wow, now that i think about it you don't really see anthros in games.
other then everything listed, ive pretty much only seen nekos
Cross edge has a neko but again you lookin for anthros....
i can't remember if star ocean has one or not...

Off the top of my head there's:
Ty the Tasmanian Tiger
Animal Crossing (though annoyingly, your character is human)
Jak & Daxter
Croc
PaRappa the Rapper
Kao the Kangaroo
Spyro (kind of)
A lot of these are on the PS2, but they're all good games.
Also seconding Sly Cooper and Crash Bandicoot, those are two awesome series'.

theres also soulcalibur 2-4 because of lizard man and the elder scrools series for the argonians and the kajhit and theresacro the acrobat anddot hack the entire game series
