It wasn't right that a little kid was in on this war now. Hell, what kind of parent (her own experience, or lack there of with parents didn't count) would let their child out at night in the city now a days to even be facing the evils that plagued it?
Bell blamed the parent here. Seriously. And she couldn't help but voice it;
"What kind of parent lets their little kid out in the city knowing there are monsters wreaking havoc? This girl should have never had the chance to BE awakened. Where was the goddamn parent?"
But again, maybe this was Bell being sore because she had been 'community' raised. Sloved off on a boarding school. She couldn't even remember the last time she saw her father's face. It had to of been sometime before she was five. Hell, if then. She had a very idealist view of how parents SHOULD be, however.

Lily was shaken from her confusion by Bell's words. Something about them made her think. Of course the little Sailor was probably sneaking out, but that did not mean she had to sneak out to be awakened. It probably wasn't the girl's parents fault.
"I was awakened during daylight hours," she admitted, "leaving from the community center after volunteering. For all we know, she could have been awakened at another time. No, I do not agree with it and yes, her parents bare some blame, but not the entirety."
She looked around to the others, "We are slapped with senshidom and we accept, as did she. All we can do is keep a close eye on the girl because whats done is done. Though I think we should speak to the guardian cats on the matter. They may be able to explain better."

"Lily's right," said Tallulah as she messed with a thumbtack. "There's no reason to go around pointing fingers at parents who are probably blameless. The cats could have very well snuck into her bedroom - It's their job to find senshi, it doesn't matter where or when."
She stuck the tack back onto the board, somewhere between Ray Gordon's obituary and a note about the Zodiacs, and said, "So I think that covers everything? Keep looking for the crystals, keep an eye out for Castor and Chibi Sailor Hugbell, and I'll call you about the next meeting. Look for it in a few weeks."
She flashed the team a thumbs up and declared, "Meeting adjourned!" Then she hoisted up the bulletin board and turned to Lily. "Help me get this back down to the car, please?"
