As Taki heard his words he smirked remembering he gave him his brother's name. "Alright Tsu, tell me what you remember about summoning."

Taki nodded. "They are at times our dear friends, and at others our closest allies. When you have signed this contract, you will be bound to them by blood, that is if you wish this." As he said this he bit into his thumb and did the handseals. "Kuchiyose!" he commanded as Gama appeared, again protectively holding the scroll as he looked over the boy. "Don't worry old friend, he's a boy. No threat to your precious scroll." he said rubbing his head. The toad croaked a little, but handed over the scroll, Taki staring intently at the boy who thought him to be Jin.

The blood written name on the scroll smokes for several seconds, before it suddenly vanishes completely, rejected by the scroll.

{ Academy students are not allowed to use summons. Even the summoning type has to be at least genin first. }

Also, I just checked the summons, and as far as I can tell, Kay, you were never approved as the toad summoner in the first place. You can't let people sign a contract you don't have yourself. }

Tenza walked into the courtyard and saw Taki with Tsubasa, the genin he had trained with earlier. Seeing the toad he rose an eyebrow but decided not to ask what the hell was a big toad doing there, something he had never seen before to say the least. " Taki-san. Yasa told me to give this to you." The genin said as he handed the piece of paper which held the news that the pain had failed the mission because they only cleared a small fraction of the farm. " Anyway Taki, I want to continue training." The boy said, not caring about anything he had been doing before he had arrived.

(REWIND Mon.)

Alright, so Taki had recieved news that the two students he had recently passed were now being demoted to Academy, along with news that he had failed his mission. He squeezed the paper until it turned into liquid in his hands and made a mental note to set the farm ablaze... or not. The elusive Otokage had wanted the students to be tougher than they were before graduating, so he had to have them do more direct training. Fine by him, but maybe not by the students. Since they were inn one of the few ssafe areas, Taki undid his transformation by making a Tiger seal, and then Jin seperated from him. "Come with me you two." As Taki led the boys towards another section of the training area, Jin would walk into the other room. "Before we continue, you guys need to know two things. First, you've been demoted and don't ask why. Second, for you Tsubasa, my name isn't Jin it's Taki. Jin is my symbiote brother who went to go train other students."Before you rank up, you shall need to learn the first level of your elements. What are said elements?"
