"Sounds sexy," she teased with a light laugh. "I think it will just be awkward to call. Maybe we'll see each other again, but I don't know if I should call. He's graduated now, has a different life. Besides, I don't know if I even have time to date. Between college applications, schoolwork, regular social life and Senshi things, I don't know where dating fits in to my schedule."

Ume nodded quietly "You can't abandon too much of your life or people ask questions..." She said sadly. "But you can't let it be too normal either or your failing in something I think we have to do." She paused looking thoughtful. "...You know I don't even know what I'll do if I get accepted to an out of state school." She said going wide eyed, not all her applications had been to schools within the city limits.

"I want to go out-of-state," she said, without giving it more thought. She often dreamt of starting over, a new life. College seemed like a great place to start. "Except I think Destiny City might need me here - or at least, need Sailor Requiem here. And I don't know if I'll even get in to anything out of state. I might go to DCU, or Sovereign if I get in to one of those."

"DCU I think..." She mused "I want to study, well... three guesses what I want to study." She said waving a hand at her books. "Maybe for the cops... or maybe from an anthropology stand point I'm not sure....well, either way, Here is to hopeing that by the time we go, this city is a safer place."

"Hopefully," Devi sighed. She didn't see that as happening anytime soon, just after seeing the few weeks of craziness that she has seen as a Senshi. There was a whole war going on, and most people were mostly unaware of it. Sure, they knew misguided things here and there, but nothing substantial. They're oblivious to how dark and scary the world really is. "I should head home soon, my parents are going to be waiting for me for dinner. Thanks for the help with the shoulder, and all. We should meet up as Senshi, do some work together and clear up this city when we can."

Ume nodded "We should, It will be really good to have someone I know to patrol with again, everyone is so busy these days..." She sighed wistful, but it couldn't be helped. "Will you be alright to make it home?" She asked carefully. "And if you need anything with that, please... let me know." She said waving at the shoulder.

"I will," she nodded. She adjusted her shoulder slightly, getting a little more comfortable thanks to Ume's handiwork. "Patrolling with a friend might make the task a lot easier, I've only been doing it alone so far and its been rough. With a friend I might not find myself getting these type of injuries." She cracked a little friendly smile.
"Thanks for help, I should be getting home," she continued as she grabbed her belongings and prepared to head home.

"Later!" Ume said trying to sound perky so no one in the house would be suspicious. She followed her friend to the door at least and wondered, would anyone be left in the city who wasn't part of this war? Was anyone safe from the strange happenings that seemed to spread ripple by ripple to no known ending point? Hard to say... harder to wonder.
