Tsurai Kuretsou The Hitan/Kuretsou Clan The Hitan:
Hitan Biography:
Eight years ago, a war between two clans had broken out. This terrible, horrifying war lasted for three years straight. The Clans participating in the war was the Shifting Clan, The Hitan, and the Dark Light Clan known as The Rampuli. Years before, both of this Clans each were powerful allies. The Hitan controlled the natural bloodline to manipulate the physical attributes of anything they touch onto their own body. But a unique feature they also controlled was their very own: “Natural Shift.” This natural form turned their skin hard as the hardest material known to earth. Their skin tone would change to a deep musky blue with black swirling designs over their skin. This new form also gave them an icy touch and feel, though it was unclear what exactly this shift was. While working along side their allied clan, it soon became an issue when land was claimed after wars. The Rampuli eventually began to think that they were being cheated out by the Hitan. Though it was not soon till the Rampuli declared war, and attacked the Hitan!
For three years this war raged onwards. No victor was soon to be found and the war was believed to thrive on for another six years according to studies made by Hitan military scientists. Though something happened that the Hitan never expected. During the war, the Hitan made a side-allieship with a nearby Clan. This Clan helped them by providing military supplies in return for land that Hitan would give them. Though after two years, the clan was contacted. The Rampuli had offered them all of the Hitan’s land if they would help them succeed in this war. One night, when the civilians of the Hitan Clan were asleep, they were ambushed. The Rampuli had used the allied Clan to open the entrance into the Hitan late at night for a perfect surprise ambush. Though the civilian members of the Hitan attempted to fight back, they were overpowered by the Rampuli when a new “weapon” was used against them. The only flaw to the Hitan: When their body is injected or shocked with a large about of electricity, it can disrupt any form of shift that they have taken. The Rampuli had created a type of weapon which harnessed electricity and used it to beat the Hitan to their deaths. The ambush was successful, and only one Hitan Clan Member survived.
Ability Detail:
The Hitan contain the simple ability to absorb the physical attributes of any element/material that their skin comes in contact with. Depending on the element or material it could change their methods of fighting from short range to long range. Normally the most common absorbed material is the element of the earth, since it is much easier to come in contact with than other materials or metals. Though only one element can be absorbed at a time, and manipulated for a limited time. The older the Hitan Clan member, and more experience, the more they can endure their shift and longer the can expand it's own ability.
Ability Weakness:
As stated above in the Bio, It is very difficult to preform a "shift" while lightning is surging through your body or "dancing" on your skin. Due to this factor, lightning is a major weakness of this clan and can drastically injure their ability to use their bloodline during a battle. Also it has only been done once, but Lightning is unable to manipulated through this Clan's bloodline.
Listed Materials/Elements that the Hitan cannot manipulate:
- Water - Lightning - Wind - Occasionally Fire (But Sometimes can be manipulated) - Molten Lava Or anything similar - Light - Darkness - Shadows - More could be added to this list.Note: There are no set techniques for this bloodline. It normally is only used to help allow the user to easily manipulate nearby elements for his usage and benefit. If need be, I can create some techniques in my free time. As noted earlier to you... there cannot be a Hitan/Kuretsou clan... that would be allowing two bloodlines, which I cannot do. Porting characters from a more free-form RP into TUP is VERY difficult, as we strive to create balance among all clans/bloodlines and most bloodlines as written in other guilds tend to be rather OP.
The Hitan Bloodline has some potential to it... but it would need to have set values for it's abilities and more concrete instructions on exactly what could be done and in what ways you could take on the characteristics of earth/metal.
Also, rather then a list of what they Can't abosrb/utilize their abilities with, how about a list of what they can absorb/utilize?

So..There is no possible way for me to have both? I mean even though Kuretsou was given to my character (Even if in another guild) through a medical process which is no different than the own Show's Kakashi Hatake taking a bloodline which was never his? Guaranteed, he did not have two bloodlines, but if he had one before he took the Sharingan then he would have two. You have no acceptions for a medical transplant of bloodline from the creator to a non-blood member?

Bloodlines, Abilities, Jutsu, etc... gained in another Guild are irrelevant here.
Your character can only have Bloodlines, Jutsu, etc... attained in this guild, and we do not allow RPCs to have more then one bloodline, except in the case of implants which give some benefits of multiple bloodlines.
However, as the Kuretsou Bloodline stands, I'm afraid I can't allow it to be transplanted to others as a simple bloodline infusion. If it was a Doujutsu, and it could be edited to give certain benefits, but it's not the same... Kuretsou works at the cellular level.
Remember, the point here is balance. To simply hand you two bloodlines becasue you happen to have created a bloodline which can be "transfused" into a character... doesn't mean you can just have both, even if it makes sense. With the abilities you're talking about... it would be too powerful.

Well I am slightly disappointed, but I respect your decision. Afterall this is your guild and I have no say other than simple questioning as I have done. I thank you for welcoming to this guild and giving me a chance, but I do not wish to participate in a Role-play where my bloodline is not accepted. In my opinion that is dishonorable for me to continue here without my Sensei's Bloodline. I respect your decision, and I honestly hope you respect my decision to leave this guild and move on to a different RP, which may have different opinions than yours. Thank you for you time and patience anyways, I apologize if I was bother or if this seems as if I am just leaving because I did not get my way. I honestly can say, that is not what is going on here. For the record I didn't say your bloodline wouldn't be accepted, but the problem is you're actually asking for two bloodlines, not just one, which we don't do here.

I can see you worked hard on the storyline, but it's just too non-canon to allow and it does too much to merge Sharingan/Hyuuga... which are two popular and powerful bloodlines into one. So, unfortunately, I can't allow it. I would however suggest to you to simply take the ideas you had for an RPC and just make either a Sharingan user, or a Hyuuga. Sorry again for taking so long only to deliver bad news. Nah its cool i understand that it could be in-appropriate for a RP situation,it actually had occurred to me recently that it would be really hard to implement in a Rp anyway. It was just an Idea i had Floating around and i wanted to see if it could work =] and as for working hard on the storyline, that's it was actually quite enjoyable to put together.

Yakekoge ClanSearing, Parlous, Vigorous “Legend has it, they were a cult of sadistic shinobi who were born with the mark of the devil. Their people disappeared from the face of the planet just overnight... perhaps a higher being punished them for what they were doing.”The Yakekoge Clan was once a prestigious clan of powerful shinobi that originated in the Land of Fire. Very little is known about its history, though records state that it was founded by a highly talented shinobi that was affiliated with the Senju clan. As the clan grew, its fame grew as well, known for their powerful fire techniques that were believed to be stronger than any normal technique, even ones created by the Uchiha clan. The clan had everything – fame, fortune, power... and in the blink of an eye, everything was gone.
Legend says that its people were consumed by the flames of their own power, and in reality, this was partially true. The so called fire techniques were actually techniques from a special Kekkei Genkai that only a few select members of the clan had. The Kekkei Genkai was known as Phoenix Release, a combination of fire, wind and lightning elements to create fire that exceeds the temperature of any normal fire (2,000 degrees C or 3600 degrees F). Phoenix Release is a versatile Kekkei Genkai in that it not only could severely burn, but also had potential healing capabilities unknown to any medical-nin. Most importantly however, this Kekkei Genkai is known as Phoenix Release due to one powerful secret technique that was developed by the founder of the Yakekoge clan and the first person to hold this powerful Kekkei Genkai. Known as the ‘Phoenix Release: Divine Eternal Transcendence’, this technique was capable of granting immortality to its user at a price, and it was this technique that brought the downfall of the Yakekoge clan. At the cost of 10,000 human lives, the user of this technique would be given a permanent form of immortality – the ability to die in flames regardless of how they are killed and raise from their ashes devoid of injuries, fatigue, etc. The lust for immortality took over one young clan member who knew the secret technique, and devised a plan to test it out and become immortal. With a population of 1,492 people, the Yakekoge clan itself was not enough to fuel this technique, so the people were moved to the nearest village after their camp was ‘suddenly destroyed’, and after that night, the population dropped from 1,492 to around 20. It is unknown whether or not the technique worked, but no villagers remained, and any corpses or signs of existence could not be found.
The sudden disappearance of all its people left everyone to wonder just what happened to the Clan, and over the years, its name had slowly become associated with the word ‘cult’ and its reputation has been severely damaged to the point where distant relatives of the clan have basically disowned themselves from the clan and destroyed all records of having been associated with it. As of now, the clan is pretty much obsolete and the Kekkei Genkai is rare. Few people even know that the Phoenix Release is associated with the Yakekoge clan.
Kekkei Genkai: Phoenix Release: Combination of three nature types: fire, wind and lightning. Produces extremely bright flames that can range in temperatures from normal body temperature to over 2,000 degrees C. Trademark techniques include white flame healing and fire bird summoning. Users are known to be able to produce flames on virtually any part of their body without being burnt and can freely manipulate any fire around them. Thus, it's best to fight them with mid to long ranged attacks and avoid their flames at all cost. Users of Phoenix Release are generally lacking in defence as long/mid-ranged energy based attacks and gaseous attacks (ie. poison gas) can slip through any walls or defensive structures made of fire that they create, but are completely protected from projectiles due to the fact that they will melt when they come in contact with the flames. Phoenix Release also takes massive amounts of chakra as the flames run not on oxygen but on the chakra poured in, thus the users will tire much more easily, especially if they don’t undergo intensive training. The fire can’t be put out in conventional ways, but it also means that anything that catches on fire as a result of this attack will not burn for long once the chakra runs out, but if the flame leads to the production of natural fire, then the flames will burn as they normally do until someone puts them out. Hidden Jutsu: Name: Natural Control Rank: N/A Classification: N/A Description: All members of the Yakekoge clan have a natural affinity for the use of fire. They are able to control any flame that is in the area or that which they create, and use it in any way they please. It gives the user more of an opportunity to use the flames in ways that would catch an opponent off guard. Being ones that can control fire, they have to be first in control of their own emotions. If they happen to become angry, flames may start to appear in the area, injuring or killing those close by, setting a building or several buildings ablaze, or killing the user. Flames used change color and potency in accordance to the user's emotions. Normal: The flames seem normal, and burn with the heat of any other Katon technique. Angry: The flames are a deep red in colour. They burn hotter than all others, giving them a +1 boost in rank. For instance a C Rank Katon technique or a C Rank Phoenix Release is used. They will act like B Rank. Scared: The flames are a pale yellow in colour. They aren't as hot in this state, causing each Katon technique to lose a rank. Sad: The flames are a pale blue in colour. These flames can be either higher or lower in rank. If there is a sadness around the user that was not caused by a serious, life threatening event, or the death of someone close, the flames will burn one rank lower. If it is a sadness fuelled by anger, the flames are no longer pale and will act one rank higher.
Name: Phoenix Release: Quiet Meditation Rank: D Classification: Supportive Description: After taking a meditative pose and concentrating, a white flame will surround the user and burn constantly until the user loses concentration. This is believed to be one of the hardest techniques of Phoenix Release due to the sheer amount of concentration required. It is mainly used as a way of chakra training and body conditioning, learning to control the heat of one’s flames and the output of one’s chakra versus the effectiveness of a technique while getting one’s body used to the flames they create with the Kekkei Genkai. Quiet Meditation is also known to be able to slowly mend wounds if the temperature of the flame is just right, though the process is significantly slower than if the user was to be healed by a medical-nin. When used as a supplement to medical-nin healing, the healing process is completed much faster than normal. Limitations: Concentration is the key to this technique. If one loses concentration, the flames may not appear, and if the flames are present when one loses concentration, they may go out of control and harm instead of help. Meditation when severely injured is also impossible, as it is impossible to concentrate on this technique while one is bleeding to death. Quiet Meditation does not serve as an alternate to poison antidotes.
Name: Phoenix Release: Devastating Call Rank: C Classification: Offensive Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will take a deep breath in and then scream at the top of her lungs. While they scream, a brilliant jet of fire will shoot out of their mouth, burning anything that gets in the way of the jet and incinerating the ground and surrounding area within a certain range of the jet. This attack ranges around 70 yards, and spreads out in a breadth of 2 centimeters. The user is also capable of manipulating the temperature of the jet, but that must be done before launching the attack. Limitations: The attack will only work for as long as the user can scream. Once they stop, the attack will stop as well, thus if they are out of breath, then obviously the attack wouldn’t be very effective. This attack also leaves the user vulnerable to attacks from behind, so it’s best suited for when they battle one on one and the user can see their enemies.
Name: Phoenix Release: Supreme Wings Rank: B Classification: Offensive/Defensive Description: One of the Yakekoge Clan's few defensive techniques. This creates two walls of pure flame that take on the appearance of wings. These wings can be used to defend the user from mostly all attacks, but it should be noted that the user can’t hold the technique for too long due to physical strain it puts on them. The wings may also be shaped into domes to protect the user from aerial attacks. Each wing extends from a range of 2 to 6 meters from the user's back and can be used as means of offense as well. The flames can obviously burn an individual should they make contact. Limitations: The walls are capable of defending the user against all taijutsu attacks and all attacks involving solids or liquids, but it will leave the user susceptible to energy-based attacks, especially fire and lightning, and it will also leave them susceptible to attacks that aren’t solid or liquid. (Gas.)
Name: Phoenix Release: Majestic Rage Scatter Rank: B Classification: Offensive Description: After gathering chakra in their mouth, the user will spit it out in a volley of fireballs that travels through the air at their targets. There are fifteen fireballs total that are scattered. Since it is a scattered attack, the chance that it makes any direct and/or fatal hits is low, but can be highly effective for distractions or setting up another attack. Limitations: The attack is quite easy to dodge due to the scattered proximity. The attack does not travel far, and can only reach about 15 yards from its origin.
Name: Phoenix Release: Majestic Rage Focus Rank: B Classification: Offensive Description: Similar to Majestic Rage Scatter, though instead of shooting out multiple fireballs, only one is shot out. It is about the size of a normal tire and despite being larger than the smaller fireballs, it travels much faster since more chakra is poured into it to fuel its stability and speed. It is most effective in smaller spaces where the target has less space to run around in. It can travel to a distance of 30 yards before it explodes. Limitations: It is still rather easy to dodge this attack if one was farther away and had enough room to run.
Name: Phoenix Release: Great Wrath of the Phoenix Rank: A Classification: Offensive Description: A large-scale version of Majestic Rage Focus. The fireball produced is huge and may change shape to form a phoenix. It is capable of completely destroying anything that gets consumed in it, and the ensuing explosion will cause massive damage as well as a dramatic spike in temperature that will fade once the chakra in the fireball is used up. The fireball ranges 2 yards in size. It remains in a ball until it comes fairly close to its target, then it transforms into the shape of a phoenix. Upon collision, the explosion produced spreads to a range of 10 yards indefinitely. Limitations: This attack can only be used in any fight as it’s really a one-time hit or miss kind of attack, though even if one isn’t directly hit by the fireball, the explosion may still cause burning and severe injury depending on how close one is when it blows. (Closer means more force which could result in broken bones.)
Name: Phoenix Release: Raging Tide Rank: A Classification: Offensive Description: Similar to the Devastating Call technique, though on a larger scale and without the need to scream. Raging Tide produces a large wave of fire from the user’s mouth, drowning the battlefield with flames. These flames surround the field of battle in a sea of flames that range from around 5 to 10 yards. These flames spread to another 2 yards every other one of the user's posts. The flames created are so intense that they are able to grant the user their user an environmental bonus, but only after it begins to spread. Limitations: The attack is dangerous when used on the battlefield, especially when it comes to battling in a team. It requires the user to spend and entire post building up the amount of chakra to use this technique. It is a double edged sword, as the user can be burned by their own flames if they aren't careful, and should only be used when the user is fighting solo.
Name: Phoenix Release: Eternal Cleansing Flames Rank: C - S Classification: Supportive Description: White flames surround the user’s hands, and though they burn with intense ferocity, the heat emitted from them is quite calming and soothing. When used to heal, the flames are highly effective. This technique can be used to repair just about any form of damage and works faster than standard medical ninjutsu but as opposed to using the chakra of the user to heal, the flames burn slowly using the chakra of the target being healed. As long as the flames are touching the target, the user will not have to pour their chakra into the flames to maintain them. (Basically, it’ll look like they just set someone on fire.) If used in unison with medical ninjutsu, the patient will recover significantly quicker than normal. Limitations: Though it is not entirely necessary for the flames to heal using the patient’s chakra, it would put much less of a strain on the user during the use of this technique for them to create and maintain the fire. Normally, the user would 'light the person on fire' and let their own chakra work with the flames to heal, though in cases where the target is out of chakra, the user would have to heal them using their own. The flames will never completely use up the chakra of its host. Once it gets to a certain point where they have low chakra, the flames will automatically stop burning, and if the user attempts to heal anyone who is already low on chakra, the flames will refuse to stick to the host. If the user were to heal themself or someone lacking enough chakra using this technique, it would take massive amounts of chakra, mainly due to the fact that the flames will not stick to them or their targets, thus they must constantly maintain the flames whilst letting it feed off of their chakra in order for it to heal. The chakra drain takes place each post this move is in effect, and it takes three posts total for the effects of this technique to be complete. If a user draws on the patient's chakra, the cot is halved. This move is unable to cure poisons, or heal any wound on an individual that has sustained poisoning of any sort.
Name: Phoenix Release: Veil of the Phoenix Rank: S Classification: Offensive/Defensive Description: One of the strongest moves that a Phoenix Release user can perform with enough skill. The user’s body will be covered in blazing hot flames, allowing them to burn their targets with a simple touch if they get close enough. The fire around their body can be freely manipulated, launching it off as fireballs or jets and streams of fire. They is capable of flying via fire manipulation. Limitations: The sheer amount of chakra it takes to maintain this move exceeds that of any ninjutsu. Even with intensive training, The user is only able to maintain this mode for up to 4 posts before tiring out. If used in battle, the user would be risking death by using this move, especially since after its use, the user's stamina will have diminished by three quarters of its original value before this move was used, and the amount of chakra used to maintain this technique must be paid each post for up to four posts, and can only be used once per day.
Strength: Members of the Yakekoge Clan are capable of producing inextinguishable flames that burn a bright white color with heat that exceeds any normal flame. With their fire defense techniques, they are defended from physical attacks (if they can't pass through the barrier), projectile attacks (they'll melt upon contact of the flames), solid attacks (ie. Earth would turn to molten rock), and any liquid attacks (ie. water, which would turn into steam). The flames are not hindered by water or ice and can not be put out in any normal way.
Weakness: Members of this clan lack defense - their only defensive move is not impervious to attacks like poisonous clouds or fire and lightning - but exchange it for sheer raw power in the form of blazing white fires. The special moves of the Clan all come with their own set of limitations.
Rules *Members of this clan must be of the Ninjutsu class, and cannot have Endurance attribute as Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary. *Members of this clan must have Great Chakra Reserves as Primary attribute, due to the large cost for bloodline techniques used. Also, they must have Elemental Master and Chakra Control as Specialties. *Katon must be the user's Primary Element. *The user must always be in control of his/her emotions, for getting too angry may result in a large building spontaneously combusting into flames. *In accordance to the rank, all chakra used for the Phoenix Release is doubled. So to say that a clan member uses Phoenix Release: Veil of the Phoenix, which would normally cost 15 chakra, it would now cost a whopping 30 chakra points to use. *This clan's fire is hot enough to melt even the Hyouton clan's Kekkei Genkai.

The clan concept is interesting, but it doesn't have a cohesive structure. From the descriptions, it just seems like they are really 'hot' Katon techniques, which makes it somewhat lack-luster.
The other problem I see is that multiple times you state that the weakness of a technique is how much chakra it takes, which affects how long it takes to gather it... but then you never note if the values are actually different from a typical B or A jutsu, or if gathering the chakra requires extra time.
...and finally, the fact that you summon a phoenix that only helps some of the time is off for a few reasons. 1. How do you determine if it will be helpful when it arrives? 2. What can the summon do when it decides to be helpful?
...and 3. (most importantly) Why should we allow a summon when you aren't a summoning specialist?

I can understand you believing that the techniques are simply 'really hot Katon techniques', but the point I was trying to portray was that they could control and mould fire with relative ease, making the fire more flexible and easy to control. This wouldn't only apply for the bloodline techs, it would also go for normal Katon jutsu. About the weaknesses. I admit that I didn't spend as much time as I should have in explaining them, but if you would allow it, I could change them to better suit the technique. But what I neglected to mention is that each technique used for this bloodline would count as twice the amount of chakra required for each rank. So if a D Rank bloodline technique was to be used by this clan, then the cost would have been four chakra points instead of two. It goes on in that manner, so overuse of these bloodline techniques would be impossible. I have nothing to gainsay your concern about the summon being there. I'll remove it as I make the necessary adjustments.

I really don't see much of a problem with this bloodline but I do want to warn you [and any other member submitting a bloodline/clan who uses a super-[insert element here]. TUP will not be able to house multiple uber-water/fire/ect manipulator bloodlines.
Pheonix Release: Devestating Call: What is the range for this technique?
Supreme Wings: So will fire jutsu just pass straight through this defense? Also how long will this defense last and how far can it extend.
Majestic Rage Scatter: Range? Also about how manyy fireballs are we looking at, a dozen?
Majestic Rage Focus: Range?
Great Wrath of Phoenix: What is the range of the explosion and the size of the fireball? The way I see it now, this can take out a building or two. I just want to make sure I have the right idea.

Eternal Cleansing Flames: Okay so the user pays the initial cost of the technique but if the victim has enough chakra, they would pay half the cost? What wounds could be healed with a C, B, A, and S-ranked amount of chakra? Does the clanmember still have to pay twice the amount of chakra for that rank to initiate this technique or will the full price [2x chakra cost included] be split between the user and victim?

Also how long will this defense last and how far can it extend. But of course. If I have my facts straight, Fire is neither solid, liquid nor gas. Instead it is a fourth element known as plasma, which in turn is an extremely ionized gas. We could describe fire as a gas of sorts, and the wings cannot defend against gaseous attacks. Does the clanmember still have to pay twice the amount of chakra for that rank to initiate this technique or will the full price [2x chakra cost included] be split between the user and victim? ~Let's say that the user is attempting to heal a wound that would require a C Rank medical Ninjutsu. Since each of this bloodline's techniques require for the user to double the chakra spent, instead of 5 chakra points, the user would spend 10. In the case of a victim being healed by this technique, if the victim has half the amount of chakra that would be required to use this technique, then the flames will feed from the victim and the user, and the cost the user has to pay would be halved as well. So in essence, ten chakra points are still being paid, but both victim and user's chakra will pool together evenly in order to acquire the 10 points needed. If the victim has no chakra, or the chakra is not enough to split evenly, then the user will have to pay the full amount. ~A jutsu of this caliber heals just about anything as mentioned in the bloodline. I had no intention of breaking the guilds rules and allowing a Ninjutsu class ninja to be a skilled healer, but I felt that due to the large amount of chakra that would need to be spent to do what a normal medical ninja could do with half the amount would make up for it and ensure that the Ninjutsu class doesn't act like a medical class. This technique cannot heal a victim if they have been poisoned, but besides that, it is able to heal most any wound. When used in collaboration with a medical ninja's ninjutsu, the time it would normally take them separately would be halved.

Sound Sight Otosan Clan Blind, Sensitive, Altering Clan/ Kekei Genkai Background -Otosan clan began within the City Hidden in Darkness, a byproduct of twisted experiments that occurred during the Great War. Due to their cities lack of light, many of the ninja who came from the city were blind and unable to fight the bright attacks of the ninja in the upper world. But there was one clan who seemed to have a unique ability to fight the takeover none the less. This clan had developed a bat like sonar within their senses, a pattern of vibration given off their bodies that gave them a pulsing sight and allowed them to identify objects. This clan won its respects during the war, remaining hidden under the mountains. But a few younger ninja have ventured beyond the city, bringing with them their unique bloodline.
Clan/ Kekkei Genkai Description - The Otosan clan is blind, however their bloodline is a doujutsu derived off of sonic vibrations given off by objects and humans. Otosani clan members can then use this to help them identify ninja, and navigate through areas. These frequencies are ultrasonic, undetectable to all but their clan due to their highly sensitive ears which then translate the frequencies into a “sight” derived of sound. It is used so they can navigate regions and identify others. As they grow to learn to use the abilities of this sight, they can alter the pitches to leave others under various effects. Rules & Requirements - ● Members of this clan MUST be naturally blind. ● As with all bloodlines, the clan’s jutsu are limited by rank. ● Altering frequencies requires the use of jutsu. ● Your hearing sensitivity increases as you gain rank allowing for greater range. Genin (50meters), Chuunin(60m), special Jounin(70m),jounin (80m) Saanin (90m) Abilities - ● Members of this clan can identify people via their “aura”, the natural vibration they give off. ● Due to their blindness, the Otosan clan is immune to sight based genjutsu. ● Utalizing high pitches, they can alter others frequencies to create adverse effects. ●Members of this clan can speak to others using their vibrations. Others of the clan will understand, normal ninja they send the vibrations to can understand as well. However ninja not included in this will not.
Clan/ Kekei Genkai Jutsu -
● Sound Sight- Passive Ability This allows the members of the Otosan clan to detect the frequencies which allow them to see. They can detect things within a range as determined by the rank rules and guidelines. If an explosion occurs this ability is disrupted as by the guidelines. Genin ● Disorientation: D-ranked By using their chakra to manipulate an opponent’s frequency, they can cause their vision to waver. This is useful to avoid attacks and cause mild effects such as nausea and dizziness. Any opponents speed rank is cut by one rank. This jutsu lasts for 5 posts and cannot be used for 3 after it wears off. ●Sound Wave: D-ranked. The user of this jutsu claps their hands together to create a wave of sound. Like a wave of wind it can strike objects in the air and halt their progress. This jutsu also can be used to push opponents back 2m, but may not be used more than once every four posts. ● Echoing Steps: D-ranked The user can alter the frequencies of an area to conceal their own noise while echoing the sounds of an opponent’s movements. This allows them to move silently until they attack.
Chuunin ● Pitch of Hell: C-ranked This jutsu alters a frequency from ultrasonic to a high pitch squeak that can damage an opponents hearing temporarily (3 posts). This pitch can also be used against summons to disable them for just 2 posts. ●Twenty-one gun salute: C-ranked This jutsu fires off seven balls of concentrated sound that are three meters across. They move much like wind jutsu and produce a low tone when fired. If an opponent is struck by one of these balls they can be thrown back several meters, though they aren't very damaging. ●Mimicry: C-ranked This jutsu alters a person’s frequency so that they take on the appearance and voice of another ninja. This disguise can be held up to 15 posts unless discovered.
Special Jonin ●Sound Wave- B ranked This jutsu creates a solid wave of sound that travels at medium speeds. This wall has middle tone C pitch when fired. It can be manipulated by the users chakra. ● Oto Shield: B-ranked This jutsu creates a shield made of sound around the user that can block all C-ranked and lower techniques. B-ranked techniques create an explosion which destroys both. This shield can be maintained up to 4 posts. ●Slicing Current: B-ranked This jutsu creates a blast of slicing sound which covers an area of 3 meters wide and several hundred deep. This tunnels wind can cut flesh to ribbons, and slice through all defenses except doton. ●Sound Copy: B-ranked This jutsu creates a replica of the user that acts as a bushin. It can be independent of the user and acts like a shadow clone until destroyed. When its destroyed the clone bursts to create a wave which bursts ear drums if the opponent is close. ●Silent Fury- B-ranked This allows the user to move silently for up to 5 posts with an increased speed. During this brief period, if they manage to get in hand to hand combat range, they can alter an opponent’s frequency so that they are put into a genjutsu like state where they cannot hear anything at all, or so that every sound they hear is much too loud. By altering the pitch and frequency, they can control this world. This jutsu can be broken in the same way as genjutsu.
Jounin ●Torture of the Body: A ranked A burst of sound that alters a persons pitches to cause a series of pains to shift through their nerves on contact, causing pain similar to being cut by alcohol dipped knives. ●Dog Whistle: A ranked Most commonly used against animal summons this creates a frequency that is painful for animals to hear, immobilizing them for two posts.
