" she pulls Jenny towards the others.
Draco snarls not liking being threatened or being punched by a girl.

"I'm not done with him!" Jenny hissed. Hermione grabbed Jenny's arm, too. "Jenny, calm down." she said gently. Hermione was Jenny's best friend, and when she was pissed, was the only one who could get to her. Jenny took a deep breath and exhaled, relaxing. "Thanks." She mumbled, then got into the carriage. Hermione sighed with relief and got in, too. "Wow." Ron said breathlessly. He climbed in the carriage, followed by Harry.

Victoria sat across from Jenny looking at her "thank you.. but I think what you did probably made it worse.." she runs her hand back through her hair "why did he call me a freak?" she said to her self hugging Katie who had joined them on the carrage.

"Because he's a jerk." Hermione interupted her, as the carriages began to move. "Well done, Jen." Ron said appreciativly, "I'm impressed." "She could have gotten into serious trouble if Snape was there." Hermione said disapprovingly. "We're lucky he's at the feast." "I doubt it. Knowing Snape, he's probably in the shadows stalking us right now." Harry said, looking into the trees. "Yeah, but if he was he would have taken that as a great moment to take some fifty points from Gryfinndor." Ron pointed out. "Well, at least I can be assured Malfoy and you don't have a thing going."

"He's a teacher here. Head of Slytherin house, and totally unfair. He'll take away points just for reading a book outside. Except for his own students. They can be total jerks and not get in trouble." Harry said, irritated at the very thought of Snape. "He teaches Potions, but everyone knows he wants the Defense Against The Dark Arts job." "Speaking of Defene Against The Dark Arts, who do you think'll be teaching us this year?" Hermione asked.
"I dunno, but can you believe none stay more then a year? Let's see, Qurriel actually died-but he deserved it, working with Voldemort-!" Ron shivered at the name. "Lockhart was a total faker-" "Lupin was a very good teacher, probably the best we've ever had. Too bad he got sacked for being a werewolf-" continued Jenny. "-which is stupid." Harry said, "Moody was locked in a chest and being impersonated by a Death Eater-" "And Umbridge was a complete nightmare!" Jenny finished.

She listened to them smiling as she heard them all speak of old teachers "that was one of my best classes in my old school.. and are you talking about Remus Lupin?" she remembered that he was one of her mothers friends who came to visit once but she didnt remember much else and clearly knew the werewolf thing was hidden from her.
