 Ⓚαѳɾι ღ Ⓡαιgʏѳ Kaori watched with amusement as Sypher balanced the dumplings between his head and obviously 'real' ears. She smiled at the event, but said nothing almost afraid to offend him. She took another nibble from a dumpling and savored the taste with great delight. She looked toward Len and then back Sypher,"So, are you interested in what squad you will be in? I mean, it must be one of us at least, nah?" Kaori spoke clearly. She was shocked with herself that she was doing so well with these strangers,'No, partners.'

"I don't care. I just want to get better." Sypher paused between dumplings, examining Kaori with neon green eyes that gave nothing away. He set the dumplings down on the table and took a seat, his legs tapping slightly "Training is a means to performing my missions. My missions are a means to achieving my continued life. So I will accept whatever team the Kage puts me in." he grabbed another dumpling and began nibbling on it.

Ⓚαѳɾι ღ Ⓡαιgʏѳ Kaori tensed a bit with sypher's words; merely by the way they felt to her. She continued with her dumpling before it was gone and patted her lips clean,"That is a good point, but your team could be what changes you excelling to you failing, nah? I assume that in some point some of us don't melt together? What if you get someone like that? Won't that hinder your shinobi path?" Kaori couldn't help, but continue on the subject. She shared his opinions in full, but wanted to know what his feelings were on the matter of partners. If they were unmatchable were they hindrances or simply another challenge to overcome? She enjoyed studying people mostly because many are too blind when speaking to her they blab on about nothing. It was nice to find shinobi to speak to.

Sypher looked at Kaori briefly before taking a bite out of his dumpling. He chewed it, thinking her words over carefully before answering with his own "The partner must change to allow for growth. BOTH partners must be willing to change and accept change in themselves." he replied, feeling that that answer was the best he could do right now. There was no way of knowing who or if your partner would be unmatched. And even if they were hard to deal with, one must try to work with them to achieve the overall goals.

H a T a K e ~ L e N xxxxxx|| GENIN || NINJUTSU || KUMOGAKURE|| CHAKRA: 250☁╔════════☯═════════╗☁ What a strange fellow that was, well he seemed familiar. If Len could remember back he would recognize him being a genin from earlier, though they trained around the same time to master techniques the Raikage told them to learn. As far as personality went he was a shy fellow from what Len observed as he munched a dumpling "Yeah Sypher, I'm a genin for now too..." He would answer scarfing down another delicious dumpling, but savoring the flavor.
"Actually I am eager, see I want to be part of a team I'd be most useful too, according to way things are going I think your right Kaori.." Len said in a mystical thoughtful tone as he eliminated possibles from his mind. His golden eye light up for brief moment once his brain calmed down. These folks were his hopefuls, a team that could support each others weak points would be strongest. Though if not on the same team, at least Len could called them acquaintances or friends? What strange concept it was one he never cared for before, what changed now?
" Hm, you don't care Sypher? That seems somehow shocking to hear from you..." Len stated listening to the floppy eared young man. When he finished his statement, it was those eyes that Len locked with for a second "...Get stronger by training and having something to protect, that is the best way I think..," Len stated eating a dumpling while looking listlessly at Kaori then Sypher. It seemed he starting to think like a Hatake about this "Regardless how our teams operate the goal is to clear missions, and make Kumo a better place, I'll work alongside anyone who will work hard, and I don't plan to be slowed down either..." Len looked back for second dumpling in his hand, at his Katana, White Sky. His greatest will was becoming strong enough to protect the Kage, and his little brother.
" Sypher ,I think I respect you for your point of view, very level headed guy," Len stated then looking to Kaori he spoke in a calm, yet lazy sounding tone "If I may request, regardless to what Squad you get placed on, please do your best to keep your spirits high, group morale is rather a pain if it gets dropped, so even if folks seem rather down, do your best to lighten the mood." Len took a drink, before eating figuring they both had something to say on those ideals.

His mouth full of dumpling, Sypher merely looked at Len as the boy spoke. He swallowed the food easily and wiped his mouth before speaking again "Getting stronger is a side affect in my eyes. Just something that happens as you work toward your goal and that will help you achieve it." he tucked his legs up underneath him, sitting cross leg on the seat. His ears shifted slightly as he settled himself more comfortably "Team morale? Being light and positive is a good thing but I'd prefer a realist if I had to choose. Someone who can look at a bad situation and admit that its a bad situation. Sugar coating things is only good when you're baking."

Ⓚαѳɾι ღ Ⓡαιgʏѳ With active listening Kaori picked up every word and tried to digest its meaning. She was thoughtful to Len's reply. He added more onto the conversation, deepening the heart of the words. He turned to her and advised her on some helpful tips. Sypher took no time to remark his opinion on the statement. She was a realist herself, not by choice, and understood that in a bad situation it was best to admit it to be one. She did appreciate that Len was helping her out on her solemn attitude and that was welcomed. She could be a tad happier like the rest of the ladies in Kumo.
"I do wish to add, though I agree with Sypher, that once you admit the situation is bad you find a way to fix it. That's where the high morale comes in, I assume?" she smiled toward Len then back to Sypher. Kaori was greatly enjoying her conversation with these two boys and hoped deep down that one or both resided in her team.

Sypher appeared to be zoning out, a dumpling half way to his mouth as he stared off into the distance. He almost missed Kaori speaking and shook himself "I'm sorry. High morale...oh. Yeah. You need to be confidant in yourself so that others can trust who you are." he suddenly became agitated and hoped off the stool, onto the floor. He placed the dumplings on the table and gave Kaori a stern look even though the girl was taller than he "You may eat these. I need to go deal with something. Please eat these. You are very skinny so you need to eat. That also helps with high morale. I hope I can be on a team with people such as you, Len and you, Kaori." he bowed to Kaori and then bowed equally to Len before zipping out of the shop.

As he enjoyed a delicious dumpling still taking bit of it into his mouth he sighed in thought. His voice was rather droopy something that seemed to be genetic. Somehow it was a trait he did not find too appealing, but who cares this folks didn't seem to mind his voice.
"Not true Sypher, you can train for years and not get any stronger as a person, however you speak like a true Shinobi," Len stated with a smile, not that it could be seen under that jet black style of clothing. Yet as the other crossed his legs, Len crossed his arms in thought. Listening to both of them made him smile, they were both assets in their own way.
Where was his food though, his hunger was not dieing down anytime soon. "Even a realist has a place, trust me I'm not all that hopeful, and it's not sugar coating if your speaking the truth to how a situation can be improved, and over come, with others of course." Len spoke on inner strength, because logic only brought you so far.
Kaori's words caused Len to chuckle a bit as he gave a classic thumbs up "That is defiantly the way to deal with a negative situation, and you would be correct in your thinking, It'd be nice of you to smile more." Len figured with a nod, this was interesting. Sypher was really smart, and Kaori had that logical kindness to her. They would defiantly be bad-asses when they got stronger.
When Sypher had to leave on something urgent Len bowed respectfully "Defiantly man, anytime I'd be game to team up with you..., be safe.." Len stated hoping for the best, before focusing on Kaori.

 So all his genin were in one spot already. That meant he didn't have to go everywhere searching for them and that left less work for him. "From my folders I have Kaori...Len..and Sypher in my squad. Should be rather interesting to see whom they are." Genin usually held more passion for the village than older nin. They were young and ready to get going. "Wait....no..I'm missing one.." As he appeared outside the shop Apllo read the intent of two of his members. One was missing. "Damn...I'll find the other later I suppose." With his hands in his pockets he strolled into the shop, opening the door with a blank expression. His eyes wandered over the shop before looking to the two which were still here. Should he come off as brash? He didn't wanna scare the two of them. "Excuse me.." His words reached them before he actually did. "Kaori and Len right? You are just as the pictures depicted. I'm your new Sensei...." The kage had said not to expose his rank or real name. "Ken Hyuuga." He awaited a response as he stood.

Aru awoken with a sudden jolt. "Oh.. my head." He green eyes curiously stared at the faces in the area. She noticed Sypher was gone. "What's going on? Where is my Syphey!?" It seemed Aru was more concerned with the young man than the fact that she passed out from exhaustion in a public place. "Who are you guys... and... OH MY GOD!!!" She looked back and noticed the food that was meant for the Kage was cold, flaky and old. "She whimpered like a puppy who lost her master. "Bunny is gone... food is old... and I.. need..." Her voice got softer and more helpless in each and every word. "I need some chocolate."
Ooc: Forgive me for my absence. I've been working these pass few days and when Friday came I was exhausted. So since I missed almost everything I'm going to say Aru fell asleep and awoke just now. 3. 2. 1. ACTION!

Sypher arrived in the shop again, a hat pulled so far down on his head that his eyes were covered by a dark black fringe. The hat was a thick fuzzy green hat and it had lumps where his ears were shoved underneath it Who is that...? he made his way back over to Len, Kaori and Zuni, stopping by the older man, a sensei it seemed "Hello again. Sorry I ran off..." I'm sorry I left too! Wish I hadn't ever left... he thought but didn't say it out loud.

"Sypher!!!!!!" Aru jumped up and ran toward the rabbit boy. "Awh Sypher." She rubbed the young man's ears affectionately as she limited his personal space once more. "I fell asleep and awoke without you there," she whined while moving up and down on his ears before suddenly turning her attention to the new faces. "Hello people. I'm Zuni!!"

Sypher got almost knocked over and he pulled the hat back down over his ears once Zuni was done rubbing them. He pulled the hat even lower, his face dark and unhappy "Yeah...I noticed." he mumbled.

Aru turned toward Sypher in a dramatic stunned expression. Zooming in on the young man once more; swiftly and with daring temptation she placed her hands on the shoulders of the rabbit. "What's wrong my dear," she asked so earnestly with deep concern dancing around the words? Highly unlike Aru but she felt someone who is of great interest is troubled. Oddly, while she waited for a response from her friend her eyes shifted from the darkness of where his eyes should be to the top of his hat. A smiled bloomed upon her lips. "It's green," she said softly.
