Elizabeth repeated the process, asking Justin again and again where the crystal was. She stopped when her arm got tired and just stood them, looking at him. She fought back the sadness within her as she saw the slashes that cut open his flesh, the fresh smell of blood wafting around her nose intoxicating her. She'd just fed the night before so she shouldn't be hungry for another day, but yet the dragon's blood was making her thirsty. The vampiress bit her tongue and put the whip on the table before walking up to Justin and looking in to his eyes, "Why don't you just tell me where the crystal is and end this?" She whispered, her face close to his. The others watched her, wondering what was going to happen.

Justin was still in pain, but he still wouldn't talk. he would never sell out his family by telling her. although, once again, he found himself lost in Elizabeth's eyes, and the closeness of their faces wasn't helping at all.

Elizabeth stared back in to Justin's eyes, getting lost in them as well. She felt a tug at her heart and a tug at her soul, wanting to get closer to him but she resisted. "Come on dragon, tell me where the crystal is." She said, really wishing he would. A sudden hand on her should made the girl looked away from him and up in to the black, bottomless eyes of her step-father. "I think that is enough for now Elizabeth, let's leave the dragon in his cell and we can question him tomorrow." His eyes flashed at her, promising punishment for going soft on Justin for the last few moment, "For now, we need to...discuss some things." His hand painfully squeezed her shoulder and he pulled her away from Justin. Elizabeth looked back at him as he dragged her off. The guards took Justin down and dragged him to a nearby cell, looking him inside before leaving themselves.

Justin sighed, not feeling the pain anymore. he then thought of Elizabeth. he had never met anyone who had effected him like this before. he then remembered that her step father looked pretty pissed off, so Justin was worried for her.

A while later, Elizabeth sat in her room, aching from her punishment. She thought about Justin, worried about him, wondering if he was alright. She didn't like to see him in that condition, it made her feel.....sad. The vampiress sighed, wishing she knew what to do. She got up and left her room, going down to the prison to see how Justin was.

Justin was half asleep, but he heard someone coming. he then saw Elizabeth walking over to him. "hello..." he said, awkwardly and kinda tired.

"Hi..." Elizabeth whispered, kneeling next to the bars of his cage and looking in on the dragon. She looked over his form, now visibly wincing when she saw the cuts across his chest. "Are you hungry or thirsty? "She asked, wondering why she cared for him. She knew dragons could drink blood like vampires and heal but she wasn't going to willingly let him drink her blood to get better.

Justin was confused by her concern for him. "kinda thirsty." he told her.

Elizabeth got up and went to a nearby barrel that held water for the prisoners.. She took a cup and filled it before going back to the cell. She took the key and unlocked the cell and went inside, closing the door behind her. She knelled next to Justin, helping prop his head up so he could drink. She didn't know why she was doing this, but it felt right.

Justin slowly drank the water, still puzzled by Elizabeth's kindness towards him. "why are you doing this for me?" he asked.

Elizabeth shrugged some, "I don't know, but when I hurt you I didn't feel right." She looked at his chest, at the wounds she inflicted, sadly, "You make me feel strange dragon, I'll tell you that much." Her hair moved to reveal her long pale neck as she continued to look at him wounds.

Elizabeth turned her head to look down at Justin, her red eyes connecting with his again. She stayed still, just looking in to his eyes.

Justin stared into Elizabeth's eyes with his green ones again. for some reason, his mind was telling him to get closer to her, but he was too tired to move.

Elizabeth felt something tugging at her, telling her to get closer to Justin as well. She leaned down some, her face close to his once more.
