She looked up at him. "I'm not sure. There's no place for me in the universe. I will probably end up just moving from place to place. And Torchwood already put me on there list when I landed here. Can you believe there making me pay a permit to stay here?" Ally said while crossing her arms.

"A permit? What for? Not being human?" he asked as if the word left a bad taste in his mouth, "Well that's just out of line, that is. Still... humans get so greedy at times, I wouldn't be surprised if Torchwood started giving me parking tickets."

Ally pouted. "I Know! Since I'm not Human I have to pay to stay on Earth. If I don't pay I will be kicked off and if I resist they'll kill me. I hate Torchwood" she said while nodding her head in disagreement.

"Ugh, sometimes I wonder why I even bother," he sighed in disappointment while looking down at the quiet fish man, "hold on, how do they plan on kicking you out exactly? You didn't show them your ship did you?"

"I passed out in my pod and they found me. They nursed me back to health. And told me the news. My pod was destroyed in the crash and I barely made it out alive. So they said they would send me back out in another pod of theres. Jerks, I bet they broke my pod"

The Doctor rubbed the back of his neck.
"I'd say I would talk to them but I'm afraid I've lost my contact on the inside," he sighed, "I don't know who's running the operation anymore. Sorry to hear about your pod."
He then lightly tugged on the Fish Person, "Come on then, time to go home."
The alien warbled something.
"Yes of course we're telling your parents!" the Doctor snapped back.

Ally watched him. She rubbed arm and looked around. "I guess I'll be seeing you around." She turned around and walked back the direction that they had came from.

"Yeah..." the Doctor trailed off glancing at her indecisively. Despite his better judgment he couldn't help but feel sorry for Ally, "Yeah, I'll see you around, unless..."
He exhaled loudly, "I dunno... you want a lift somewhere? I mean, it's fine if you want to stay here, but maybe there's somewhere else you'd rather be?"

She stopped and turned to look at him. She smiled slightly, "Yes, that would be nice." Her eye's moved onto his face she could tell that he had been through a lot.

The Doctor smiled brightly as she took up his offer.
"All right," he said, "Come on then, this way..."
With that he headed to his trusty blue box. A pair of Fish People were there waiting with their arms crossed.
"Mister and Missus BEHOJCNOELHGGX! I found your son," he announced brightly, "Gave me the slip several times, but at least we got to him first eh?"
There was much scolding and fin tweaking as the parents scowled at the teenager. The bubbled a thanks to the Doctor before quickly teleporting away.
"Lovely people... well... Fish... people..." he trailed off and smiled at Ally, "ready?"

Ally crawled out of her hiding spot. "I don't like fish" she muttered while walking slowly up to him like a traumitized child.

"Aw why not?" he asked, "they're quite nice. Unless you try to eat them, then they're quite nasty..."
He opened his TARDIS and held the door open for her.

Ally walked in and her eye's sparkled. She started to dance around the ship in excitment. "IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL!!"

[Hey! It's been years since my last French class! Gimme a break! xd ]
"It is isn't it?" he said with a smile as he closed the door and ran up the steps to the console. It had definitely been far too long since he'd taken anyone... well anywhere.
"So where to?" he asked flipping switches and winking, "Or when to? Lady's choice."

She started to hug the console. Some tears came to her eyes. "They were true" she wispered to herself. Ally looked up at him with a overjoyed look on her face. "I don't care"
