Mizuki still listened in on the talk. "Fickle woman." She commented. "Well you must have made her feel bad. Think about it. You start off on a topic and then she kind of bad mouths it playfully only to find out that the topic involves you. There could be other reasons. Did she ever move away from you? Do you like her because of the way you're acting it seems like it." Mizuki asked. There was no way Adney could get away with both Pyry and her on him.

 Show Me How To Lie....
"She badmouthed it only to find that the topic was me." he corrected, not looking at either of them. "I was trying to convince her to go to college, and she wasn't sure what she would study. Eventually she said magic and illusions, and I made a joke about the illusions teacher being a hardass." his gaze shifted back to Pyry, who was watching him with an odd expression. "She didn't know what I taught, and went off on a tirade about what this guy might be like. So when I finally told her what I taught, she got mad and acted as if everything she'd said about hypothetical me was true about actual me... I had thought we were getting to know each other better than that, but apparently not." he stopped abruptly, standing from his spot on the couch to move from the couch to the kitchen. He wasn't making a run for it, but he could at least pretend he was drinking.
Pyry, watching his friend carefully, was relieved when the redhead pulled out a bottle of juice. Settling back against the couch, he'd been ready to climb over the top of it and fling himself at the other man, he crosses his arm once more. "So you do like her." the spirit stated, watching the other less carefully now. The redhead shrugged, coming over to the couch with his juice. Seating himself on the back of it, he took a long drink from the bottle.
"She got up to leave after I told her my subject." he tells them, resting the open bottle on his knee. He held on to it, of course, as it would be a shame to spill it; their couch was white, after all. "Even threatened me with sand. She's a sandman." he told them, adding the second part as more of an after thought.

Mizuki listen to the story and took in the words. Trying to imagine the girl in her mind. The girl was rash and at least slightly tomboyish. She may even have a good slap. The mermaid girl was one of a dozen sisters. Each girl was a little different. "Then why do you have angst over her? There has to be some connection to the heart." The woman pointed out. If it was some random stranger it would hurt her, now if it was Pyry she would be crying her eyes out. "A sandman? I know one or two of them." She added remembering her concerts.

Show Me How To Lie....
Downing the rest of his juice, the redhead moves to set the empty bottle on the counter. Climbing over the couch, he sits on the other side of Pyry, placing a barrier between himself and Mizuki. There was a foot or so of space between himself and the other man, and he crossed his arms behind his head. Something in his eyes had changed; he looked haunted, and so he closed them to block all view. "It was her all over again. Even if I wasn't straightforward, I never lied to her. I never tried to trick her. But no matter what I said, the truth didn't matter. She'd mad up her mind, even though it was wrong." he stopped, slouching terribly.
Reaching over, Pyry ruffles the the redhead's hair. It was a gesture of comfort, and he pulled back after a moment. "She was a blonde, was she not?" he raised a brow, and the other man groaned.
"With pretty eyes." the redhead confirmed, clearly unhappy about the situation. He had a thing for blondes, as did his brothers apparently, but the eyes were what really drove him crazy. He could tell that Rye was trying to steer the conversation in a different direction, and he appreciated the efforts, but something told him Mizuki wasn't going to let it drop until she had the full story.

Mizuki could sense the conversation turning. It seemed better to let it go. Her hair color didn't mean she was snappy like the other blond that he seemed to like. "Something tells me if you both just said your sorry then things will be better. So what is thing about blonds? We're so pretty huh?" The woman said telling Adney the last words on the woman's mind before getting of the painful subject.

 The blond was outside of the apartment at the moment and looked over the address to her teachers apartment. Tristan and Ashley were also hanging around. They plan to visit one teacher at a time and introduced themselves to their teachers. Once Sky was sure that it was the right address she knocked on the door. The siblings agree that dressing nice was important for first appearances. So what choice did Sky have, but to dress as a girl.

Show Me How To Lie....
"You're beautiful." he responded, smiling faintly. He was feeling better, now that they had changed the subject, and he gave Mizuki a friendly smirk; maybe she really was good for Rye. There was a knock at the door, and while he look quite confused for a moment, he stood after a moment to go and answer it. After all, it was probably Cam coming to mooch off of their food and juice stores. Pulling open the door without checking to see who it was, he wonders briefly if he should have put on a shirt first... no, his pants were concealing enough, and it's not like he'd be any less dressed were he in a swimsuit. "Yes? Can I help y-" he stopped, finally noticing just who it was on the other side of the door. His eyes widened a moment in surprise, and he said nothing more, frozen to the spot.
Placing an arm on the couch behind Mizuki, the swim teacher relaxed. He smiled at Mizuki's final statements, ignoring the knock on the door; Adney had stood to get it, obviously feeling better. "I do not know about blondes, but you are very pretty." he tells her, very serious in saying this. He realized that his friend had a thing for blondes, not that he knew what that meant exactly. Glancing towards the door as his friend's voice choked to a stop. His brow furrowed in confusion, his view of the person on the other side of the door. "Adney? Who is it?"

Sky nearly jumped back because of the bare chest. She noticed it was kind of good looking for a swim teacher. Then she saw the man's face. That wasn't the swim teacher. She turned around. "Sorry wrong room." She said before walking towards her siblings. By the time she was half way she called out to them. "The room address is wrong. This isn't this Pyry guy's apartment." The girl said. Ashley pulled out a fan and waved it. The wind was pretty strong for a fan and Sky ended up back to the other side against Adney's chest with a slam.

Mizuki let Adney take it. It wasn't her apartment so she had no right to open the door for them unless they asked her to. The woman curled up against her boyfriend and gave him a peck. "Well I think it takes a good man to make a pretty woman." She told him. She then notice that Adney had frozen once her boyfriend commented. She looked towards the door to see what was going on.

Show Me How To Lie....
Watching her go, Adney was about to close the door without a word before Sky came flying back into him. He took a step back from the force, hands falling onto the girl's shoulder's to steady her. He didn't say anything a moment, eventually turning his head to look over his shoulder. His eyes were desperate for rescue as they fell on his roommate, widened slightly like a deer in headlights. "Rye. It's for you." he chokes out, making sure that Sky was steady on her feet before retreating back to the living room.
The spirit smiled faintly, his arm moving to curl around his girlfriend as she leaned into him. "You were pretty far before you knew me." he told her, supporting the romantic picture up until he heard the female voice outside the door retreating. He heard his name and, noting his friend's step back and terrified glance, tensed. "I shall return in a moment." he tells his girlfriend, kissing her lightly on the forward before placing a large pillow in his place for her to lean against. Standing, he moves stiffly to the door. He, too, was not wearing a shirt; his bare skin was pale, and light turquoise tattoos, almost tribal in appearance, spread across his shoulders and neck, curling down his back and spine. "Is there something wrong?" he asked, brightly colored eyes falling on Sky. He knew immediately who this girl must be, but he had no idea why she was there. Was she here to rub it in Adney's face that he'd been shot down?

Sky pulled away and shot a dirty glare at her brother who was down the hallway. She then pulled away from Adney. She brushed her shoulder off as if trying to get the Adney cooties off of her. She then looked at Pyry. "I am Skylar. I will be taking your classes from now on. Please take care of me." The girl said in a respectful tone. She probably wouldn't do the same for Adney. The girl stood still to see of Pyry had any questions before she left.

Mizuki almost protested when Pyry was called away. She kind of wanted him to herself for the moment. Then again it seemed to be this mystery girl that was freaking Adney out. She finally got a glimpse of her blond hair and green eyes. The girl was rather cute in her girly outfit. No wonder they were talking about beautiful eyes. Mizuki's eyes didn't match they were brown.

Show Me How To Lie....
The teacher's eyes narrowed faintly as the name confirmed who it was, hands moving to his pockets. "I am Mister Lumikki." he introduced himself, though there was no trace of friendliness in his face or voice. "I shall do my best to be impartial, but I do not take kindly to people who drive my friends to the bottle." Adney was more than just his friend, he was a best friend and a brother, but Pyry was trying far too hard to remain polite on the surface to pay attention.
"Rye. Stop." came the redhead's surprisingly quiet voice. "We don't need her thinking we're both assholes." his tone was serious, and there was no bitterness in it. He remained in the corner of the couch, as far from the door as possible without actually hiding. One bare foot was on the edge of the couch, his arms wrapped around the knee supporting his cheek as he looked away from the door.
Tilting his head to look over his shoulder and into the living room, the spirit shot his friend a death glare. He would speak however he wished, especially to this girl whom had been so awful to his best friend as to drive him to become terribly drunk. He could see that Adney was trying hard not to go after the beer still in the sink, but he did not seem ready to sink so low with women watching.

Mizuki notice the girls moment. She was pretty quick to make some actions. She tried to get away from Adney she touched her shoulder to make his touch go away. "Pyry." The woman snapped noticing the tone in his voice. "If I hear that type of voice again coming out of your mouth I'll dump you." The woman continued. She moved over so she was between Pyry and the girl. She had her back to her boyfriend. "If he give you trouble tell me." The woman told the girl. "Don't be afraid. Men can be nasty, but not all of them are bad." Mizuki figured it out that Sky was afraid of men. That didn't save Pyry she was going to have a fight later with him.

Sky pushed herself away from Pyry when he started to say those cold words. She didn't want anything to do with this man. She was going to get out of his class fast. It was Adney's own fault he he drank himself stupid. He didn't know her and so it couldn't have been her fault. It was then that the only woman in the room spoke up. She was blond, slightly tall, and beautiful like a model. She even had power over a man. That was the kind of person Sky wanted to be. The woman even figured out her fear. She was afraid of men. They scared her. They had some much power without having a weapon.
