Anaithnid Miuil Kay9214 Anaithnid Miuil Illyria1376 Anaithnid Miuil Alienor Kaze We could do tek-tek contests for each of the characters in the RPs that are currently going on. We can read the descriptions and the characters and then try and come up with our own interpretation using the writing and not the character pictures. That sounds like fun, I will most defiantly consider it i was just about to suggest such a thing and read this, a lot of people like the tek-tek contests and doing ones that are related to the roleplays would be a good twist to put on them yeah I was leaning towrad this or the cosplay idea, but I wanted to get more feedback from people first Issues: What if I'm not in an RP? crying yeah see thats why I was gonna maybe open it up to anime/book characters or you could read the rp and then ,make one of a character you like idk? I am working out details still That's why Anime would be best... There are so many possibilities, open to all.

Ghranna Invited me to help guild activity levels and I've mostly been sticking to Discussion threads until some time opens up for me. thats fine trust me the damin are in same place as you. We are glad you are atleast making an effort, and when the time comes we;d be ahppy to have you rp too.

So seems like the best shot would be a tektek contest to make them look like characters from books, manga, vid games, our rp etc. is that right? I liked toe cosplay idea but it seems several would not do that and i want the contest to be open to as many of the guild members as possible.

While I would enjoy a literature contest, to keep up with the idea of getting everyone in the running and have a chance the Tektek contest doesn't sound like a bad idea, but how exactly would it be judged? How accurately a character can be made? Or how interesting of a character?

tektek sounds good! make characters from a book, comic, movie, video game etc. and perhaps judge on how accurately it matches with description or original image?

Might I suggest a Writing contest? Perhaps some sort of short story? Since not all of us are as artistically talented as others razz

Writing is an art though, and some here won't be as talented at doing so. So it'd be on essentially the same vain as having a drawing contest. Though we might have more writers since it is a part of roleplaying which this guild is designed for.

tektek! I think it would be cool to TekTek some rp characters, like try and make them look like the pic people chose. Or perhaps an art contest where you draw a pic from a scene in one of the rps.

I do also plan to have more then one contest, when the guild was booming I was trying to have one every 3 months. This would let us change things up so everyone would get a chance at what they wanted. Hjowever before this kind of thing could happen we wpould need to grow a little.

I had a core of ten solid posters at one time and I think if I get that back everything will be solid again.

I very much like random number or dice rolling contests because they're easy to get into. As odd as it sounds to say this in an RP guild, I love mindless tasks (for a reason!). ninja
