Harli then began to pull himself to his feet with the help of the barricade with one hand on his bad knee

The Major was growing even more furious with his truant partner as Draze began putting the boots to him. He'd have to let Victor know just how much he appreciated getting left high and dry the next time he saw him.
After several stomps connected, out of desperation he would try to catch Draze's foot as it came down, and if successful would attempt a drop toe hold.

And Draze is taken down onto the nearest fan's lap! {Which I would assume since I crashed down the barricade and we've been fighting around that area!}

Having managed to send Draze face-first into one of the spectators, Major D. used the opportunity to bring himself up to one knee. He was still having trouble catching his breath, and his ribs and knee were sore as hell, but he would at least have an easier time defending himself than if he were still prone.

Harli would creep up on Major and attempt to strike him in the back with a steel chair shot. Harli had picked up the chair not to long ago

The big Texan finally regained his vertical base, and just as he did so, a sympathetic fan in the second row cried out, "Behind you, Major!" He turned at the warning, just in time to see Harli getting ready to take a swing at him with a steel chair. Oh s**t!, he thought. He managed to just barely duck under the swing, and in his desperation would end up trying to do something he wouldn't be very proud of...he would attempt to deliver a low blow to the Outback Attack. Right now wasn't the time to be concerned with fair play or sportsmanship...survival was a higher priority, not to mention that sportsmanship went out the window the moment Harli brought a weapon into play.

Harli fell back onto the ring apron, while holding onto his family jewels. Harli was having a hard time breathing from Major's low Blow

Well, he didn't like how he did it, but it looked like Major Devastation had just bought himself a couple of minutes of peace. Breathing was starting to come a bit easier, but his lungs still felt like they were on fire from his previous burst of movement.
He would take the opportunity he just opened up and go to guide Draze back to his feet and try to nail him with a kick to the guts.

Harli was resting up against the apron, however Major didn't realise Harli never dropped the chair. Once Harli's jewels recovered enough, this time he would make sure Major recevied the same punishment he caused Harli by aiming for inbetween Major's legs, if Harli's low blow was successful. Harli then attempted alot of chair shots to Major's back
