Nothing? No sighs? No whines? No cries of protests? Roxy didn't even move...or push at her, or slap her, or god forbid return the kiss but she definitely wasn't expecting that and would have been very thrown off if she had. Very thrown off indeed. Evari leaned back on the bench and draped her arms across the back of it, blinking and watching Roxy quietly. Huh, well this was unexpected. She tilted her head a bit and clicked her tongue, raising a brow and waiting.
Annnnnd waiting.
And waiting some more.
Okay, what the hell. Was she not even going say 'why did you do that?!'? "Huh...usually when I strike a girl speechless when I try to stop kissing her she makes me keep doin' it...did I break ya, Rox?" She asked with a chuckle, just waiting now.

It took a bit but finally Roxy went to cover her mouth with one hand, she gave a look to Evari like she was horrified. She still didn't know what to say or how to react. Honestly she was speechless. She wanted to get angry and the same time she had told her she was fine with it.. Stupidly.
Swallowing she looked away from Evari, "Y..you do that with ALL your friends?" She asked breathlessly.

Ah, here it was. Here it comes. Now she would change her mind. See? Being friends with Evari wasn't that great. Sure, Evari realized she needed more friends and she did desperately want them but she couldn't just let Roxy back so easily. Especially after what had just occurred; who would want to be friends with a girl who wanted to punch you in the face repeatedly? Seriously? Roxy must have been crazy.
At the question she blinked, giving a little shrug and a nod. "Ahhhh yup. S'how I usually greet Tori and Kay. It's just a kiss, not like it means anything...I've kissed Faris too..." She blushed a little at that and went quiet, her eyes looking off at nothing. Yes, she'd kissed Faris. Probably the happiest she'd ever been kissing someone. But they were just...kisses...not like they meant anything, right? She loved Faris dearly...they were just kisses though, right? "Though I do have a rule...I don't do anything a girl doesn't want me to do." But there were always loopholes like the one Evari had just used now. She shook off her dreamy state and shifted under Roxy a bit to sit more comfortably, turning her gaze back to the little blonde on her lap now.
"So with that in mind..ya still wanna be my friend~?" Evari asked with a cheeky grin, raising a brow and waiting for the answer. Would Roxy still want to be her friend after this? Sure, she'd love it if the blonde stayed but...well...if she didn't she could go back to hating her how she so desperately wanted to. Roxy was making it really hard though, she was just so cute!

Roxy still wasn't sure, she didn't want to lose any more friends hell half of her friends managed to dissapear on her and that was what Evari was claiming as well. Only difference was that Evari accused her of stealing Kay. She...didn't honestly she didn't.
It was hard, part of her told her to smarten up and leave this girl to her own destructive ends. Perhaps if she had been older she would of...heck if she had been older it wouldn't of gotten this far.
"I think you and I have a differnt opinion on kissing..." she murmured as she fiddeled with a peice of her hair.
"But I don't want to argue anymore..." the blond sighed and looked to Evari finally, "I want to be your friend Evari...but please believe me..I didn't steal Kay from you...I didn't tell him he could never see you again... I haven't seen him in weeks...I'm so worried.."

Evari gave a shrug at Roxy's comment. So they differed, big whoop. "The way I see it, kissing friends is like kissing family; parents kiss their children all the time, sometimes even as a tiny peck on the lips. If families can do it why can't friends, hm?" Now Evari wasn't calling herself Roxy's mother, she wouldn't call herself anyone's mother, but those kisses were as platonic as the kiss she had given Roxy just now. Granted, she gave Kay and Tori...very different kisses but the meaning was still the same. They were kisses between friends, much different from kisses between lovers. But whatever, Roxy said she didn't want to argue anymore and frankly neither did Evari. It seemed arguing was all Evari did lately whether it was standing up for her friend or trying to put some little brat in her place. We all saw how well that one worked.
And she still wanted to be her friend. Holy s**t. Evari chuckled and stared at Roxy like she was crazy. "Goddamn, you must be desperate if you still want to be my friend." She shook her head, sighing and looking away for a moment. No, she couldn't believe her. It was just so much easier to blame it all on Roxy. It really was. Weeks? Evari frowned and bit the end of her thumb, staring off to the side. He's been gone for weeks? What about...was he at home? Locking himself away because of Tori? Damnit. She had to find someone in that family. Maybe Switch could help...she'd have to visit the shop at some point soon and hope she got Switch or someone else in the family and not Roxy or Gera. She was quiet for a long time (A few minutes, really) before her eyes flickered back to the little blonde on her lap. Evari sighed and reached out to hug her close, turning the girl so her back was to her and putting her head on her shoulder, tilting it against the blonde's. "Let's go do something. Just sitting around is borin'." Not that Roxy was boring. It was the sitting that was boring.

Roxy just felt tired all over now, she didn't want to point out the difference between friendly kisses and..well ..other kinds. She didn't mind if Evari kissed her cheek that was friendly enough. But..on the lips indicated something entirely different for her. Even her Aunty Trin only kissed on the forehead or the cheek..
When it was suggested they go do something, Roxy shook her head. Her head hurt and she was tired and just wanted to go home and sleep it off.
"I'm...glad we are friends again.." She started as she went to slip off of Evari's lap. "And..we do need to do..something fun next time...but I think I am going to go home. My head has been bothering me.." She explained not wanting to hurt the girls feelings.

She let Roxy move off her lap, though she was unsure of what to expect. Had she pushed her too far with that kiss? Oops. But wait...she'd shaken her head. And now she was--oh...damn. Evari rubbed at the back of her neck and leaned back on the bench a bit, sighing and closing her eyes a moment. Yeah, Roxy was totally thrilled to be her friend. Totally. Her head hurt? Suuuure...right. Evari nodded her head and stood, bending down to pick up her guitar case. "I'll take you home." Or to the shop. Whatever. Either way, Evari was going to walk her back.

She wasn't making things up, even if it seemed that way. Lately her head had been bothering her..a constant pressure in the back of her head. She gave Evari a small smile when she gathere her guitar and case and offered to walk her home.
Evari didn't have to do that but it was a small comfort.
"Thank you Evari," She murmured softly and honestly.

"No problem. You've still got my number, right? Just gimme a call if you want to hang out again." If. Definitely if. Evari was trying incredibly hard not to get her hopes up on if Roxy would really still be her friend after today. She was spouting off about how happy she was to be Evari's friend again...but was she really? Not that she didn't trust her, because frankly she kind of didn't at the moment, but she knew she could do better than Evari in the friend department. Everyone could! But...but Evari was trying; she was trying so hard.
She draped an arm across Roxy's shoulders when she was beside her, adjusting her grip on her case to carry it more comfortably as she escorted Roxy to the shop. At least she lived somewhere Evari could probably find in her sleep...though she had been avoiding it lately so as to save herself more heartbreak. She'd just escort her to the door and then say her goodbyes there without going inside, then head home as quickly as she could.
