xxIt was a misty and damp morning for it had rained during the night. In the middle of that wet night was Emane traveling on Omni in a black hooded cloak that cast a shadow over her face. She had left last minute from the Imperial City. The Arena master had asked her to stick around for one more fight which was the last fight before the Arena closed. It was a close fight but in the end Emane made her bloody exit with a beheaded body lying in a pool of blood.

xxFinally Emane saw the walls of Chorral not to far away. She brought the horse up to a trot. Reaching the stables, she led the Chestnut horse in the stables along with the other horses that were at peace. The Imperial then made her way towards the cities gates. Entering through, she walked quickly toward the Grey Mare Inn. As she entered she saw that only two people were up eating. An Altmer and Bosmer. Ignoring them Emane walked over to Emfrid the Inn Keeper. Emfrid recognized Emane and greeted her with a smile. "It has been a long time since you've last come up to Chorral. What brings you?" Emane leaned down on the counter in front of Emfrid, still with her hood over her head. "I have some business to attend to. Has the inn been holding up?" Emane replied. "Things have been the same. Chorral has been having a few more problems than usual but we can handle that. Can I get you anything?" Emane grinned with sparkling white teeth. "Give me your strongest drink." Emfrid chuckled "you haven't changed." She said as she pulled out a bottle strong ale and handed it to Emane.

xxEmane took the bottle, putting the top into her mouth and pulled off the cork with her teeth. She spit out the cork and took a large swig. The sharp taste filled her mouth waking her up. She had traveled all night long and was exhausted. She turned around and leaned against the counter with her back with one arm resting on top. Finally she pulled down her hood revealing her thick raven hair and stormy green eyes that resembled a dragons. She wiped her soft pink lips with her hand as her eye's seemed to look out into nothing. Now with her cloak falling back it revealed her revealing light leather armor with the beautiful sword sheath at her hip and a bow hidden by the cloak on her back. Her olive skin looked beautiful in the dim candlelight of the inn and her legs showed no bruises or scratches. Her appearance showed that she was a capable fighter. Her dark features were uncommon for a regular Imperial which gave her the advantage when haggling and getting information. Male merchants were weak towards beautiful maidens and female merchants were weak to charm.

xxEmane came to Chorral because of a request she had gotten from a lizard man named Geem Jasaiin. At the moment Emane was jobless so she accepted. She was not sure who the other members of the quest were but all would go well as long as they knew what they were doing and wouldn't do anything that would get everyone killed and make Emane lose her payment. If it were up to her she would have gone off by herself to the ruins and killed all the bandits but these days things weren't done that way as much. Those offering money wanted to make sure the job got done and did not want to have to rely on one person. It bothered Emane. She grew up in an environment where she had to learn to survive by just relying on herself. She was a capable hunter who was used to having to do things like this by herself. But you can't have everything your way can you?

XXX Shinji followed the pair inside the building quietly. He closed the door behind him and slowly made his way back to the table where the other members of his party sat waiting. He knew that this should be a short mission, but their might be a slight delay. Nevertheless, he stood quietly as Jasaiin gave them the info they needed as well as answering a few questions. Then out of no where this character appeared. It took Shinji only moments to realize it wasn’t human, but what ever it was, he hadn’t the slightest clue of what species. ‘Things could get a little interesting pretty soon…’ He thought as the night drug slowly on.

XXX Finally Jasaiin left the table and everyone began heading upstairs to bed. Shinji, on the other hand, needed to make some last minute purchases, so he bent down to where he left his rucksack and picked it up. He rummaged through it for a second and found the list of things he knew they would need on the trip. ‘Let’s hope I’m not the only one prepared.’ He thought as he walked over to the bartender. Once he got the guy’s attention. he slid the man the list and a few gold coins. “I need you to get me a few things.” Shinji said motioning to the folded paper. “That money should be enough for everything, load it upon a horse and I’ll pay you for your troubles in the morning.” Then, without so much as another word, Shinji followed the others up to the rooms and found a vacant one. He walked in and closed the door behind him and locked it securely. ‘I need some rest…’ He thought as he slid over to the bed and sat down. He placed his rucksack on the side of his pillow and then began removing all three of hid weapons. Once he got them off he placed them on the left side of the bed. He then stood and made sure the window was locked. Finally, now that he was comfortable that he was alone and secure, he fell on the bed and went to sleep…

~~~
XXX Shinji was up early that morning, but he thought it best to stay in his room for awhile, or at least till he saw the sun. When it finally arose he and replaced his hood and the rest of his ‘uncomfortable’, but necessary articles of clothing. Once he was finished he grabbed his weapons and his rucksack, he walked to the door, unlocked it, then walked out of his room. He found that he wasn’t the only one that was up early. He saw that two of his compainions where up, along with another unkown person who was here. With a simple nod to the two people that he knew, he walked over to the bartender and exchanged a few words. He glanced over at the woman once or twice, but never said anything to her. He was here on buisness, besides he didn't need to impose on everyone's life. Shinji talked with the man several more minutes before he was satisfied that the man retrieved everything that was asked of him, Shinji dropped five gold pieces onto the table. Once his business was finished he grabbed an apple and walked over to where the two ladies sat and joined them quietly. He began to eat the apple slowly and without so much as a single noise finished it after a few minutes. Once finished he put the apple on the table and finally broke the silence. “G’Morning to you both. I hope ya’ll slept well. Is everything ready for the journey?” He asked calmly, avoiding eye contact by staring at the floor.
Eliya ~
Eliya nodded quietly in response to Mora's morning greeting, saying nothing as they sat together in what wasn't a completely uncomfortable silence, eating their breakfast. Not too much time had drifted by before the Inn's door opened, and a dark haired woman entered. All business she promptly ignored the two eating and addressed the Innkeeper who she apparently knew. With a careful eye Eliya observed their interaction, raising a single delicate eyebrow at the woman's request for alcohol. This early? Hmm. The brunette beauty was intriguing.
After the unnamed woman accepted her drink, she turned around. Eliya looked her over, noting her attire, armor and weaponry. A warrior. She was a bit late, but could she be here for the job? Or perhaps she was just stopping by for another reason. It was, after all, quite possible.
Eliya's eyes were drawn to Shinji as he made his way down the stairs, the last to awake. She nodded politely to him, the remembrance of the words they had shared the night before causing her to look down at the table. She had been almost vulnerable with him the night before....not intentionally but she was determined not to let it happen again. She was on a job and did not need to get any closer to someone except to kill them or use them. She stared at her food, suddenly no longer hungry, yet knowing she should force herself to eat. So she did. She swallowed her food without tasting it, and didn't look up as Shinji joined her and Mora.
"Yes," She said blandly as he asked if everything was ready for their departure. Her green eyes flickered to the other woman who was watching them. She thought about asking Shinji and Mora if they thought the other woman was there for the job as well, but decided to take the direct approach. "You." She met the eyes of the other woman to cause no confusion as to who she was talking to. "Are you by chance here for the job offered by Jasaiin?" Since the other woman looked the part, Eliya continued without waiting for a reply. "I certainly hope so because we could use another member." This much was true. Shinji seemed to be a battlemage of sorts but with Eliya and Mora being more rogue type classes, a full out warrior (which the new woman seemed to be) would be a tremendous help. But was she perhaps there for some other abstract reason? Eliya continued to toy with her food as she waited for a reply, her eyes not leaving the other woman's.
xxAs Emane slowly drank the strong bottle of ale in her hand she looked over at the group that was gathering at the table not far from her. Her gaze was met with the redhead Altmer's jade eyes. Emane was not one for redheads but this one was quite a looker. Emane had nothing for women but that didn't stop her from recognizing one's beauty. As they exchanged looks the Altmer asked her if she was on the job that Jasaiin had offered. Emane only responded with an amused smile and another swig of the ale. The Altmer rambled on and it appeared to Emane that the girl was really hopping that she was on the same quest as them.
xxEmane repositioned herself taking her gaze away from the redhead but still felt the girl's eye's upon her. She ran her fingers through her hair as she looked back over at the girl. "All the jobs these days are the same are they not? The only difference is who the person hiring is." She said at last. Emane quickly finished off the bottle and placed it on the counter. She flicked a gold coin over to Emfrid and rested her head on her hand as she looked back over to the redhead. The smile still on her face. "Since you are so keen to know whether I am doing this quest with you I will let you in on a little secret." She spoke while leaning in a closer to the girl. "I do happen to be running this errand with you." Emane's eye's flickered over the others around the girl she could see none of them were suited for close combat. "And it appears that you need me."
xxThe people all around the girl including the redhead herself all intrigued Emane. They appeared to be bored and wondering what to do next. Perhaps Emane would be able to help them out with that, but she wouldn't do anything rash until she had there consent. Well she would at least try not to. Her eye's moved back to the green eye's that pierced into her. Emane wondered where the girl who appeared to be around the same age as her was from and what her life was like. Judging by her appearance the Altmer was better nourished than Emane especially since she had a full night of sleep and Emane had not had a full eight hours in who knows how long. Emane wondered what she looked right now to the others. She must look very messy and stink a bit. But thank goodness for that gene she attained from her mother that let her scent always smell of lilies. While waiting for the redhead to reply Emane went through a list in her head of what she needed to do before going off onto the journey. First she would have to go to the church and say her prayers to the Nine Divines. Second, go to the blacksmith to get her things repaired. While blacksmith works she would try to get at least an hour of sleep. The group would have to wait for her if they truly wanted a skilled warrior at their sides.
XXX Shinji nodded towards Eliya as she answered him. He was a little bit blown away by her blandness, but in the end he blamed it on the early morning. He was just ready to get the quest over with. He was a little bit surprised that Eliya and Mora where the only ones that showed up that morning. 'This is just great...' Shinji thought as his eyes darted back and forth in the room without moving his head. 'No one, other then that woman at the bar...' Shinji thought as he sat back in his chair. He slouched a little bit and leaned back. He closed his eyes and waited on orders for what to do next, but he was in for a rude awakening.
XXX Shinji's eyes burst open at the sound of Eliya's voice. Maybe it was her tone that startled him, but he would never know for sure. He sat up to see her eye's locked with those of the woman at the bar. 'Did I miss something...' Shinji thought and he began to feel a little bit uneasy about the whole situation. His left hand fingered his sword hilt as he waited for Eliya to continue. When he heard her words he relaxed a little bit. 'Don't scare me like that... Wait, why do I feel so attached to her... Whats going on...' Shinji thought as he partially listened to Eliya's question. His thoughts went quiet as he heard the last end of Eliya's questioning. His was 'all ears' as soon as Eliya finished. 'That was a little much, but now I'm interested.' Shinji thought as he waited for the other lady to speak.
XXX Shinji listened as the woman answered Eliya's questions a few moments later. She was very indirect at first, answering a question with a question. Not long after, though, she did confirm that she would be coming along with them. Shinji then looked closely at the woman and deciphered that she was a warrior. Shinji's gaze fell upon the woman's blade. Not only was it worn out, but the hilt itself was lose and barely held together. 'I wonder how long the blacksmith would take...' He though. 'Not only that, but she got here only this morning. This could be awhile. After looking her over Shinji stood. He simply had to know. “How long...” He said letting it sink in for a moment, but he knew that he needed to be more specific. “How long will it take for you to ready yourself? We haven't much time...” He asked as he walked over to a window to see the sun. 'It's already eight o'clock...' He thought as he turned around and waited for the answer. 'We've wasted too much time already...'
Eliya ~
Eliya wasn't quite sure what kind of response she had expected from the warrior woman, but the one delivered caught her off guard. The brunette woman took her time answering, and for the briefest moment Eliya wondered if the woman was choosing to rudely ignore her. The woman finally responded, however it wasn't an answer to Eliya's question, rather it was a question of its own. Annoyance bubbled towards the surface and possibly made its way to Eliya's eyes. Keen? She didn't like how the other woman had made her innocent question into something else. She was hardly begging the other woman for help, yet the the dark haired Imperial seemed to enjoy pointing out that their trio needed a fourth. And not just any fourth, her.
Eliya looked away from the girl as she pushed back from the table and stood up. She was about to speak when Shinji beat her to it. At his well pointed question, she looked from him to the newcomer. "Yes. We are getting a late start as it is." She let her eyes trail back to Shinji for a fleeting second to imply that she thought it was his fault, before letting them return to the Imperial. "He is right, we have little time." Eliya didn't repeat the battle mage's question, but there was an air of challenge to her eyes as she waited for a response. Unable to with-hold a barb of her own she spoke before the other woman could. "Do you usually treat all your jobs with such little regard to punctuality?" The other woman if indeed here for the job was in fact late. Very late.
xxIn response to the only male in their presence Emane smiled harshly. "I think one hour will be enough. We could always bribe the blacksmith to go faster but it won't be out of my pocket. I hardly have enough for a real meal." She spoke as her eye's moved quickly to the redhead who stood up from the table. Obviously she was getting impatient with the way Emane was running things. It was typical for those to have trouble getting along with Emane at first but they would learn that she wasn't that bad she was just bad at getting started. Finally the question came out on why Emane was so late to the quest. Her mind pondered on how she should answer this question that she too would not enjoy the hear the answer from. "I was planning on being here some time last night but I was forced to stay. The Arena does not take kindly to drop outs. I'm actually usually the first one at the destination of a quest, but as you can see I was delayed, and I am deeply sorry for that." Emane spoke with a more humble tone but still there was a hint of smartness.
xxEven though all the members of the party appeared to be in a hurried mode Emane knew that they would have to stay and wait for her whether they liked it or not. They would not risk losing their close combat fighter. Emane had learned how reliant mages and rougues can be when in a fiery battle. As her eye's peered over them she took the liberty of being the first one to move out towards the door. Expecting the others to follow she exited the Gray Mare and walked towards the blacksmiths. She was sure that the blacksmith would give her a discount. The dark Imperial had done her a favor in the past leaving the blacksmith in her debt. Something that most would hate to go through the trouble for.
Mora looked up curiously as a new person came into the inn so early in the morning. This wasn't a good time for new patrons, which led her to believe that this Imperial woman was here for something else. Like her High Elf friend, she hoped that this new woman would be an addition to the party, albeit late. Luckily for this woman, they were in need of a close combat fighter enough to allow such lateness. Mora, still sitting in silence, listened as Eliya addressed the Imperial, asking the question she was wondering herself. The new girl, however, answered in a rather irritating way. Already she was pushing the boundaries of their tolerance by being so late. Not a very good start for the woman. Mora could handle it. She was good with dealing with people. But the other two didn't seem to be responding very well. Mora stood as Eliya did, placing a slender hand on Shinji's shoulder for a moment before removing it to walk towards the new girl. Her motion towards him was unobtrusive - she didn't even look at him. Mora could tell that he was almost depressingly shy around women. She had only done it because she had seen his reach for his sword. It seemed as if none of the people present were very good with mornings. "It's very early in our adventures to have disagreements." Mora pointed out matter-of-factly.
She walked briskly to the new person's side. "My name is Mora," she introduced herself. "Is there anything I can help you do to get prepared? Any supplies I can get you while you go to the Blacksmith?" She was used to doing errands, being the rank she was in the Mage's Guild. Doing such tasks for a party member, however, was tricky business. It could cause them to think they're more entitled, and will probably create the way for more menial tasks being asked of her. Mora knew this, and was a little annoyed, but she didn't let it show on her face. For that moment time was a little more important than dignity. Anyway, Mora fully expected the other woman to pay her back for the things purchased.
XXX Shinji caught the glance that Eliya gave him and he figured it was in spite of his waking up late. He gave her a look that almost literately asked, ’What if I would of woke up earlier’. He was obviously a litte edgy, but Mora calmed him down as she placed her hand on his shoulder as he walked towards the window. He nodded his thanks as he made it to the seal. He turned around, leaned against the window seal and tilted his hooded head down, but not too low. He still had his head high enough to see everything that went on. He listened as Eliya and the other woman went back and forth. Eliya obviously had something against the woman being late, but when she gave her explanation Shinji knew that might only make even more sparks fly. ‘How long will this go on…’ He thought as his eyes darted back and forth between the ladies.
XXX Shinji watched as Mora made her move towards peace. ‘Yeah smart move…’ Shinji thought as Mora began to make peace in a darkened situation. Shinji watched as Mora walked over to the woman and introduced herself as well as scold them, in a nice way, for getting off on the wrong foot. Shinji knew that it was his turn to try and help with the peace. He lifted his head and locked his eyes with Eliya. He gave her a look that would send chills through anyone’s mind. ‘Illusions are a specialty…’ He thought as he sent a chill through her spine that obviously meant enough. After he got her attention, Shinji stood. “Mora is right. Enough quarreling over lost time. Traveling by night may end up in our favor…” Shinji said as he reached into his tunic and removed a small leather pouch. “… but none the less we need speed now…” He said as he tossed the bag to Mora. “That should be enough to bribe the blacksmith three times over as well as pay for some supplies. Oh, and the name is Shinji…” He said as he walked over to the table and sat down. “Times wasting. Mora go with this woman. Eliya and myself will make sure the horses are saddled and ready for your return." He gave Eliya another glance before leaning back into his chair and closing his eyes. ‘Let’s hope this solves the problem… and save us from a few, while we’re at it…’ He thought as he felt the warm sun pierce through his closed lids. He heard foot steps and hoped the two women where exiting...
Eliya ~
Eliya made no comment to the woman's answer to her question. Her green eyes said more than enough. She didn't care what the woman's excuse was and she had no reason to believe she was even telling the truth. Though, Eliya had to admit, from all appearances, the strange woman definitely looked like she could hold her own in the Arena. And an hour! Thanks to Shinji they were already getting a late start and now another hour on top of that? If Eliya even remotely thought that they didn't need the female warrior she would have haughtily suggested that they leave without her.
Eliya's attention was diverted to Mora as she finally spoke up. Her introduction was placating and though the Altmer would have preferred not to admit it, wise. Considering they were going to have to wait for the new woman to do her errands, it made sense that she have help. Well, Mora could help. Eliya had no interest in doing so. She was no servant to anyone. She was better than that. Friends she would help of course, guildmate's yes. But strangers? No thank you. Even if they were going to be working together.
The high elf's jade eyes flickered to the battle mage and they locked eyes for a brief second. His blue eyes reflected something strange and unnerving, something Eliya couldn't place. When he spoke, Eliya shook her head. Since when was traveling by night faster? During the day you could see and push your horse to the limit, but during the night you had to be careful because you couldn't see as well, which meant traveling slower. She gritted her her teeth in mild annoyance. "Shinji if we travel by night we will go slower."
She watched him toss his gold at the new woman whom they still did not know the name of. If he wanted to waste his gold fine, it was his money. She said nothing as he introduced himself and took charge, telling Mora and the woman to go. She was rather surprised by his sudden take charge attitude but she didn't mind staying back to help him saddle the horses. It would take all of what, fifteen minutes?
xxEmane smiled as Shinji threw the money bag over to Mora. These soon to be comrades were slowly taking a liking or hating to her. But it was alright. She didn't care much for what others thought of her. As she walked out the door and the Wood elf briskly caught up with her and introduced herself as Mora. Emane's eyes moved down to her seeing that she was much taller than the women next to her. But judging by the way the elf carried herself and how she handled the fight that was just brewing and calmed it down. Emane saw that Mora was a peace maker but would make a great fighter alongside. "Emane." She replied. It was a short and easy answer but she delivered it with a warm smile. Perhaps Mora would be the only one she will get along with on this journey but who knows.
xx"All I need really is some food. I was in such a hurry to get over here that I skipped picking up some food." As she said this Emane's stomach growled every so slightly. Her body was used to going without food for long amounts of time so the pain in her stomach didn't hurt as much as it would for a normal well fed person. It was clear that Emane was missing proper nutrition and sleep as her skin was paler than normal. But she wasn't about to collapse from this lack of good health anytime soon. "Perhaps also a few healing potions. That could be useful." She said with a wink towards Mora. It would appear that Emane though herself above people but in all of reality she was very down to earth. And if someone would do a deed for her she would gladly fulfill one back.
xxAs they neared now to the blacksmith's shop Emane slowed in her walking pace. Once they reached the front of the building Emane came to a stop and turned to Mora. "I'll get the blacksmith to move at a quicker pace and try to get some sleep. In the meantime go and get the things you need. It's our last chance to get supplies and I would hate for you to not have the things you needed. As for me, don't worry. I've always gotten along with less. Best to save the money for something more worthwhile." She spoke while crossing her arms and throwing a glance up to the sky. They would need to leave soon if they wanted to get to their destination before dark. Emane's eye's moved back down to the short Mora. A small smile creeping onto her face. With her open hand coming out in front of her waiting for the coins to be dropped into her hand so she would be able to pay the blacksmith.
Mora caught the bag of coin deftly, nodding at Shinji in thanks. Apparently, she had successfully calmed things down - at least a little bit. Her mouth twitched upward in a ghost of a smile, punctuated by a sigh of relief. There would be more than likely more work necessary to keep the group behaving towards each other. That task always seemed to fall on her. Mora the diplomat. Why couldn't everyone just be polite enough to be civil towards one another?
Well, then I suppose life would be quite boring... she thought to herself.
She let her features soften to a vaguely friendly expression and she turned her attention back to the new girl, Emane. For a self-appointed diplomat, she rarely smiled. Maybe it would be different, once she really got to know people outside her family. Or maybe not. The Bosmer was a very serious person, which may be odd, for a wood-elf, but whatever.
When Emane told her that she needed food and maybe a few potions, Mora nodded curtly, opening the purse to give the other girl money for the blacksmith. But Emane continued to speak, seemingly rescinding her order for anything she needed. Mora's lips thinned into a displeased line, her brown eyes staring up into Emane's green. "Unlike you, I was fortunate enough to have the time to gather supplies. Your nutrition is just as important to the success of the party as mine is. It's not healthy to go around belittling yourself." Mora told her firmly. Though she had an inkling that this Imperial thought more of herself than she let on. They tended to be self-important people, the Imperials.
She pulled out money from the purse and dropped it in Emane's outstretched hand, taking care to give her enough to pay the blacksmith and a little extra to hurry him along. She also noted how much was given so she could pay Shinji back. "Take a nap while you wait for the blacksmith. I'll see if I can gather some food and potions for you. I'll meet you back at the blacksmith." With that, she hurried away towards the market.
xxAs Emane felt the coins drop into her hand she nodded and turned her back on Mora heading for the door entering into the blacksmiths shop. Before entering through the door she turned to look back at the city. A blank expression entered onto her face as she watched the people walk past. For some reason she felt that this quest would not turn out as well as everyone seemed to think it would go. She decided to ignore the feeling in her stomach and entered into the dark shop.
xxEmane shut the door behind her. As her eye's adjusted to the darkness she picked out the fire glow in the next room. Why the blacksmith in Chorral always kept it dark she will never know. Entering into the next room Emane found the blacksmith hammering away at a piece of armor. "Excuse me." She spoke up. The blacksmith stopped and turned to see her. "Ah, Emane. How goes it?" Emane smiled and walked up to the sweat covered blacksmith. "I need you to repair my armor and weapons. And I need it done within an hour." A surprised expression came up onto the dirty face of the blacksmith. He looked down at her equipment seeing that there wasn't much but it would still take some time. "I'm afraid I won't be able to complete it all within an hour. Perhaps in a day?" Emane sighed and glared up into his face. "Remember that favor you had me do? Your not going to cheat me out of a debt are you?" The blacksmith expression changed and looked to the side. As he did so Emane placed the coins onto a barrel next to her.
xxThe blacksmith's eye's moved over to the coins glimmering in the fire light. He looked back to Emane. "I'll see what I can do. Emane smiled as she saw that he had finally given in. "Do you have any clothes I could wear while you're working on the armor?" The blacksmith nodded "Yes, in the other room. You may also wait in there while I work on your things." Emane walked over to the room that the blacksmith had pointed it. She saw that it had much more light in it because of a large window on the side wall. She closed the door behind her as she walked in. Finding a bench at the side of the wall she started to unhook all her weapons. As she took them off she placed them on the table next to her. Finally finishing taking off the weapons, Emane walked over to a cabinet and opened it finding pants, a belted vest, and shoes. Not very flattering but they would suffice. Emane started to undo the strings holding her armor together and let the pieces fall off of her as she went. Now with nothing left on she pulled on the clothes she found and carried her weapons and armor to the blacksmith who immediately got to work on them as she left back for the room. She laid down across the bench next to the wall with the light from the window falling upon it. As she closed her eyes and listened to the droning of the hammer blowing she fell into a deep sleep.
((I'm just going to do a quick fast forward since I take it Emane's going to be asleep for the next hour anyway.))
Mora took her time in the market, knowing the the blacksmith probably wouldn't be done for at least an hour. She spent Shinji's money prudently, always keeping tally of how much she spent. There were a few health potions at the alchemist's shop and mostly breads and cheeses she could find, food-wise. She walked into the Blacksmith with a basket full of what she purchased and saw that the man was on the finishing touches. The Bosmer figured it to be about an hour later. "Where's Emane?" Mora asked the man, looking around the shop. He pointed distractedly to the room he directed Emane into. The elf nodded curtly and walked over to the door. She knocked directly before she let herself into the room, figuring it was about time for the other woman to wake up anyway. She needed time to eat something, after all.
"I have some bread here and some cheese. I also found two potions for you. Your armor is almost finished," she explained, setting the food and potions on the table and sitting down on a chair. The Bosmer nibbled on some dried strips of venison while she waited for her companion to get ready to leave.
Health: Perfect
Location: Chorral - Blacksmiths Shop
Mood: Refreshed
xxEmane's eye's opened slowly as she heard the sound of someone walking into the room. She felt very refreshed and ready to get going. Amazing what an hour of rest can do for someone when they had the least amount of rest possible that wouldn't kill you. As she recognized the light sounding step of an elf Emane figured it was Mora who had entered. As she heard the food and potions placed on the table next to her she slowly got up and looked lazily at the little elf. She nodded and took the cheese, taking a bite right out of the whole thing she looked back up at Mora. "Thank you." She stated in a tired tone. She was not yet fully awakened and still extremely tired but after getting up and moving about with some food in her stomach she should be fine.
xxJust before finishing the bread Emane heard the blacksmith stop hammering. This indicated that he must be done now. She stuffed the rest of the bread into her mouth and got on her feet walking towards the door before leaving her eye's moved back to Mora. "I'll be back in a few seconds." She said while exiting the room. As she entered the warm fire lit room Emane saw her armor neatly folded with her weapons laying on top. She examined them and with a smile looked to the blacksmith. "Lovely job as always. I'm glad that you were able to complete the deadline." "You didn't give me much of an option." The blacksmith said with a slight laugh. Emane nodded and picked up the armor and weapons, walking back to the small side room she entered back through the door. "Would you mind leaving?" Emane asked but not in a rude manor. She just was in a rush now knowing that they would have to depart soon. And she needed to get dressed.
