God, if I could I would. The human body only needs two hours of REM sleep cycling per twenty four hours. Its not the quantity of sleep you need but the quality. I take 6 twenty minute naps per day, and thats ALL that I sleep. Click the link i provided, it'll actually teach you something. ^ Do this, I hear you'll be miserable from the sleep depravation (if you aren't already) but end result is that you'll have a good 22 hours to yourself like our terrifying yet dapper friend here Honestly, it works great for me. I'm a college athlete and have seen no downside in my performance at all following this plan. Soldiers in the field do this all the time, and it is demanded of them that they remain alert as possible. Enough proof for me that it works just fine. Its all in a matter of practice and actually getting into an adequate REM cycle.

Being able to do said polyphasic sleep schedule requires me to get to sleep. In order to sleep for twenty minutes, I need to lie down for four hours. And that's an understatement.

I don't understand the poll options. I feel somewhere between neutral and smile . I was feeling smile earlier but then I got tired because I was moving boxes and having to lift them up high and stand on my tippy toes and it hurt my neck for some reason. I think the reason it hurt my neck is because I have had bad posture in the last couple of years. I'm not sure though, that's just a guess.

A most interesting topic. Likely due to the flavor. Studies actually have shown that some negativity/conflict in a topic makes for more discussion. Everyone agreeing on someone usually leads to a dead end. SO SCREW YOU ALL!
Hehehe. Anyways, Polyphasic sleep schedules... I want to do a two sleeps cycle. Perhaps at some point... Current schedule in college would cause problems on Mondays and Wednesdays however.

I had an acceptable Christmas myself. Now on to the New Year. Then my Birthday. Then... nothing for a while.
Ugh gotta do a programming project soon. Due Jan 6/7th.

About Steam Steam is having HUGE SALES. Pretty much if you ever wanted some sort of computer game, check out what they've got on sale. You'll likely find something for cheap.
