hmm thers quite a few, but hears a small list
aeriths death (i almost cried at that the first time)
sephiroth walking thourgh the fire at nhiblelehem (my desktop form time to time)
the weapons emergance (ooooh prity flashy lights)
dimond wepons attack on midgar (sapphier weapon sucked)
and cloud geting picked by cornero (hard to do but worth it in the end)
edit: how could i forget the escape from shinra headquarters on the motorbike

So many good ones. Cloud's past, black materia to Sephiroth, dating sequence, Aeris' death (the drama... think I almost cried) and Vincent's past.
