Drake was walking along the main road when he fianlly saw the village up ahead. But, even as he approached the main gate, he had his mind on other things. He still had the "dream" he went through earlier still fresh in his head. This was strange, as normally anything dealing with his past was like a blur, knowing you saw it but unable to tell anything apart. This time, he remembered every detail, including the end, when darkness had surrounded him. And the voice he heard when it happened was still ringing in his mind, like a bad message that kept repeating. "THIS IS NOT YOUR GRAVE." Drake still didn't understand who or what said this to him, but he had a bad feeling about it. Drake shook his head. 'No point in trying to understand. I have to find an informant who can tell me anything about the Mist Swordsmen.' he said to himself. Once Drake had his mind clear, he noticed he was approaching the main gate to Iwagakure. He also noticed a pair of shinobi standing next to it, but paying no attention to him. Drake walked past them both as he entered the Village, and kept walking till he turned a corner and stopped where he was. Drake then let out a breath, never realising that he had held it when he approched the pair at the gate. Drake looked around a bit, noting that he was in an alley. "Well," Drake said, "Time to start asking around". Drake then walked out of the alley he was in, walking along the main road. He turned once he saw another street, walking along it, noticing the many people along it, and then he saw that he was walking along a street that was mostly shops. 'Perhaps someone in these shops might know something.' Drake thought. He walked a bit further, and stopped in front of a ramen shop. He looked inside and saw no one was around, but didn't see the owner anywhere either. He did hear voices in the back and the smell of ramen cooking. 'Must be in the back then. I can wait outside, maybe take a break.' Drake said to himself, then walked out of the shop, and side stepped so he could lean against the wall.

Takera wasn't use to extensive use of his sharingan, so if he weren't careful or got in a fight and exerted himself further, it might not bode well for him. As Takera surveyed the stands, streets crowded with people, and the general area, he noticed things he normally wouldn't. With the Sharingan he could see the enemies chakra. Takera could tell as he walked with Sorain and Zeru down the crowded streets that more was going on than what could simply be viewed by a normal person. Takera's eyes let him see people paying others under the table, pickpocketing others, and transactions between customers and merchants from a decent distance away. He could tell when peoples' chakras were active and when they weren't active. Not long after he realized that he could tell what people were saying, even through thick accents. The sharingan had far more practical uses than he originally thought. They all reached a 4 way split in the road going to different parts of the village. Takera turned to face Sorain as he heard his comment about who was allowed to kill them. He laughed lightly under his mask and hugged Zeru, then without realizing it, Sorain and then he hurried down the left path mixing into the crowd and searching through it for suspicious actions, words via lip-reading and whatever else he could depict from the crowd with his sharingan.

Did I just...? Takera walked down the street examining each person's lips who talked and keeping clear of those in the crowd who's chakras were more active. Reading the chakra he could tell what kind of mood they might be in. Predicting it'd be more likely for certain people in the crowd to start fights or interrupt his search was a very useful tactic. Through all his efforts as he walked down the street in the crowd of people, he couldn't pick up hide nor hair of anything that would lead him to the informant or swords. He knew it wasn't going to be that easy, but he had hoped. After working for a while he slowed his pace and ducked back behind a building. His sharingan had faded out at that instance and he had begun breathing heavily. After the nearly endless restless searching for Sai and Sorain and then getting destroyed in the battle, Takera had been pretty tired out as it stood, but not long after the loss his body was controlled and made to keep pushing forward regardless of the built up fatigue and strain his body had undergone he was still going strong till now. The healing that Zeru had done for Takera was refreshing but non-stop travel is taxing under wounds and such. After a second he caught his breath and mustered the strength to bring forth his sharingan once more. After doing so he moved out from the alley back into the crowd.

As he shuffled through the crowd and continued looking for signs of information about the informant his stomach began to growl obnoxiously. Takera began to wonder how long it would be till he could sit down for a while to rest and get a good meal. Just as the thought surfaced he fealt a presence really close. He whipped around in an instant, but subtle enough that it didn't attact anyone's attention. In the process he reached out and grabbed a kid that looked a few years younger than himself by the wrist pulling his arm out and up level with his chest, pulling him forward, then pushing his wrist forward. The force of his weight coming forward into the opposing force on his wrist caused pain to rush through his wrist. As the kids mouth opened to let out a noise signifying pain, he covered his mouth with his remaining hand and silenced him. "I don't care who you are or what you're trying to do. Leave before I'm forced to do worse." Takera spoke in a menacing whisper to the kid. The kid had listened to his words while focusing on his wrist and Takera slowly let go of the boy's arm and mouth. The child looked up to see Takera's face only to see the mask and the shadowy sharingan eyes through the mask. The kid paniced in fear and scrambled, stumbling and running away from him in fear. Takera immediately moved agily through the crowd blending back in until he saw a row of stands and at the end an actual old style ramen shop with cloth coving the entrance and only a counter with 6 seats to sit at. Takera's mind immediately shifted back to food. Without missing a beat he hurried over to the ramen stand, but about 5 feet away, the leaf shinobi he saw earlier on the path emerged from the ramen shop and stood outside waiting. Takera slowed his pace immediately and passed him by with his head hung a bit low. He moved to look inside the ramen shop. He could hear some words from the back, but no one was being serviced. In Takera's disappointment he wondered if maybe they were just fixing a problem or planning for something and would re-open soon. He'd only ever saw a ramen shop like this one once back in Mist and it wasn't around very long before the owner moved to a new proffession. He was almost at the point of drooling. He could just imagine the ramen being served to him once they started servicing customers. Takera ducked back out of the shop and stood infront of it waiting close to the hidden leaf shinobi.

Takera turned to look around at the crowd and see if he could get anything out of it while he was waiting for the service to start again. He knew they weren't done cause the smell was abundant and the station inside was recently used. As he turned he found himself looking at the leaf shinobi next to him. Under his mask, his jaw nearly dropped and his eyebrow twitched. How could I forget that he was here? Crap. My need for a warm meal and some rest has gotten the better of me. Takera immediately looked back into the crowd infront of him as the leaf shinobi turned back in his direction. He kept a careful eye on the person. He knew that this person didn't know what he looked like, so removing his mask wouldn't do him any real justice now. Though Takera wasn't about to let this guy just unmask him if he tried either. The plus for Takera now was that he knew this shinobi's face and what village he was from. At this point he was willing to sit down for ramen even with this guy near by. He needed the food and short rest or he'd fall apart. With that he continued to watch the shinobi, but he scanned the crowd as well. Suddenly the owner could be heard firing up the equipment again. A voice called out saying "Come and get it. We're back up for business." Takera went back inside parting the cloth as he walked in and sat down at the counter. He was almost drooling as he looked over the menu on the wall behind the owner above the cooking equipment. He quickly ordered a bowl of beef and vegetable ramen.

As Drake stood with his back against the wall next to the entrance the ramen shop, he observed his surroundings. Many people were in the street, all conducting there own buisness with the merchants, friends, or what seemed like just random people. Drake then turned his head to the other direction, and standing not to far from him was what looked like a shinobi, but he had no headband on. The only way Drake noticed the man was a ninja was the pouch he carried, which was where most ninja put there pouch for ninja tools. Drake did a quick look of the man. The man wore a long black coat, that had blue trims along the sides and arms. He wore gloves that had metal bands on the knuckles. His hair was short, and was a dim white color. Drake could not tell what the man looked like, because the man wore a mask, which was half silver, and half black. For a moment, this was all Drake could tell from watching the man, then a voice called out from the door next to him, "Come and get it. We're back up for business". Drake had completly forgotten that he was waiting for the ramen shop to open while he was studying the man that was near him. Apperently, the man was also waiting for the ramen shop, as when the owner called out that they were open, the man started to move toward the door. As he passed Drake, Drake saw the mans eyes as he passed threw the small eye holes he had in the mask, and Drakes face paled. Behind the eye holes was the Sharingan. Drake knew abit about the Sharingan, but never thought he would see it now of all times. Drake shook his head. 'Even if he is a Uchiha, I haven't given him any cause to attack me' Drake thought as he then tunred and entered the ramen shop. Drake then saw the man walk in and sit down a few seats away from the door, so Drake sat down, with at least two seats between him and the Sharingan-user. 'If one of the Uchiha clan is here' Drake said to himself, 'Then the rumors about the Mist Swords here in Earth could be true!'. Then the ramen shop owner walked over to Drake and asked "What will you have then?". Quickly, Drake turned to the owner and said "I'll have a bowl of your finest ramen, sir". The owner nodded, then walked over to the man with the mask, and asked the same question. Drake noticed that the man turned his head toward him, and he saw the Sharingan again. The man turned his head away from him, and looked at the owner.

Sorain shrugged Takera off the moment contact between them was made. What the hell was that all about anyway? What about their circumstances event gave the slightest hint that such a gesture would be acceptable? Sorain shook his head to clear himself of the thought of having to further travel with these weaklings. Turning his back to them once more he proceeded into the village main streets, placing a decent amount of distance between himself and his captives. He wanted to remain out of their general vision while still remaining close enough to regain control over them should the need show itself.

Sorain had not been entirely honest with them, while it was true that he had very limited information as to the location of the man that they were looking for, he did know more than he let on. In fact, he knew exactly where the cave was located, the only issue now was simply locating the man inside and convincing him to hand out the information to a stranger. Something that he was not entirely worried about, worst case situation he would attempt to layer on a thick enough Genjutsu to at least find a general direction, that much should be well whiten his abilities.

Turning his attention forward, Sorain proceeded in a direct bee line through the streets until he eventually reached a red wooden gate that circled a large banister. Sorain deactivated his Sharingan and closed his eyes, hoping that his enhanced senses would carry him away and verify rather or not anyone was currently residing in the cave just beyond this fence. As Sorain listened he caught signs of everything around him, the children playing, the store workers sweeping the ruble from their door steps, the many sources of running water than trickled down from the highest points of the surrounding mountains. But, to his dismay, he was unable to pickup anything from inside the cave. The interior was simply too hollow for him to pick up on any sort of sounds that could give him an accurate mapping. It was almost like looking into a well that was constantly rippling over its surface.

Sorain decided to throw caution to the wind so to speak, and simply go out on his gut instinct that this was the right place. From what he could tell, this was the only cave that had any sort of markings what so ever, not to mention the fact that it was covered with a wooden fence, there must be something inside worth protecting. Sorain tilted his head down to remain inconspicuous as well as to listen out for anyone who might happen be to be strolling by. As soon as he was sure that no one would notice him, Sorain quickly twisted his legs over the fence and sprinted for the entrance of the cave to avoid being spotted. Tucking into a roll, Sorain managed to slide himself into the darkness of the cave without anyone being tipped off to his actions. Inside the cave, there was nothing but total blackness, something that did not offput Sorain in the slightest. Being a man whom had lived his entire life in utter blackness, not knowing even the slightest rays of light, feels most at home when there was none to be found for anyone else.

Pushing himself forward, Sorain wandered the cave for what felt like hours, searching and searching through what had to be dozens of randomly twisting tubes, forcing him to more than one dead in and an amazingly large number of forked roads. Sorain groaned in protest as his frustration began to build even further in his chest, exactly how far would he have to go before he found something of note? It almost felt as though this entire cave was setup specifically to discourage anyone from attempting to navigate it, which could only lead him to the conclusion that what he sought after with such passion was in fact here. That thought alone, caused him to press forward, deeper into the Labyrinth that was the inside of this cave until he eventually cave across the slightest trace of success. A sound, a simple utterance that only lasted for a split moment, but it was all Sorain needed to reassure him that he was on the verge of discovering what he was looking for. As Sorain rounded the last corner he found himself stepping out into a wide opening, the air had seemed lighter, and the constantly ecchoing of the walls seemed to still themselves. This inner cave was similar to the one that he and his brother had found back in the Frost Country. After taking a few more steps, Sorain felt a wet sensation over his ankle, "Water?" He questioned. How could their be water here without him smelling it, or at least hearing some form of its running. Taking another step, Sorain allowed chakra to pour into his feet, keeping him level over the water. The water stretched on for a few yards before breaking way to more hard rocky surfacing.

"You have come seeking knowledge yes?" a voice echoed from directly in front of him. Because of the hollowed out walls, the sound bounced in every direction, making it impossible for Sorain to determine the mans exact location. Sorain responded with as much force as he could muster, "Yes!" The man tilted his head back as if to laugh, but nothing came from his mouth except the last thing that Sorain wanted to hear, "Then you shall be greatly disappointed. Do you really think that you are the first to have located me? Hah! Better men than you have tried, and better men than you have failed to be judged worthy of my secerate."

Sorain stepped forward and forced himself into a kneel, allowing his forehead to fall against the ground, "Please... I come seeking knowledge so that I may return what was stolen from my Country. I have traveled from Kirigakure to bring back the swords on behalf of the Mizukage. The Swords belong on our shores, I wish nothing but to see them returned." He said placidly. Just from the sound of the old mans voice, he could already tell that forcing the information out of him was going to be next to impossible. Especially considering Sorain was not one hundred percent sure as to how he was going to make it out, it was a maze getting in, and it would be a maze to escape.

The old man scoffed at him, "And what makes you think that Kirigakure deserves the swords? If they were worthy of possessing the legendary swords, they would have not lost them in the first place." Sorains remained silent while he contemplated what to say. He had heard the stories that the village had spun about the loss of the swords many times, but he was unsure if they were in fact true. "Please, tell me what happened. So that I may return to my country with at least the knowledge of why my mission was failed. I traveled a great distance, and fought many battles to locate you."

The man rubbed his beard for a moment before closing his eyes and nodding, "Very well" The man began to tell the story of how the world had seen fit to wage war with each other. Constant battles waged, scaring the land with the wounds of battle, tainting the air with the evaporated blood of many fallen soldiers, most just reaching the thresholds of life. When times seemed to be at their worst, the Legendary Swords were created by one of Kirigakures most powerful Sages. Each sword possessed a part of his spirit, split seven ways to forge some of the worlds most powerful weapons. These swords where then given to an elite core of Mist Shinobi that would soon be known as the Legendary Mist Swordsmen. The carnage that ensued from this group, as Kirigakure struck a deadly blow against the other waring nations instantly making the Mist Village one of the most deadly countries in the world. All through the village the gore and misery that the Swordsmen brought to the world was glorified as a savoir and eventually began to influence everyone from that land. Cruelty was becoming the standard, academy students were placed against each other in life or death combats. It was during this time that the heads of Kirigakure began to see their country for what it really was. In a desperate act to save the souls of their nation, Kirigakure asked for help of he other Countries. They sent their demon team directly into the pits of hell, an ambush, consisting of some of the most notable Shinobi in the world. The entire team was killed in one final strike. There god like swords were collected and scattered across the world, never to be seen again. Now, only the few selected Shinobi whom were tasked with hiding the swords knew of their location, and out of those few only three were still yet living.

Sorain was not shocked at all by the story, he had always suspected that the tales that he was told back in his home country where nothing but lies, something that he had come to expect from his 'home' "Thank you, I know now what I must do" He said as he stood and turned his back on the old man whom responded, "Yes, go back to your village and tell them that the locations of the swords shall die with me and my brothers" Sorain turned his head to the side, a shimmer of red escaped the shade of his hood, "No..I have all the information I need. At first I was unsure of rather or not I would be able to pull it off. You made very sure to block out the location of the Swords in your mind with some sort of jutsu.. However, I dont need to know where it is, I simply need to know where its not." He said with a crooked grin, "I know its not to the North, because I can clearly see your from somewhere in the northern part of the world. I know that its not south, because that area is off limits to Shinobi as it is currently under the rule of the Samurai. It cant be west, because you remember spending a time in Tea Country, helping with the sickness that fell the lands. Buuut, when I look towards the east, I see nothing but darkness. As if the memory of that entire area of the world had been stripped... I wonder why?" he said sarcastically.

The old man gasped as he came to the realization of what had just happened, information on the swords had just been stolen from him without him even knowing. If this Shinobi was able to get that much out of him with such ease, how was going to keep anything else from slipping!? "You!... You....? Ha! Good luck trying to search the entire eastern side of the world. You will be searching for the rest of your life!" The old man said with a mocking chuckle. Sorain smirked yet again before tilted his head back.. "Hmm, lets see if I cant narrow it down a little bit. I know for a damn fact that one of you guys that were assigned to hide the swords passed through the Land of Frost, which is how I got to you.. However I highly doubt the sword was there. If it was I would have sensed the chakra radiating off of it. Which basically means it comes down to Water Country, or Lightning Country." Sorain grunted as he rubbed his forehead in aggravation, if the sword was in fact in the Water Country. That would mean he was going to have to pull one hell of a mission out of his a** to go there. He would need to make an entire new identity, which would require far more planning and time than he was willing to put in there. Out of frustration, Sorain stepped forward and reached out randomly until he made contact with the old man. Seizing his through Sorain snarled, "Listen you ********! Your going to tell me where you hid my damn sword or ill kill you right now!" He yelled as his body began to take control of the old mans, freezing him slowly in ice. The old man gasped for release while yelling back, "Ill never tell, If you kill me you will NEVER FIND IT!" He rebutted. He was right, which explained why such an old man managed to turn away those whom would come looking for it. Without being able to strip the information from him using genjutsu, there simply was no way to force the information out of him without loosing it all forever with his death.

Sorain shook the old man a few more times before realizing something that sent a shock throughout his body.He did not need to figure it out any further. If the sword was either in the Lightning or the Water Country, then he simply needed to search the Lightning Country first. If he did not find anything, all he needed to do was to get in contact with his brother and inform him to be on the look out for the sword. It was not the best plan in the world, but it could work. Sorain tossed them an down and brushed his heads clean, "I guess your right old man. I guess I was just not meant to find that sword. However, I think im just gonna go snooping around in Lightning Country and see what I find. I dont know, I just have a strong feeling I will be rewarded for my efforts." Sorain bluffed plainly to the old man whom instantly was sent into a state of panic. "Finding those swords will never bring you strength, it will only serve to bring more misery into this world!!" Sorain's smirk returned, "Thank you for confirming my guess. The sword is in the lightning country. When I have it in my possession, ill be sure to pay you a visit old man." he said before leaving the cave and the old man, and soon, he would leave the earth country all together.

Takera recieved his ramen shortly after ordering. He looked over in the direction of the Leaf Shinobi and realized that he was staring in his direction rather intently. A sweatdrop slowly slid down the back of his head. He could feel the eyes on him and it began ever more apparent as the Leaf Shinobi and himself were deadlocked in a cold stare with each other. The Leaf Shinobi almost seemed nervous by the looks of it and his chakra was giving stronger subtle hints the longer they stared at each other. Just as the tension was about to reach it's peak the ramen shop owner placed a bowl infront of Takera and then another in front of the Leaf Shinobi. Takera's mind immediately returned to food and he became enraptured with the smell of the food. "Simply amazing. Thank you." Takera said to the owner as he split a pair of chopsticks and dunked them into the broth pulling up a nice bundle of noodles. "I hope it tastes as good as it smells. I feel like I haven't eaten anything in ages." Takera said with somewhat of a pleased tone. Just then as he raised the chopsticks a bit, he froze in place. His mask was in the way. In order to eat the ramen he'd have to remove it and show his face. Takera thought about it for a long moment looking over at the shinobi across from him. After taking a long breath he raised his free hand from the side of the bowl up to his mask and slowly unclipped the mask removing it. As he removed it, his hair covered over his face as he hung his head. His hair hung in the way fortunately for him, but in realization there really weren't others wearing what he wore, so even without the mask, he'd be recognized down the road. His hair was impossible to forget. It was rather strange to see a Uchiha with white hair. His sharingan receeded. He blew on the ramen noodles and began to eat. After finishing 2 large bowls of ramen he swung his head back, his face was now revealed as his hair swayed back into place.

Takera hadn't enjoyed a meal like that in his entire life. Nothing was more satisfying than his meal at this point. Feeling refreshed he wiped his mouth with a napkin and re-clipped the mask back on. He leaned down to grab his bag and rose from his seat. After placing the ryo on the counter, he walked over slowly to the Leaf Shinobi. Takera placed a hand lightly on his shoulder. "You may now know my face, but I wouldn't try anything. You can't win in your current state." Takera's Sharingan formed once more taking in the last sight of the Shinobi he'd have for some time. He noticed that there was a flow of chakra strongly in one of his eyes. He wondered if there were something more to it, but he turned and walked away letting the thought fade away.

Takera left the restraunt and looked out into the streets that were now less crowded than they were earlier. Feeling refreshed he lifted his arms up and stretched as suddenly a kunai fell from his bag, hitting the ground. Takera heard the clash of the item hitting the tough surface and immediately turned and bent down to pick it up. His eyes widened as he noticed that the kunai was somewhat cracked along one side. It was almost like a bad omen. Takera stared at it for a second before turning to place it back in his bag and survey the people and area around him. A child was ordering food from a vendor across the street, people were walking up and down the path of the village he was on and everything seemed genuinely peaceful, but Takera couldn't get the feeling out of his head that something was seriously wrong. He collected his thoughts for a while and then proceeded to make his way down the path keeping his head down to a degree and watching as people passed him by. As Takera made his way down the path the amount of people around lessened and the stalls grew empty. He began to wonder if he was even going the right way. Just then he noticed a stall near the end. An old man was servicing a villager. As the villager walked away Takera took the mask off and hid it in his bag. He walked up to the old man with a somewhat curious look on his face. "I think I've met you before." Takera said to the old man as he approached the stand. The old man looked up from the bag he placed his earnings in and looked over at Takera. His face grew a bit puzzled. It had been quite a bit of time since they last saw each other. The old man pushed his glasses up and rubbed his eyes before letting them slide back down into place. "I don't recall. If we've really met on a prior occassion then it's been a long time since then." The old man replied still puzzled about the person standing infront of him. He looked up to see eye to eye with the young man only to see the sharingan. "I haven't seen eyes like those in a very long time, young man. Could you be...?" the old man questioned as he watched Takera pull a mask out from his bag. There had been design masks displayed in his stall like before, but there were newer forms of art and styles than the ones Takera remembered. "Tell me you atleast remember this." Takera pulled forth the mask given to him by the old man years ago. He placed the clip around his head and locked the mask into place with a light clicking noise. The old man saw the mask and immediately his eyes lit up. "I remember you quite well, young man. Has that mask served you well over the years?" The old man replied with an enthusiastic tone. The man turned to one of his shelves to re-organize the masks and make sure everything was in place as they spoke. "I've kept this mask all this time, but I've only ever found a purpose for it when I was forced to come to this village. I've kept it well taken care of and it holds a lot of memories." Takera said as he pulled the mask off his face and turned it over to look at the features of the mask once more. The old man turned to look back at Takera after hearing his words. He thought about his response for a few seconds. "I take it you became a shinobi then, young man? You said you were 'forced' to come here. What do you mean by that?" The old man stopped messing with his wares and just listened.

Takera's head began to hang a bit low as he recalled everything that had happened to him since he last saw the old man. Mainly his trips through the academy and the adventure to stop Sai and Sorain that ended badly and finally how they ended up here in the village. Finally Takera's head lifted back up as the old man looked over his shoulder at Takera waiting for an answer. "You're correct, old man. I'm a shinobi now. A lot of things have happened since I last saw you. Some things less pleasing than others, but I'm here. I'm still alive and so is my brother." Takera paused before answering the old man's second question. "We were originally a part of the Mist Village. Zeru and I made our way through the academy and on our way out we were assigned to a mission far more inconcievable than we could've known. We were sent with a group of others to take down 2 Uchiha brothers who had devastated the village and fled. Unbeknownst to us the 2 Shinobi were incredibly strong. Our group consisted of quite a few shinobi. There was an Aburame who betrayed us, a couple of Inuzukas and their pets. One of the pets mimic'd the appearance of it's owner. There was a guy with fish-like appearance and another shinobi who was rather nice, but I never got a beat on what he was capable of. We faced these twins, but it wasn't enough. I'm certain a few of them actually died and while I don't know what happened to the rest, I woke up under the control of one of the brothers. After a short time he had let go of his control over me, but threatened that if we tried to escape he would kill us. When we reached the inner village we split up. That's how I'm here right now." Takera sighed as he recalled the fatigue that burdened him until recently. There was no way to completely eradicate the fatigue and stress through a meal and short rest, but it had refreshed him so he could continue forth. The old man turned his head back to look at the shelves. "Interesting. It seems things have been tough for you, young man. Do you know why he brought you here to this village? As a missing nin would he not be jepordizing himself to show up in a village such as this?" The old man asked. Takera gave it a second of thought. "He's looking for something. I've come across remarks from some of the people in town about 'Seven Swords', but the details were not great. It may be possible he's found proof that they exist and wants one or maybe all of them. It seems because of what's happened that my brother and I are now caught up in everything and our village will see our actions as running away. We'll undoubtedly be marked missing nin and so we've disguised ourselves in order to gain entry to this village. Before now, I've never had a practical use for this mask. It came in use after all this time, but what are the odds we'd meet again at a time when I needed the use of my mask?" Takera said as he placed the mask back to his face, clipping it in place. The old man listened carefully processing what he was being told. His features grew a bit grim, but Takera wasn't able to see his face. "I'm going to tell you a story, young man. You must not tell anyone what I'm about to tell you." The old man turned to face Takera, walking up to the counter and looking around. The day was almost over and there was no one left around the outer stalls of the market. The old man began to tell his tale to the young shinobi standing at his stall. The tale was long and rather interesting. The old man spoke of a time when incredible weapons were forged and given to 7 Shinobi of the Mist village during times of war. These Shinobi gained a reputation for themselves and made the Mist village a force to be reckoned with. As the story went the power of the swords only brought misery upon the countries and so the Kage of Mist Village planned with the other villages and sent the Mist Swordsmen into a trap. They were killed and their weapons taken from them. Those who played a role in the destruction of the 7 Swordsmen took the swords and hid them away throughout the countries so that they may never be used again. Takera was interested in this story and more-so the swords. "You seem to know a lot about the 7 Swords. Does this mean you were involved in some way? If that really is the case, then maybe you can tell me where one of those swords might be right now?" Takera questioned the old man. He knew if he could get one of those swords then he could get stronger. The old man looked up at Takera with a strict look upon his face.

The old man just stared at Takera for a while as if trying to gauge him. Takera stood confident. He was intent on atleast getting some kind of details to where atleast one of the swords currently resides. The old man didn't say anything for some time. Eventually he just sighed and walked back towards the end of the stand. He grabbed some crates and bags and begun to slowly take things off the shelves. Takera felt as though he had been denied. The old man probably had his reasons, but such power shouldn't be wasted if the user uses it responsibly. Takera leapt over the counter and walked up to the shelves around the old man. He began to take things down and stack them neatly into the crates. The old man looked over at Takera. "Why do you want one of the swords? Only misery will come of it if anyone manages to get them. What makes you think the result won't be the same?" The old man said with an accusative tone towards Takera. Takera just continued to pull masks, cloth, and other goods off the shelves and placing them inside the crates, bags, and etc. Takera wasn't sure how to respond to the questions at first, but he mustered a response after a while. As he began to lift crates into the old man's cart, he began to speak his mind. "The power only brought misery when abused. 7 incredible ninja got together under one country's control and were used to cause the misery. What results from the use of such power is solely responsible on the decisions of the one(s) using it. Hiding a sword won't ensure anything. If it's found and there's no one to guard it then it won't make a difference either way. " Takera heaved a crate up onto the wagon and pulled the tarp over all of his goods tying them down. "If they're that much of a threat, simply keeping their location secret won't be enough. I've read about Ninja who can read your mind without you even knowing it. If your only defense is no one else knowing the location, it won't end well. That's all I have to say." Takera rested against the side of the merchant's cart and watched as the old man looked over the stand one last time.

Takera reached into his bag and pulled out the kunai with the crack in it from earlier in front of the ramen shop. Looking it over he turned it in his hand examing it completely. "This is rather ominous." He muttered to himself. The old man turned hearing Takera's words and noticed the kunai. He walked up to Takera and took the kunai. After examining it he re-adjusted his glasses. "Mind if I hold onto this?" He asked as he held the kunai up. Takera nodded and the old man proceeded to place it among his stuff. After rummaging through a bag, he pulled out a kunai and handed it to Takera. "Take this in it's place." The old man said. Takera reached out and took the kunai, slipping it into his bag. Takera stopped leaning on the cart and stepped away from it as the old man climbed into the cart and got ready to leave. Takera looked down the road where the old man was headed thinking about whether they'd meet again. The old man looked back at Takera then down at the horse infront of his cart and thought some things through. He turned himself to face Takera. "What you're looking for might be in the east. Somewhere in the snow country. I can't tell you anything else. Just make sure that if you find what it is you're looking for, that you make the right decisions. Don't take this lightly. You aren't the only one looking for the swords and some won't have problems assaulting you if it means they have a chance of acquiring a legendary sword. Remember that well, young man." The old man said. He looked away from Takera and positioned himself forward once more. After a moment of silence the horse pulled the cart and shortly after he was down the road off to his next destination. Takera thought about it for a while and looked down over the stand one last time. "Thanks, old man." He uttered as he walked past the stand running his hand across the top of the counter. He walked off back towards the center of the town from there and proceeded to look for Zeru and Sorain.

Zeru simply made his way through the town taking his time and looked at everything in Earth country, he wanted to explore more but his time was short he had figured they where here to find out some kind of information so Zeru made his way around town looking for some sort of clue as to why they where here, eventually he overheard a few Earth shinobi discussing the legend of the 7 mist swordsmen and how their weapons where still out there, that was the only rational thing Zeru could come up with. He sighed and decided to approach the men. Zeru came up to them attempting his best to act casual, but failing miserably at it. Zeru sighed has he talked to the men."So famous swordsmen are the topic of the day, my father was once a great swordsmen one of the best, I know because i saw his slice a single tree in two with one mighty swing. So tell me about your sword stories." The men tried hard not to laugh, as they made up false stories to toy with Zeru, then one mentioned that he knew the 7 swordsmen swords where to the East and he would reveal more if Zeru where to help him with a task.

Zeru sighed as he thought about the offer then nodded the man told him that he simply needed Zeru to run and errand, to the other side of town, Zeru nodded and took the package and then made his way down and alley and leaped up onto the roof of the building. Then he began to run as quickly as he could through the village, he quickly leaped from roof to roof, making his way as quickly as he could as he looked at the package it appeared to be a pie, Zeru wondered why someone would need a pie delivered for this kind of information but he didn’t have time to question it he was sure if he didn’t come back with something Sorain would break on of his legs, and that was if he was in a good mood. Zeru moved quickly finally reaching the pie shop. When he walked up the man said he had no knowledge of the pie, Zeru opened the package to inspect the pie as he did he saw a string tied to the lid but noticing it to late the pie exploded and flew all over his face. Zeru scowled as the pie man laughed at him Zeru glared at the man, and then made two hand seals and the earth itself came up from the ground and grabbed him around the neck and yanked him into the ground so only his head was sticking out.

Zeru was not amused by this little prank that they seemed to think was so funny. He began to make his way back he was walking through the street this time he still had pieces of pie on him. No one in the street laughed at him though because as he stomped his way back the earth cracked a little under his feet, this was the worst town to mess with Zeru in, this was his element the thing on this earth he understood best was the earth itself, it’s needs how it gave and took everything the flow of it. Zeru made a fist as he walked and then knelt down and scooped up the ground it felt soft and malleable. Which made Zeru smile it meant that these buildings where all built out of the same rock, easy to mold and it held form once heated up. Zeru had a plan he slowly made his way back to the shop the men had been sitting at but Zeru didn’t enter instead he climbed onto the roof of a different building and inspected the first one, once he saw the layout he leaped down into an ally, and walked over the men saw him and began to laugh. Zeru looked disgusted and throw a Kunai at the leader once he stood Zeru smirked. He quickly formed had seals and the ground below the men became like a thick glue and stuck their feet to the ground. ”I’m not in the mood for game nor am I a person to be messed with.” Zeru said in a dark tone, but the lead Shinobi slammed his fist into the slop and it quickly hardened and all them men broke their feet free. Zeru did not panic though he quickly made hand seals, and then sucked in a great amount of air and grinned as he put his index finger and thumb up to his mouth he saw in their eyes that the lead shinobi and one of his followers’ knew what he was doing but the other had no clue as Zeru exhaled the two dodged but the others only saw as a massive amount of fire flew from Zeru’s lips and began to melt the structure around them incasing them in the goop of the what was left of the building.

Zeru’s eyes followed the other two they stared at him finally noticing the red eyes with black swirls in them one man screamed out that Zeru was an Uchiha, and people began to look at him he clinched his teeth, and began to make hand seals again But the lead shinobi made hand seals as well and then stuck his fist into the ground and yanked up a giant stalagmite sword. Zeru smirked but then he noticed the second Shinobi was gone from his sight. Zeru quickly looked around and then realized the man was below him as he felt the ground rumble and the shinobi reached for him from below Zeru leaped and hovered there then he formed the final seal and the man was lifted out of the ground by huge roots that turned towards the lead shinobi and fired out huge thorns which he simply batted away using his sword, but Zeru watched his motions. And grinned seeing how he handled the sword more like a club than an actual sword and Zeru turned and fired himself towards the ground in front of the man forming hand seals the entire time, when he finished he saw the lead Shinobi looked up at him and began to swing his sword but Zeru dodged and dove into the ground below him like it was water he had changed the chemical make up of the ground make it smooth like a fine mud, Zeru came up behind him and with him brought up a similar sword. Zeru smirked as he spun and brought the sword straight into the lead shin obi’s back causing him to cry in pain as he did, Zeru sucked in air and exhaled another fire ball into the second man still caught in the vines which burst into the flame with the man still caught in them.

Zeru grinned as he took the lead Shinobi’s sword as well and used it to nail the lead shinobi to the ground, and then used his own copied sword, to make sure he stayed nailed down. Zeru then walked forward and leaned in really close to the man grinning the entire time. “Look I have had a really long week and as you can see I’m not in a good mood so if you will kindly point me on my way I will leave you this way right here and not barbecue you.” Zeru said as the man nodded and then pointed him in the direction he needed to go Zeru then made his way back towards the opening into town looking for Sorain and Takera so they could continue their quest.

Sorain made a quick and lazy scan for his two followers. Time was ticking quickly, if he knew about the sword them that meant that there had to be at least one other person out there that was equally aware, if he got there too late and the sword was gone then the trail would be dead and he would have no way to continue. No, he needed to get there as fast as he could, that way in the worst case situation he would at least have a general idea of the swords movements and he would be able to properly track it down. Listening out carefully Sorain caught trances of them both. With an effortless overlay of his will Sorain all but forced the two to return to his location where he gave further instruction as to what they were going to be doing next. "We need to head back to the Lightning Country. There is a boat that could take us directly there from here, however id rather not take a boat. On the off chance that someone becomes aware of us, we would have no way to avoid being followed, taking that boat simply leaves behind a trail entirely too warm for me to ignore. So instead, we will be proceeding their on foot." He explained to them. Sorain felt some what uneasy about forcing them to follow him in his pursuit of the swords. It was one thing to make them accompany him just for information, but this was different. This time they were going into what could easily result in a combat situation. Now Sorain was not afraid of such things, in fact it was what he lived for. But to expect his two temporary comrades to fight for him in battle was arrogant, even for him. "I wont force either of you to follow me. As far as Im concerned, you both are free to go your own ways. Trust me, if I wanted to find either of you I now know enough about both of you to do so. Speak a word of my intentions to anyone and see your heads parted from your bodies. Now, if you decide to continue to follow me, I will expect complete loyalty. Through your dealings with me, your life will be hard, you will have to fight for your survival. However, if you agree to fight beside me I will fight beside you and trust, I am an ally that you wont soon find out matched."

As Takera made his way into the more-so central part of the village he watched as the light in the sky grew dim and the streets became clear. A father and his child walked into a house to his left and a happy couple laughed as they walked into an inn a little ways down. The village seemed.. peaceful at a general view, but more was going on than just what was on the surface. Takera reached the area in which Sorain, Zeru and himself had parted ways previously. He saw Zeru walking up from the opposite direction. Takera let out a long sigh of relief. He was, infact, very delighted to see that he was okay. After the ominous cracking of his shuriken earlier, he wasn't sure what to make of it and not being near Sorain or Zeru he worried if maybe something had happened to them. He gave it some thought and wondered if maybe the Leaf Shinobi's eye cracked his kunai. He dismissed it as he didn't feel anything with his sharingan after he left the restraunt. He relaxed a bit knowing his brother was safe, but he still hadn't seen hide nor hair of Sorain. Is it possible that he left us here? Maybe he found out what he wanted to know? If that's the case, it'd be a golden oppurtunity to escape from this village and look for the sword located in Snow. Takera thought as he slowly surveyed the area. "Hey, bro. Maybe it's time we vacate this village. There's something I need to find. Sorain doesn't seem to be here and the day is nearing it's end." Takera said in a low voice as so that anyone nearby other than his brother couldn't hear him. Just then he looked up and over in the direction of one of the alley ways. "Someone's here. Their chakra is beginning to flare a little. Perhaps an ocular jutsu?" Takera remarked as he stepped closer to his brother and readied his hands. His eyes watched carefully as the figures chakra circulated.

Suddenly a flare of the feeling of control he'd had back when Sorain controlled Zeru and himself came back, but now rested, he held the feeling off. Sorain wasn't able to probe and control him from so far as he could before. Takera could feel it pulsing through his mind and instead used it to track Sorain. Leaving the stranger from the alley he grabbed Zeru's arm and they ran down an alley down the street weaving through buildings while watching behind them. Once he was sure they lost the shinobi, they weaved back through different buildings to the location of the feeling Sorain gave off. There he found himself and Zeru staring down Sorain. After his little speech about the swords and the mutual loyalty Takera turned to look around. His eyes didn't sense anything, but he was weary. "It's a good idea that we move now. While here I've learned a few things. Probably mainly following your intentions for coming here and risking yourself being spotted and caught. As it stands, Zeru and I are fugitives of Mist now thanks to everything that's happened, so I'll take my chances with you. I don't think Mist is just going to shrug everything off and let us be. I will say though, that I have my own agenda, so remember that if need be, I will have to take leave for a period of time." Takera explained as he stood facing Sorain. "Whatever we do, we need to do it now. There's someone here in the city. I have guesses as to who, but they infact have an occular ability. I lost them on my way here, but if they're not who I think they are, then they will probably be here soon enough."

Drake was still staring at the Sharingan-user for awhile now. He and the Uchiha were deadlocked in a staring contest for the last few minutes. Drake was starting to wonder how long they could do this, when the ramen shop owner came over and brought a bowl of ramen over to the Uchiha. The Uchiha then turned his head away from Drake to look at his food, fixated on it. "Simply amazing. Thank you. I hope it tastes as good as it smells. I feel like I haven't eaten anything in ages." the Uchiha said to the ramen shop owner. After another minute, the owner came over to Drake with his bowl of ramen, and placed it in front of him. "Thank you" Drake said to the owner. The owner nodded, then turned his back to him and walked in the back of the shop. Drake looked at his bowl of ramen, feeling a hunger come over him. Drake picked up his chop sticks, then turned his head over to see the Uchiha one more time before he started eating. The Sharingan-user had also grabbed his chop sticks, and had picked up some ramen with them and was half-way to his mouth, but then stopped. Drake then noticed that the mask the Uchiha was wearing was still on. Drake then began to wonder if the Uchiha was going to remove his mask to eat, when his hands went to his mask, and took it off, setting it next to his bowl. Drake saw the Uchiha hang his head for a second, then noticed the Sharingan receed. The Uchiha then picked his chop sticks back up and began to eat. Drake turned his head back to his own bowl and, after a moment, picked his own chop sticks up and began eating his ramen.

After a few minutes, Drake finished his bowl. He turned his head to look at the Uchiha again, and saw that he had finished two bowls already. The Saringan-user then leaned down to pick up his pack, then stood up, grabbing his mask again and walking toward the entrance of the shop. Drake turned his head away from the Uchiha, but then heard the footsteps stop directly behind him. Drake felt fear creep through him, and felt a drop of sweat go down his brow. He then heard the Uchiha speek to him, and Drake felt he would remember the voice for awhile. "You may now know my face," the Uchiha said behind him, "but I wouldn't try anything. You can't win in your current state". After the Uchiha stopped speaking, Drake felt a strange chakra near him, and knew that the Uchiha had activated his Sharingan, and was staring at him. Then, without realising it, Drake felt his Eye activate, feeling its dark chakra course through his right eye. As Drake heard the footsteps start again, heading for the entrance, Drake heard the voice that he had heard in the "dream", as if it was whispering near him, only in his head. "Power. You must have more Power...". And Drake knew what the voice said was right. He was going to need more power, and soon. Drake then stood up, and grabed his own pack from the ground. He then pulled out some ryo, and placed it on the counter next to the empty bowl. Then Drake walked over to the entrance, and out onto the street again.

Drake was walking along the street of stores, thinking about what the voice had told him. "Power. You need more Power...". Drake knew what the voice said was correct. He needed to gain more power in order to defend himself against strong opponents, much like the Sharingan-user he had met in the ramen shop. 'What about the one of the seven swords?...' Drake then shook his head, but then stopped. Wasn't he here to find more information about the seven swords? Or...was it really to find one of the swords to be more powerful? Drake kept thinking and thinking about it as he walked, and he couldn't decide which was true. Drake then looked around from where he was standing. He wanted to find a place where he could just sit and think for awhile. He then saw a small alleyway, and walked over to it to look down the alley. He saw that it was shady, with little rays of light going in now and then. He also saw what looked like anold shack at the far end of it. Drake noticed no one near it, but niether could he tell if anyone was inside. 'Oh well' Drake thought, 'Its the best place to just sit down and think fow now'. Drake then walked down the alley, and when he got only a few feet away from the shack, he stopped. he saw a small old stool that someone must have thrown out, standing upside down. Drake picked it up and flipped it over, then carfully sat down on it, testing to see if it could take his wieght. After a few moments, the stoll did not cave in on itself, so Drake assumed that it was alright now to just think for a bit. Drake closed his eyes, then started to breath slowly. He remembered this when he was in the academy, a technique to calm oneself, and too focus more. As Drake sat there, meditating, he started to feel a tingling in the back of his skull. At first, he didn't know what to make of it. Then, he felt a presence. Not like a person who was walking near him, but an energy that was in himself. Then, for no reason, Drake thought 'Hello?'. Drake then thought himself stupid for asking himself that. It seemed strange to ask himself this. Then, he heard the voice again, the one from his "dream", speaking to him more clearly then it had before. 'Ah. You touch my mind, fumbling in ignorance. Unable to comprehend what you are feeling'. Drake was startled. Was it possible this....thing could hear his thought? 'W-Who are you?' Drake asked the voice in his mind. 'I have been called many things. Darkness to some, Fear to others'. Fear. Could this thing be related to The Eye? 'If you must give voice to my power, then you may call me...Harbinger'. 'Power? Harbinger?' Drake asked the voice. Then, Drake felt a rush of chakra toward his right eye, and he knew that the Eye was active again. 'Yes. I am both, and we are a part of each other' Harbinger said to Drake. 'How are you a part of me?' Drake said back to Harbinger. 'I have always been apart of you and your clan, though no other have I spoken to. It is my strength that your clan is descended of.' Harbinger said to Drake, 'But, you seek another power. Not like my own, but powerful all the same'. 'How do you know this?' Drake asked Harbinger, hoping for an awnser. 'Awaken, and you will find your awnser. We will speak again.' Drake heard Harbinger say this, and then was silent. Drake then felt himself leaving the meditative state that he was in. He panted, and drew in long breathes. As he sat there, Drake looked up, and saw an old man looking down at him.
