Chibi blushed when she was told she was doing a good job. "Thanks!" She said softly as she picked up another color adding small highlights.
"Hmm... I think blue birds or red birds! Both are pretty!" She said with a nod. "He's a little wobbly thing." She said, talking about the skunk.
"I'm surprised Aurora can be around him and not be put off by him being smelly." She giggled, the poor skunk, "It must be hard making friends smelling like that." She's caught a wiff once, 'cause they're old dog had gotten into a fight with one. He was smelly for days.

"Well, there's more then one, so how about I make one red and one blue?" There was a very pretty blue she had in mind. "That way they'll both be pretty."
"Well I think Disney skunks don't smell so bad, so maybe that's why she can stand him. But yes, usually they are stinky things. And if you ever see one make sure you don't scare it and try to get away as fast as possible."

"Oh that works!" She said with a nod, Melody was always the better one at compromise. Probably because she was older and wiser.
Istas chuckled, "So Disney makes kids think they're okay?" She made a face and chuckled grabbing an orange crayon for the pony's symbol. "I won't scare it! I don't like skunks!" She said softly, "Well they're pretty from far far away but not up close."

"Disney makes kids think a lot of things are okay. But that's what parents are for. To teach their children that not everything they see or hear is true."
A bright smile was given to the girl. "But we don't have to worry about that right now, yea?" With that she went back to coloring the picture, trying to get it finished before the girl's bed time.

Istas went back to working on the pony, finishing coloring what she wanted to color of the pony herself, having picked up another color for the body and doing some simple coloring to the trees and things around the pony.
When her tummy gave a soft growl. Istas' cheeks turned red. "Mellie, can I have a snack before bed?" She asked curiously head tilted. She'd already had her bath luckily the only thing really needed now was a snack and to brush her teeth.
She looked at the blonde babysitter with a tilted head. "Please." She added.

Setting down the crayons she was using, Mel turned to the little one and nodded. "All right, but nothing big or else you'll get a tummy ache." Another kiss to her head and the blonde stood from the small table where she had been kneeling.
"So what would you like for your snack?"

"There's cinnamon gram crackers in the kitchen." She said softly watching Melody giving a nod at the mention of a tummy ache. "I don't need a tummy ache!" She said softly and got up from the small table as well.

"Stay here and color, okay? I'll be right back with your snack."
Making her way out of the room, she went down the stairs and into the living room to pull out her henshin pen and stick it in her dress pocket. In the kitchen she pulled down a small plate and a cup. On the plate she put a few graham crackers and from the fridge she pulled out some milk, which she put in the cup.
Snack set, she moved back up the stairs to where Istas was and set the snack down before her. "There you go Chibi."

Istas smiled. "Okay" She said with a nod as she sat back down and went back to finishing the coloring she was doing while waiting for Melody.
She hummed, and when Mellie came back she squeaked. "Yay!" She took one of the gram crackers and started nibbling while adding a little color to a bow she missed. "What do you think?" She asked a little muffled as she was halfway through with the bite in her mouth.
Taking a sip of milk she tilted her head at Mellie. "Did you want a gram cracker?" She asked curiously as she nibbled on the one she had in her hand.

"Oh, that looks lovely!" she praised, setting back down to finish the background of the picture she'd been coloring before. It would kill time while her charge was snacking.
"No thanks, sweetie. You go ahead and eat your snack. I'll get something later."

Istas nodded and nibbled as she put a few flowers into the picture. As she finished the first gram cracker she yawned and moved on to the second one after taking another sip of milk.
"Mm when do you think Mommy and Daddy'll be back?" She asked curiously. As she looked at the picture she finished figuring she could call it done now that there were flowers. "I think the picture's done too..."

"They'll be back in a few hours, sweetie. Long after you've gone to bed."
At the mention of the picture being done, Melody smiled and moved to take it out of the coloring book. She was careful to rip is against the spine so she wouldn't rip the picture. She was going to be putting it up on the fridge for Mrs. Holywell to find later.
"When you finish your snack go brush your teeth so I can put you to bed, okay?"

Istas nodded, she was almost finished. Still nibbling slightly as she took another sip of milk. "Okay!" She said with a nod.
She was looking at Melody's picture as well. It looked pretty, Istas wiggled as she finished her milk and gram crackers and ran off to brush her teeth while waiting for Mellie to come back.

Sadly all that was done was the background, the dancing Aurora colorless and dull against the bright forest. Brown stared at the princess in the middle a moment, then put away the crayons and quickly removed the picture from the coloring book. Folding it up she put it in her pocket with her henshin pen then set about cleaning up the room.
It would make it easier to just head downstairs once Istas was in bed.

It took Istas a bit to brush her teeth and get fully ready for bed. However, when she was ready to go to sleep she walked into the bed room. Her pj's were Halloween themed for the holiday, her parents spoiled her.
She yawned and looked at Melody, "No Monsters Millie?" She asked curiously as she stood there watching the older girl clean up.
