Custom Rounds (Bullets, Shells, and everything else)

Round name (doesn't need to be fancy): Pincer Rounds
Is it only for a specific gun?: No
Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason(It's my special bullet does not count as a reason, nor does I made it) yes
What it does: It is a shot that is used to pin down the target. Upon contact with the target the bullet breaks letting out several small weights which react to he texture of skin. These weights are then jammed into the afflicted person's skin, slowing them down.
Sample:

Alphonse looked at his target through the barrel, knowing that the man must be brought alive. He placed his index finger on the trigger and pulled, getting a shot on to the man's leg, he flinched a bit, but no real damage was done. As the man kept walking he felt his leg was oddly heavy so he stopped to look what was wrong, as soon as he saw his leg he saw a lot of small metals, which now weighted five pounds, slowing him down, if it where only one metal the bullet wouldn't be as effective, but, upon contact the bullet released four of theses small weights which added twenty pounds to the man's leg.

Should it be added to the special Round list. If not provide a reason(It's my special bullet does not count as a reason, nor does I made it) yes.
What it does: Self explanatory-ish. The gun has gassoline inside, so once the bullet hits the target he/she is sprayed with the liquid, making them easier to set ablaze.

What it does: It's basically the same thing as a tazzor ( I don't even know how to write it...)...Since I don't know how one works I can't explain it.
