((sorry for not having been all to active. i've been sick for the past three days and have only had my cell to access gaia. i'm over it now but i will be back tomorow since i have to work today. have fun you guys. i'll just stand off waiting for further activeness on my part.))
grabbing a cloth from his belt Eziel placed chakra into it as soon as he arrived. it expanded to the size of him and became attached to his ankles and wrists. then he launched himself in the air to be out of the battle but still able to see what was happening. he had manouverability in the air so he could dodge almost anything that came his way since he was obviously not in the battle at the moment the enemies would likely worry more about the ones that were.

San jumped out of the ground, sumersaulting to the side and narrowly avoiding the crystal spear. Thankfully, the jonin was in the air when a wave of chakra was spread through the ground. It seemed as if it was once again another attack: they knew they where coming. Of course they knew the Suna nin were on their way. Bast had done something with the fire juggler and probably missed a ruetine check in causing the base to go on full alert. However, they still had a few tricks up their sleeve, if only able to eliinate another one of these "things" from attacking the village once again.

Howaido was now engaged with the attacker who seemed to control dust. It appeared like the control was similar to his Satetsu skill, but definately different. Hopefully they had lucked out and this defender was nothing like the juggler. The Satetsu felt the barrier start to have more dust rise around, probably another means of defense for the fortress. Maybe if they could eliminate this one, they could finally enter the fortress. In a ditch effort, San launched an explosive kunai at the attacker, and the dust barrier, to try to find some form of weakness in it....

Chikyuu no Myakuhaku faded, but not before knocking Howaido unconscious for a short while ((one of Qastor's posts)) because of his prolonged contact with the ground throughout the technique's duration. Immediately, small clouds of dust flew toward him to shackle his hands together and strip him of his weapons. The poison filtered out of the barrier through the gaps in the dust, but it did not seem as if Yuki-Onna was in any hurry to escape, but just the opposite; she showed no signs of emotion as the barrier filled with gas. She glowed strangely, though, for a moment or two as the smoke swallowed her.

Now that Ganchou had arrived and San had moved, Yuki-Onna decided to intensify her battle efforts. A cloud of dust ballooned downward from the sky around her, knocking the explosively-equipped kunai to the side and protecting against the explosion. A dust barrier appeared a very short way in front of Ganchou, and loomed in his path menacingly; if he ran in to it, it would be like hitting a wall. Meanwhile, dust started flowing up from the ground away from the fight.

"'Least this one has manners. I like her." No chakra? No problem. He couldn't even use ninjutsu until he gained more experience, so this wasn't really a major issue. And most of his weapon and taijutsu attacks were simple, which meant no chakra needed anyway.

Two Pressure Waves shot out at Yuki-Onna, then Ash and Ouka pressed their hands against their respective blades. Both glowed an orange glow, then began to buzz. Then the orange glowing blade grew to the size of Howaido's cleaver, no, maybe a bit larger. The chakra aura began to buzz like a chainsaw. Within the time frame of both Pressure Waves connected with the sand, both now, now switched sides, attacked with new, chakra enhanced broadswords. The chainsaw effect? It would keep the sand from solidifying in front of the blade when both attacked.

The incoming earthen spikes brushed off the remaining smoke. The pressure waves bounced off of Yuki-Onna's barrier, and the spikes coming in from outside were disintegrated at the edge of the barrier. However, several popped up inside and skewered the woman as she made a hand sign and killed her, or so it would seem. Her plan was complete; the majority of the invaders were within her field of dust, and having activated the Art of Fake Death Genjutsu, it would seem as if the woman were dead on the spikes, when in reality she was newly standing on the crystalline shield covering the base's only entrance: the hole in the ground.

With another seal, Yuki-Onna used one final technique, and forced her remaining Chakra in to every speck of dust in the area. Each piece piled on to those next to it, making a field of unnavigable floating spikes floating in the air. Then, the entire display collapsed quickly inward, every spike aiming for the same point and aiming to get there as quickly as possible. The ground and the sky were both alive with movement as countless tiny spikes shot toward a single point, coming from both the dome of dust already formed and the hidden dust underground.

Howaido had been out cold, he awoke to a wet slapping as Gamakichi was slapping his face with his feet,"Yo, glad to have you back, we didnt wanna have to drag you out any further." It seemed they had taken him a few feet away from her luckily, he jumped up and resumed his fighting stance, seemed they had gathered their things. "Alright guys, lets try THAT jutsu..."

A large array of what appeared to be large black birds hovered high in the air. Suddenly they all began to dive, Naruu on board. As the birds dove the artist took into consideration the battlefield and what appeared to be going on. At the moment he seemed to be safe from the dust given his altitude so he would launch his own surprise strike. "I've been slackin' off to much, art doesn't make itself you know." he said to himself as 5 of his signature iron birds headed straight for the dust barrier. He brought his hands together to from the seal of the tiger and yelled. "Katsu!" the birds he sent collided with the dome and a rather large explosion occurred upon their detonation most likely shaking the barrier if not breaking it. He landed next to Sanshi and smiled, not getting off of his bird. "What're we dealing with little brother hmm?" he asked being prepared for anything.
