I've noticed that i don't have to suck in my belly to be able to button my shorts anymore. =) I thought that I lost inches but I didn't get why it didn't show up on the scale. I guess I built up some mussel. =) I also feel better, I feel like I have more energy.

I'm going to spend a few days with my fiance so I'm packing up some food. I will not eat any crappy food. I'm making them in prepared proportions so I wont have to worry about it. =)

BACK! i did alright but I ate two tacos. e_e' Eh, it could have been worse. One treat is ok, it's bad to deprive yourself that leads to binging.

I really need to buy a scale. Mine broke, it said I was 280 pounds. e.e" Needless to say it is at some landfill now. I found some stores and they are selling produce for CHEAP! I got bananas for 57 cents, Alvacadoes for 25 cents each, Strawberries for a dollar, Two pounds of grapes for a dollar, Two HUGE dark chocolate bars for fifty cents each. A pineapple for a dollar, nectarines for 20 cents each. I WAS IN HEAVEN! I also found bags of fruit salad for a dollar, tomatoes for fifty cents each, Prunes for a dollar, and aloe juice for a dollar per two bottles, and a bottle of grapefruit juice for a dollar.

I'm going to a restaurant tonight for a birthday party. e.e" I will stick with healthy food. NO CAKE! Remember a moment on the lips forever on the hips, butt, thighs, stomach, and boobs. And tomorrow I'm going swimming at the river! ^___^ I will update late tomorrow.

Awww, no cake?! But everyone deserves to cheat sometimes. One piece of cake on one day isn't gonna have an effect on your progress. It's if you were gonna eat junk the majority of your days that matters, if that makes sense. Like, eating cake for 3 days in a row and totally blowing your calorie limits or whatever each day, that would be bad. But one treat is no big deal. 3nodding

Just wanted to say, one of the biggest factors in my weight loss was learning to drink water. You should be getting at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. When I exercise, I drink 10-12 at times. Generally a water bottle is about 2cups.
Plus, water is beneficial for your skin, helps flush toxins, etc etc etc.
Seriously, my biggest weight/general well being tip- drink 8 glasses a day.

I thought that tea was ok too because it's mainly water. XD Our water is nasty, we get it from the lake. It's city water but they purify the lake water and it is soooooo gross. I'll try to drink more though.
