What about dealing with 2 words - "Summer Night"?
Would I be Natsu Yoru No Megami? Or Yoru Natsu No Megami? O_o

Fair (as in being just) - kouhei (na) If it's "Fair" just by itself, you leave it as Kouhei, but if you're adding it to something, like "Wisdom", you'll have to add the na at the end. . .
Wisdom (of person) - Chie Wisdom (of action) - kenmei-sa
Example: Kouhei na Chie no Megami or like this: Kouheina Chie no Megami (usually the na is tacked right on the end of the word). 3nodding
As for Muse, I don't think there's an actual Japanese word for that. Not in the sense that I think you're thinking of, like the Greek Muses? There's "muse" but rather in the sense of thinking things over.
In this case you would just use "Muse no Megami"
