I think I can do as much as is humanly possible... but how could a dark elf or some entity not human possibly be able to do or even know how to do as much as is humanly possible?

Still not sure if just two places would be enough and I don't want to send trick-or-treaters to threads they're not wanted in for whatever reason.... of course I could also add this thread and put a limit of maybe 3 or 4 rolls per day. Any comments/suggestions? Halloween is getting pretty close now so participants won't have a lot of time left if I do put this into action.

I think three threads would be enough. Limiting the rolls is also a good idea. It gives people more of an even chance.

Dec wanders in, never having been in this building before. He walks around, quite impressed, until he catches sight of the bullaten board. He looks for a time limit for signing up and doesn't find out. He pulls out his cell phone.
"Bonnie wake up!"
"WTF mate, what's your problem?"
"Did you here abou the Geezerville Trick or Treat Event? (blah blah blah)"
"Ok Dec sign us up. There isn't a full moon on Halloween, is there?"
After reasuring Bonnie that there was not, Dec wrote down Bonnie's Adoption and Racing Clinic to be visited by trick or treaters.

*slips in, half-dressed and looking a bit haggard, still needing more sleep. He takes down the sign up sheet, copies the participating threads onto the new flyer, then hangs it up on the bulletin board. As he turns to leave, he notices a few of the staff members behind the front desk looking at him oddly*
What?
*the staff members quickly busy themselves with their computers, acting as if they weren't staring just a moment ago. Yawning, he slips back out and returns to his quarters at MW*

eek *the staff is frightened at first but then they remember Tes and Ryzan have the Halloween event going on til the end of the week and they calm down, ready to hand him a trick or a treat*

That wasn't very nice, Saber. stare *picks up all his candy and grabs her ankle, waiting for her to look down. When she does, he pops the top of the silly string and gets her good* HAHAH! Take that, you mean old miser!
