I believe it was FF3, but they way how you describe your attack then put it in a numerical form. Then you'd usually end up not even reading the elaborate description for said item and go right to the stats. But I guess that applies for every RPG. xd

I know it is the but I think the 11th should specialize in reiryoku and ps not zanjutsu or hakuda and ps. lol

I so think 5th should be reiryoku and kidou instead of zanjutsu and kidou.

First of all, the 11th is melee specialized, their Zanjutsu/Hakuda and PS stat is a no-brainer and having it anything else would be ludicrous.

Secondly, the 5th, like many others, had their second stat determined by a logic puzzle arrangement. Changing it now would result in an imbalance. So, no go. Sorry.

What is it in the manga that implies that? Zaraki's mad Reiatsu? He's just one, no one else in that division has mad Reiatsu, but everyone in that division is proficient in melee combat and physical strength, which is evident by, well, everyone.
