Lucy
The soft sound of guitar strings being plucked in perfect rhythm and tempo began to fill the quiet air around one of the emptier streets of the Kingdom. The only notable spot on this street was the Frosty Diner, a place that hadn't really gotten a whole lot of activity during the Winter, due to the fact that they seemed to specialize in cold food. The area was perfect for the old guitarist, though, for she was a Weavile. Lucy sat on a stool with one leg crossed over the other, the body of a wooden guitar resting on her thigh. She was gently plucking strings in a soft tune, her eyes closed and her head gently turning and bobbing along with the music. In front of her was a dirty black cap, turned upside down with a few coins in it. She didn't need any money, she had plenty already, but it didn't hurt to earn a few bucks more maybe a soda or something while she practiced her music. As the Weavile played, she began to sing softly to herself. "~I saw her today at a reception... A glass of wine in her hand...~"

 Lia
Lia walked slowly along the path before her, in part due to the slightly slick nature that always seemed to accompany that fuzzy weather between autumn and winter and in part due to her much smaller, more slowly walking companion. The small figure had been wrapped carefully in a small jacket due to the insistence of the weather-resistant Lia. The little Ralts that walked beside her had healed considerably since they had first met. Though she was still quiet and reserved in nature, Lara was clearly much healthier than she was before. She hadn't accepted the Azumarill as a parent, really, but as a caretaker. Which was fine as far as Lia was concerned, as although she would inwardly scold herself for the thought she was quietly relieved all the same that Lara hadn't taken to her as a mother. The whole thing had been very much a surprise for her to begin with and she wouldn't have done it if Tolin had not been the one to ask her. Still, it was good for the two of them to get out. She wasn't staying locked in that room while a caretaker was found. Not even if she tried to, which she had.

 Lara - Lucy
Lara walked very close behind her caretaker, wrapped up in a thick jacket. She would have liked to stay home, but Lia wouldn't have it. So Lara chose what was on her mind, and that was ice cream. It had been so long since she had a scoop of vanilla, she had practically forgotten what it tasted like. As she followed behind Lia, the Ralts tilted her head a bit as she heard something. It was... music? Lara turned her head to where she spotted a familiar pink Weavile. That thing she was plucking... it was fascinating!
Lucy opened her eyes a bit as she heard a few gentle footsteps. She glanced up briefly, but long enough to take in who her new guests were. She began to play a bit of a faster, more upbeat tune as she closed her eyes again. This time, her song was dedicated to her two female guests. "~Listen to the wind bloooow, watch the sun rise...~"

 Lia
Lia heard the music a long time before she actually saw the source, but until she saw the Weavile she couldn't quite recognize the quiet voice. It was a bit of a surprise to see Lucy out on the streets of all places, especially considering how things were with the guilds. On the other hand, it had been quite a while since they had run into one another so it only made sense that it would happen sooner or later, it just happened to be here instead of somewhere else. The Azumarill simply walked along beside the young Ralts. She did no more than quietly listen, as to do anything more would have been rude. She smiled simply as the Ralts looked on at the instrument in curiousity, but she simply waited until the song ended.

 Lara - Lucy
Lucy knew very well of the condition of the Guilds, but she wasn't particularly skilled with dealing with Legendaries and the like. She could hold her own in a fight, but diplomacy was best left to the diplomatic. For now, she was to be what she was most skilled at, and that was a doctor. She had seen those patients in the Infirmary she had been asked to see, and they were all stable and under control for the time being. If anything should happen, the Weavile's pager was never far away. To keep her mind off the pain and death, especially that which she went through, she had one pastime that she had just recently returned to. That was music, primarily her guitar. The Weavile was slowly beginning to revert. With everything that had happened, she was losing the serious, overprotective way she looked at things. She was becoming more footloose, like she had been when she was younger. With one last note and chord, she ended her song, looking up at the two other females with a smile. "How d'ya do?~" She asked, a bit cheerful for these hard times.
Lara's usual clutch to Lia's hand was soon dissipated with a quick flash of light. The Ralts had teleported right in front of Lucy, reaching out for the strings of the Weavile's guitar. Smirking a bit, Lucy held the stringed instrument forward, allowing the Ralts to pluck a few of the strings, creating a rather distasteful discord of sounds. "... Curious..." Lara muttered as she pulled her hand back, burying it in one of the pockets in her jacket so it wouldn't freeze.

 Lia
"Quite well, thank you." Lucy's song had been good from start to finish and the music had left a smile on the Azumarill's face, though it was indistinguishable from the near constant smile she wore. "We were just out to get some ice cream from the diner." Lia barely even caught the flash of light in her peripheral vision but the Ralts was instantly standing there, right in front of her to reach out and touch Lucy's guitar. The Azumarill reached forward quickly to stop her, but much to her relief Lucy seemed fine with the action. Relieved or not, however, Lia still reached forward to gently pull Lara back and turn her around. She leaned over slightly to better meet the Ralts's gaze. "Lara, you mustn't touch other people's things without asking!" Her brief (but important) scolding completed, Lia stood straight up and smiled sheepishly "Pardon her, please. She doesn't get out often, she's not used to others." Lia knew that Lucy didn't really mind the act, but it was important that Lara be taught some manners.

 Lara - Lucy
Lara blinked as she was pulled back by her caretaker and spun around. During the scolding, the Ralts simply stared right back at Lia. She knew what she had done was rude. But Lia obviously just didn't understand! When you are interested in something, you touch it. Doesn't matter to whom it may belong to.
Lucy simply chuckled a bit as she lowered her head and removed the guitar's strap from around her shoulder. "Ah, it's fine. Least she's interested in something, right?" The Weavile commented, tilting her guitar a bit to indicated it. "Ice cream, huh? Little cold for that, dontcha' think?" Lucy kept a steady gaze on the two other Pokemon as she reached behind her, taking a cloth guitar case and sliding the guitar inside it before zipping it up.

 Lia
Lia glanced quickly down at Lara before turning her gaze back towards Lucy. It was pretty obvious that the lesson wasn't sinking in but there wasn't really anything she could do to MAKE it sink in. She wasn't above spanking Lara if she did something really bad, but this didn't justify it and the middle of the road wasn't the ideal place to do it. In the end, she did the only thing she could do. She let it go. "It was Lara's request." Well, "request" wasn't exactly the right word. In reality Lia had pretty much dragged her out against her will, it's just that she was actually willing to give in and leave her sheltered little world if ice cream was waiting on the other end. "Besides, even in the cold weather sweet foods are fine." Not that she actually really liked ice cream herself, it never sat well with her. If it was something sweet... Tea, or jam. Those were nice.

 Lara - Lucy
The elder of the group smiled a bit, standing up and slinging her guitar over her shoulder. "Well, that's nice I guess~" She said rather cheerfully, chuckling a bit as she looked down at the young Ralts. "You guys wouldn't mind if I joined you, would you? I can pay for you guys." The Weavile bent over, picking up the little hat and shaking it, a few coins jingling inside of it. "It's alright if you don't want to, though. I didn't particularly act desirable last time we met..." Lucy then admitted, shrugging. By undesirable she of course meant out of line and whimsical.
Lara wouldn't hear of it, however. She wanted Lucy to come, and she was going to make sure it happened the only way she knew how... The Ralts turned on her heels, looking up at Lia. Her eyes were wide and shining, and she had the top of her coat pulled up to cover her mouth. Her eyes glistened a bit as she stared up at Lia with her perfect begging face. Most Pokemon would melt like butter to this legendary tactic of little girls.

 Lia
Lia half-opened her mouth to respond to Lucy. To tell her that it was fine, that she would be glad for the company. That she didn't have to worry about what had happened last time--she too knew the pain of loss and how it could make one act. Nothing Lucy had done had been beyond that of a grieving adult, so there was nothing to hold against her. But then, just at the bottom edge of her vision, she caught the Ralts's expression and turned down slightly to look at it. It took her only an instant to figure out what was going on and another instant to sigh. "Lara, I helped raise twin Eevee. That act hasn't worked on me in a very, very long time." Really now, she thought she was being cute and pitiful? Baby Eevee are probably the most adorable thing physically possible. Even Pluto (rather begrudgingly) used the term "cute". "But it's fine. Lucy, we would be happy to have you. It's not a problem at all if you want to come."

 Lara - Lucy
Lucy put her claws on her hips and looked down at the Ralts as she put on her little act. The Weavile cracked a smirk, knowing full well of this technique. She had used it quite a lot herself when she was Lara's age, and it worked every time for her. But it looked like Lara wasn't to receive the same luck~ "Hehe, poor girl..." She shook her head. Looking back at Lia, she smiled once more. "Well thank you, it's been a while since I've gotten to have a nice little outing with friends, what with work and all," She replied.
Lara frowned and crossed her arms after her act didn't work. Damn that Lia and her... experience. Who did she think she was?! The Ralts lowered her head and whined a bit as she felt a claw ruffle her hair a bit. "Heh, cutie... Anyway, shall we get goin'?" Lucy said as she spun on her heel, facing towards the Frosty Diner and waving a claw in front of her, a gentleman's way of indicating ladies first.

A Machop walked down a street, followed by the ever silent Lunar. "Ok, we need to have some form of communication. Can you please talk a bit more often?" Hiro asked as he waited for the Dusculls reply. He had been trying to talk to his new partner for a while and the attempts bore no fruit thus far.
".... no." Lunar said simply, before going silent once more. Hiro sighed at this. Working with a partner tha hardly spoke would be a challenge but he'd go through with it. He could not go rechoose one now. They'd have to tough it out and reach their highest potential. That's why they were Team Reach!

 Vita
Across the hustle and bustle of the market's streets a small and pale red shape stumbled along on unsteady legs. The tiny Pokemon squeezed past the others who made their way along the road before trotting up behind a Machop and Duskull who were walking too close together to pass through. She opted instead to try and squeeze past the Machop and the stall he stood to on the left. "Excuse me!" A pitched little voice sounded from behind the guild member. The owner a small Vulpix whose tails had accidentally brushed against him as she tried to slip by. She stepped around the fighting type and his ghost companion before turning around to face the two with a bright smile that showed her pointed fangs. "You guys new around here?" The fire type asked, chocolate eyes peering curiously at the odd duo. The Vulpix danced impatiently from paw to paw as she awaited a reply, her five tails twitching in excited spasms as though they held some sentience. Her mannerisms revealed her to be quite young, perhaps younger than the two male Pokemon before her, but she spoke confidently with an air of intelligence that didn't suit her ridiculously adorable appearance. Despite her tone, she did seem genuinely curious over the strange Pokemon as any child would.

"If only she was evolved." Lunar said as he floated away to observe some more things. He'd stay around Hiro but not too close. The evolution thing was implying that if you touched a Ninetails's tail, you got cursed. Hiro looked at him with a frustrated look before turning to the Vulpix. "Yep we just signed up. But everyone else was gone so I'm guessing they're out on some guild mission or whatnot. You in a guild?" He asked because he heard of hatchlings joining the guild at birth. At her age she could be several ranks higher. Or, she could be just a normal Pokemon. Great Arceus was Hiro curious or confused most of the time.
Lunar floated through several Pokemon as he wandered. You could tell which by the Pokemon jumping in surprise while yelping and/or cursing
"I lived here most of my life. Lunar... well he rambles so much it's hard to get any audible information from him." he said in a sarcastic manner. The ghost responded by lifting up his hand. If only he had fingers!

 Vita
The Vulpix cocked her head to the side, watching the Duskull drift off with only some quietly muttered words as a farewell. She wasn't sure if it was something she'd said that drove him away of if he was just shy. Regardless she turned back to Hiro who seemed easier to speak to. Aha, so they were new. She thought so, the little Vulpix liked to watch the guild Pokemon as they passed through the market on their errands and she'd never seen this duo before. "The guild has an emergency right now or something. Mama says it's best if we stay away until it's dealt with. Scary Pokemon like to attack it a lot. Mama says it's because they aren't very nice and don't like the guilds helping other Pokemon." She answered him as well as she could given she didn't know much about the whole system as it were. When he asked if she were part of a guild she only smiled and shook her head. "I'm too little, mama says anyways, so I can't join. Lots of Pokemon join it at my age though, but mama says it's too dangerous right now. There is some scary stuff happening lately. Did you know? They say the world is ending..." The fire type didn't seem too concerned over this, though she did understand what it meant. She was smart, but still a child and so the worries of the adult world were of little importance to her. She did, however, speak highly of her mother constantly so it was assumed the Ninetales had told her not to worry over it and the Vulpix had done so. "I'm Vita, by the way." She introduced herself finally, pausing to lift her front paw and smooth it over her ear. "So-so, what's your name? Have you done any missions yet?" As she asked this she shifted her tails from side to side and looped around her center tail was a small black band with a pouch attached to it.
