Amber blinked her eyes open. She groggily got sat up, half-asleep, and pulled the headphones out of her ears. She turned her ipod off and tossed it onto her opened suitcase. She streched her arms above her head and rolled out of bed sleepily. She grabbed her brush and ran it through her hair swiftly but thoroughly, getting all the knots out of it. She pulled it back in a ponytail, slipped on shoes, and decided to go explore the campus. She grabbed a room key and her sunglasses and headed out the door.  Lucas opened his suitcase and began unpacking.It wasn't the funnest thing to do, but it was time-consuming and it kept him busy for the time being. He shoved things into vacant drawers. Eventually, he got bored and walked out of the room, wanting to go explore the school. He shut the lights off and they flickered as he left the room.

Danielle walked through campus, kicking a rock along the way. She watched it bounce away into a patch of grass and gave up. She held her hands behind her back and as she walked and thought.
Daniel walked over to a bench and sat down. He took out a book and began to read, hoping to pass some time, the campus was starting to bore him.

It wasn't before long that she started looking at the guys. Everyone that passed her, she looked at. Like, really good. She eventually started rating them and noticing their flaws and perfections like she used to at her old school. She has only found a few tens in her existence. She continued walking until she stopped when she saw a guy reading a book. Her mouth nearly fell open. So much for finding 10, I found an eleven, she thought. He will be mine Even if it kills us both. Lucas stepped into the sunlight.Leaves crunched beneath the soles of his shoes as he walked around. He quickly looked at the classrooms he had and continued to walk around. He walked aimlessly outside again, not wanting to go back to his boring dorm.

Danielle kept thinking, not paying attention to where she was walking.
Daniel could feel a set of eyes on him and he looked up from his book. A girl was looking at him, she was cute and was staring at him with, what he thought was greed? Daniel mentally shook his head and went back to reading, she couldn't be looking at me. Probably at some guy behind me. He thought, trying to ease his mind although he knew that this wasn't true.

Alicia spotted Amber and walked over to her. "Like it here much?" she asked her jokingly, seeing her staring interestedly at the boy sitting on a bench reading a book.

Amber laughed and smiled. She was still admiring Daniel from afar. "Yes I am," she said. "Just keeping my eye on the prize. How about you? Find anyone you like yet?" she asked curiously. She watched Alicia carefully, to see if she was lying or not. Lucas began to grow bored.He walked around, looking for some girls. He spotted two cute ones talking together. One had chocolate brown hair and eyes with fair skin. The other had slightly darker hair and about the same skin color. She had dark brown eyes that looked almost black. He walked past them slowly, trying not to make it too obvious he was looking at them.

Danielle spotted her brother and saw some girls staring at him. She rolled her eyes and skipped over to Daniel. She reached a slim arm over and snatched the book out of his hands and shut it with a snap. "Danny, what are you doing reading on such a fine day as this!?" She said loudly for the girls to hear, then she lowered her voice so that only her brother could hear and said, "Now if I were you, which I am not but easily could imagine being, I would be over there flirting with those girls. They have their eyes on you." She gestured with her eyes to Amber and Alicia.
Daniel sighed and stood up, "You're right, Danni, what am I doing?" He then eyed the girls walked over to them, he felt Danielle clutching his arm excitedly and following him. Daniel stopped in front of the two girls and said, "Hey, I'm Daniel, but you can call me Danny."
"And my name is Danielle, but you can call me Danni!" Danielle said, giggling. She noticed the two girls' jealous glares and continued, "Danny is my twin brother."

Amber glared at the girl and then gave Danny a smile. "Hi, I'm Amber, and this is Alicia," she said, gesturing to Alicia. "I take it your names are Danielle and Daniel."

Danielle rolled her eyes, "I take it that you two are a bit hard of hearing. We just said our names!"
Daniel chuckled and said, "Danni, hush." He squeezed her shoulder, telling her to calm down. "It's nice to meet you two." He said to Amber and Alicia.
"A pleasure in fact." Danielle said, winking casually at her brother, making him remember that it was her who had this idea in the first place.

"Freshman" Danielle and Daniel said in unison.. again. They laughed.
"Stop doing that!" Danielle said, punching her brother.
"Me?! It's you!!" Daniel said, laughing and shaking his head.
