Perseus stumbled back at the release of her arm, watching as Hestia took the initiative to stab the youma in the eye. It was a satisfactory feeling to watch the disgusting creature explode into dust. "I learned that you have the worst choice in youma ever?" She smiled a bit as she said it, voice edged with sarcasm and laughter.

In all seriousness, however, it had been an interesting exercise in teamwork for her. Particularly in the lack of organization across the board which had bothered her. "But in all seriousness, it was easy to see how the battle turned into a free-for-all from the very beginning." Very little rhyme or reason had gone into their attacks from the get go, nothing at all like what she had envisioned. Apparently, it took a lot of time and work together to move as a unit; it was something she would keep in mind for the future.

"I learned that boxes hurrrrrt," Merope groaned as he leaned on an unbroken box for support, his other hand wrapping around his stomach. He looked up at his companions, then looked to where the youma once was. "I think," he began, "That running and jumping on a youma is a good distraction, but getting tossed didn't help out one bit." He tried to straighten up, wincing and deciding against it, "Otherwise getting tossed like that really, really wasn't a good idea. If I was alone, I probably would've become youmachow. Thanks for covering for me, guys. Gals."

Hestia stared at the place the youma had been, and felt torn between celebrating with a discreet fistpump and apologizing for not doing that sooner. In the end she settled for removing her uniform's apron and approaching Merope with a glint in her eye that indicated she would now be fussing, and would he please stand relatively still while she checked for splinters and flesh-eating bacteria?

She didn't pause at Castor's question, but it did take her awhile to think of an answer that wasn't exactly satisfying, but at least it was truthful, "I learned my attack is best used with the help of another." She gave Merope a small smile, along with her apron to pat himself dry.

"I learned that you didn't teach me anything I didn't already know," Rosalind spat at Castor. Really, that's how she felt-- the only difference between now and previous youma battles was that Castor stood over them and barked vulgarities at them and the other two senshi's presence. Perseus wasn't anything new, as the two girls had worked together for several months. "The only new experience that intrigued me was Sailor Hestia's attack." Rosalind eyed the Soldier of Maids (or whatever she was; she didn't care, honestly) with an imperious stare, then waltzed over to her.

"So, do you, like... ever use your gift to clean up after youma?" The auburn-haired snob glanced over her shoulder at Castor, then back at Hestia. "You should try cleaning up all this dust. Would you be capable of that?" Looking to Castor once more, she added, "now, if you can get her to do that, I'll be impressed."

She was just about to ask Merope if he'd like her to run and get him a warm drink, and maybe some blankets and handwipes as Miss Perseus looked like she could use some, what with all that contact and acid business? But Hestia found her drive to take care of things redirected by Miss Rosalind's words.

She surveyed the mess of dust and splintered wood for a moment and managed not to scoff before answering, "The only kind of power this requires is willpower. So please do consider it done, Miss."

"Hestia, don't feel obligated to clean up here. Theres no way of telling the difference between the dust and debris thats been here for years and that which came from the youma." Rosalind's words had obviously had an effect on the other senshi, and Perseus felt them a bit harsh considering that they'd all just taken down a youma together.

"Besides, last I checked her attack was just as successful in helping bring down this youma as yours was, Rosalind." It was as gentle as she could manage, Perseus knew that the other girl didn't respond well to admonition in front of others, but the senshi of illusion couldn't let her blatant snubbery slide, not against a fellow (if temporary) teammate.

Perseus offered a smile to Hestia before turning her eyes to the eternal senshi. "So Castor, enlighten us to what you learned in all of this?"

Castor was ready to lay a verbal beat down on Rosalind. Again. She was stubborn to nth degree. It annoyed him endlessly because he'd been like that once upon a time. Still, apart from her, the others reacted rather well, and better yet, Perseus got a handle on her companion.
"Merope." He nodded to the other male. Poor guy was probably freezing. "Try to work on you ability to dodge and run. The fact guys like us need to get in close range is good as we can do some serious damage, but it also leave us open for attack. Now before you die of hypothermia, My best advice is practice dodging and running. Also jumping. More impact that way." He motioned for the fellow menshi to wait. He wouldn't hold him too long.

"Perseus, that is not the worst youma ever okay. Trust me. It wasn't." He shuddered, recalling certain battles. "You've got the right of this exercise however, which is awesome. All I can offer you is just like Merope, practice dodging and running. Mostly the dodging part."

Eyes passed over Rosalind before falling on Hestia. "Out of all of your four, I was most impressed with you Hestia." He grinned. "You supported your teammates and when you lacked the magical means to save your comrade. You improvised. That is what can help us. Quick thinking. Just remember that as support, you can't put yourself in danger without reason. Attack the youma to save your teammate, or a civilain for that matter, that is a reason to get personal." Castor smiled. "Overall, gold star." Pulling out something from his pocket it was indeed, a gold star sticker.

Facing Rosalind now, Castor sighed.
"Princess." Arms crossed. "I'm not surprised." His smiled was a slight frown. "You and me...I think we're going to need some personal time later on."

Shrugging he motioned to the still standing coffee and doghnut table. "Grab what you want 'cuz I'm packing out. We've lingered and sent enough energy to attract god only knows what. I'll stay here until my scanner shows you're out of range or powered down. Class is dismissed." A pat to Hestia's head. "And please, don't worry about the mess."

Merope threw Hestia a thankful grin as she offered him his apron. He slowly accepted it and began toweling himself off as best as he could, alternating between shivering and wincing. At least he wasn't as soaked as he was before. Except now... Does he offer the apron back? He stared at it, wondering. He couldn't stop himself from eying Rosalind. Seriously, what was her problem?

Castor began to speak, prompting the boy to look up and nod. "Dodge, run, jump, dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge. Yeah, got it," he shivered, throwing his fellow manshi a quick thumbs up. He took a moment to try and wring the apron out before folding it as best as he could (it was rather pathetic) and offering it back to Hestia. "Thanks."

Checking her brooch clock, Perseus sighed. This had gone a bit later than she'd expected and she still had to either get or cook dinner of some sort for herself. "As much as I've enjoyed this little exercise in team work, I really must be headed off." She nodded at Castor, silently thanking him for the insight. It was certainly helpful to know what happened when people didn't practice together or enough, and it would be helpful in the future with vogue.

"If anyone ever needs help, feel free to give me a ring. I'll see you tomorrow Rosalind, and I hope to see all of you again at some point." Perseus started walking away from the group, heels clicking against the concrete flooring of the warehouse. She flashed a peace sign and then smiled before disappearing into the dark corners and ultimately out into the night.

The team that had thrown been thrown together randomly had certainly functioned well enough, but certainly lacked some of the finesse she would have hoped for. Perseus certainly knew one thing, however, and that was that she was going to start scheduling training time for Vogue. It wouldn't do any good to have them fall apart at the start of a battle!

Smiling back at Perseus, Hestia nodded politely, and decided to just come back later and tidy up a bit. Bringing her attention back to Castor she made a mental note to practice dodging, running, and jumping as well. Even if it was directed toward the other two, the small senshi was eager to add more training to her own, which had so far consisted of endurance running, attacking frozen slabs of meat, and three months of spectacularly pointless wilderness training. The results were not what she was hoping for, so maybe if she went a bit further? Didn't the military train recruits using obstacle courses?

As she considered the merits of sneaking into such a facility versus just building her own, she heard Castor say her name. Wait...he was impressed? With her? Hestia flushed as she listened to his words and accepted her gold star. In about an hour she would replay this moment for Miss Mindy, likely accompanied by one of her more "epic" victory poses. Possibly several. For now, she had to settle for a dignified, "Thank you, sir."

But despite his words, she'd still be back later to clean up. A challenge, though small, was a challenge, after all.
