When she said she wanted to leave Orion wasn't too disappointed. Sure they were in space and that didn't happen very often, but the lady wanted food so that's what they'd get. He could always come back and explore later. So he nodded and gave her a light squeeze. "Home it is...hopefully I can figure out how to get back." The last words were said in a teasing manner. Of course he knew how to get back....right?
Her second question puzzled him for a moment before he answered. "Denny's is open, and I think Shufflepuck...but I'm not sure if I'd be welcome there, since most everyone thinks the senshi are terrorists and all." His smile turned a bit bitter, but he shook it off quickly enough. Being a good guy usually had some kind of stigma attached to it.
"Well, as long as we avoid the frozen rodents the funeral home sounds like a good plan."

"Then lets get home," she said, wrapping her arms around Orion's waist as she squeezed her body against his tightly in preparation for interplanetary travel. She wasn't sure how it worked, but she figured being in close proximity would better ensure that he teleports back to Earth with her instead of leaving her behind. "That's your cue."
She thought for a moment, but didn't release her tight embrace. "You do know how to get back, right?"

"Of course I do, babe" He kissed the top of her head before he wrapped on arm tight around her and summoned his phone in the other hand. Flipping it open he put his finger on send and then closed his eyes. It took him a minute to find the sound of earth calling to him, but once he did he couldn't get it out of his head. "Hold on tight" And with that he pushed the button and they disappeared.
After floating in nothingness for half a second they appeared unharmed and in one piece in the same exact spot they had been standing when they left earth. Opening his eyes Orion glanced around and grinned, they made it! He secretly had doubts that they might accidentally end up on Mars or something.
Looking down at her he grinned. "See, back home safe and sound."

Devi didn't say a word, but she kept her grip to Orion tight. She was happy to be back on Earth, but she knew there was a more pressing matter to address. And by that, she meant there was something pressing up against her, right around Orion's waist area. Maybe he was a little too happy to be back on Earth, or to have her so close to him.
"Um," she said, still unmoving, unsure how to really react. "To quote a lame joke here, is that a banana in your pocket or are you just really happy to have me here?"
Please be a banana.

When Devi didn't move Orion arched a brow, he didn't really mind her staying pressed against him, but he thought she'd move by now. Her words made him pause, but then he laughed. "As happy as I am to have you here that isn't what you think." Pulling away from her he reached down, unhooking a pen that had been hiding inside the waistband of his skirt.
Holding it up it looked like a normal pen only fatter, brown and green, and topped with a meteorite. Alright, so it looked nothing like a normal pen, but that was because it wasn't. "It's my henshin pen." He was sure he wasn't supposed to be showing it to her, but he trusted her.

Devi sighed with relief. She knew what a henshin pen was, but faked a facial reaction of clueless surprise. "Oh, that's neat!" she said with fake naivety. What she actually was more naive about would have been if that weren't a henshin pen in his pocket.
His henshin pen was more interesting than her own. Hers was brown and beige with a coffin-emblem at the top, and safely stowed away in her bag which she had foolishly left behind on Earth. Remembering it now, she grabbed her bag from the funeral home counter. "How about we get something to eat?"
She opened the freezer door and peered inside. "We have...hot pockets, some LeanCuisine - teriyaki noodle or cheesesteak sandwich - and two dead gerbils."

"Yeah, without it there's no me." He laughed a little and then hooked the pen back to the inside of his skirt. He watched her grab her bag and then nodded. "Food sounds great."
He moved behind Devi after she opened the freezer, placing one hand on her hip. Orion looked over her shoulder, checking out what was in the freezer. "Well, we definitely don't want the gerbils." He laughed a little, his eyes sliding over to the hot pockets. "Hot pockets sound good though. Hot pockets sound good to you?" He looked down at Devi for her answer.

"Hot pockets always sound good to me," she said, pulling out a box of the microwaveable treat from the freezer. It was the ham and cheese hot pocket, one of her personal favorites. She took out two hot pockets, ripped off the plastic wrapping and put them in the little pockets before putting them in the microwave.
"Dinner will be ready in two minutes," she said. A voice in the back of her head told her she should really cut back on eating foods that can be prepared in two minutes or less. But they were always the tastiest of foods. "What should we do until then?"
She was hoping his answer would be make out. She was also hoping it wouldn't be anything more than that, since [a] she wasn't ready for that and she would be really disappointed if it could be done in less than two minutes.

He grinned, "Awesome," He watched her take the hot pockets out of the box and then put them in the microwave. He couldn't stop his eyes from sliding downwards, checking out her a**.
Her words brought his eyes back to her face and he grinned. "I love a women who can cook," It was a joke, obviously since Devi wasn't really cooking. At her question her grin widened and he moved closer to her, wrapping an arm around her waist. "Well, I have an idea," Lifting one gloved hand he cupped her cheek, tilting her head upwards as he leaned down to kiss her. He pressed against her smaller body, but kept his hands in check for the moment, one on her waist, the other sliding down to the side of her neck. They only had two minutes, and what he wanted to do to Devi he couldn't do in just two minutes.

Devi was about to return the kiss when she felt something. No, it wasn't another hesnhin pen in Orion's pocket, this was something else. It was the feeling she got whenever a Negaverse agent about. Trouble was definitely afoot, and luckily there were not one, but two Senshi ready to fight. But she wouldn't dare expose her identity to Orion, it was much too early for that. She needed some excuse to get out of the date, and fast.
"Oh, s**t look at the time," she said, looking at her watchless wrist. "Its getting late, I should get home soon."
The buzzer of the microwave beeped.
"There's your food, now eat up and get going," she said, hurriedly grabbing the food from the microwave and handing Orion his hot pocket. She didn't want to seem like a b***h, so she did her best to make it up to him. She rose onto her tip-toes and wrap one arm around Orion's neck and shoulders and kissed him. With her other hand, she gave him a light pat on the a**.
"Now get going, I'll see you again soon."

Orion was distracted by the kiss and didn't pick up the signature of the nearby Nega immediately. When Devi pulled away he blinked, checking on where his hands were. One on her hip the other on her neck, no inappropriate touching here.
"Huh? But I thought we were going to eat." He let her go, glancing around for a clock. He didn't even know what time it actually was.
Taking the hot pocket from her he juggled it in his hands, the thing was hot! He caught the hot pocket in the gloved portion of his palm, making it easier to hold. Feeling her arms around his neck he leaned down making it a little bit easier for her lips to meet his.
"Alright, alright, I'm going." Shaking his head a bit, he leaned down giving her a kiss goodbye. "I'll see you later, babe." Turning he eixted the way they came in, an amused smile on his face. His girlfriend was an odd one.
