Vengeful Elegance ScarletFrost .....Although something about being the matriarch of my own community is appealing... It really is. I have no idea how I would run the place but it is fun to think about. When I was younger, probably like 10, I had an interesting idea. I didn't want to be the queen, I wanted to be the princess. That way I had no real responsibility but I would have all of the benefits lol. But now I realize that a princess probably has a lot of responsibility. I actually want to be wise enough in my old age--and cognitive enough--that other people come to me for advice and direction. I want to have worked the ranch for a few decades, know everything there is to know about ranch veterinary medicine, and semi-retire as a role model, confidant, and authority figure (not getting my authority from politicking, but from the loving adoration of friends and family). ...is that totally vain and narcissistic?

Not that it always works out and not that someone from ghetto row can't make an outstanding leader. I just with there was some way to weed out the money-grabbers and power hogs.
