She blinked up at him as he stood up. Then she smiled and took his hand. Once she was up she latched onto his arm and batted her eye lashes. "Where do you suggest we go? Hm?" she asked.

He grinned back, "How do you feel about seafood? Or would you rather pasta?"

Her tail wagged slightly. "I like seafood," she said with a smile. "Lead the way!"

Placing his free hand atop of her's he walked, "I know this little place just by the bay. It's called Antoons. I've known the cook since I was little." Diallo smiled at her as he led the way, "I'll see if I get the table out on the side deck, right by the water."

"That sounds nice." Hiberna said as her tail wagged again. This day was turning out great for her.

As they walked the air began to hold the scent of water. "Ah!" Diallo nodded, "There it is. Antoons." Smiling to Hiberna, "Well Miss. Shall we?"

"We shall." she said as she breathed in the scent of sea food. Then she quickly went inside and looked around smiling. She couldn't wait to sit down and order, everything smelled so good in here.

Walking in behind her Diallo nodded to the lady at a front desk, "Hey Marcy. Can I get my special spot please?" He smiled brightly at the woman and she returned the smile, "Oh. Have a friend with you for once I see. It's so good to see a young man like you taking a lady out on a date." As she picked up two menus and motioned for them to follow her, "Oh Marcy. You're going to embarrass me." Marcy waved a hand at him, "Oh pish posh dear. Nothing to be embarrassed about." Stepping out a glass door in the back a deck opened up right along the water. Here a few tables were set up but no one seemed to be sitting at any of them. Marcy led them over to one right by the rail at the edge of the deck, "Here you are dearies." she set down the two menus then took a lighter form her pocket and lit the candle that sat in the middle of the table. Smiling the white haired lady nodded, "I'll send you're server right out. Now have a seat." And with that she scooted on back inside. Rubbing the back of his head Diallo sighed, "Ol' Marcy. Gotta love that old lady." Moving to the chair closest to Hinerna he pulled it out, "Here you go." and then he chuckled, "I promise I won't yank it out from under you."

She blinked at how Marcy and Diallo interacted. He must come here a lot to be on such friendly terms with her. When they were led outside she was struck by the view. The water was sparkling and the breeze ruffled her hair a bit. She was looking at the view so intently she almost didn't notice he pulled out the chair for her.
"You better not pull it out, or else I could play a nasty trick back," she said with a smirk before sitting down. "I have to admit that this place is nicer than I expected it to be, and the view is amazing." With a smile she turned her head to look out at the water once more. Then she turned back to Diallo and brushed her bangs with her fingers. "So how often do you come here?" she asked.

Sitting across from her he placed his elbows on the table and interlocked his fingers. "Like I said. I know the cook. Guess I should have mentioned the cook is the owner. And he's pretty much like my adopted uncle." Dia smiled, "So I've come here alot. But always by myself. Which is why ol' Marcy acted the way she did."
After a few minutes a server came out, "Good evening. For starts to night what kind of drinks would you like? We have normal colas as well as a fine peach tea and an assortment of wines."

"I'd like a wine," Hiberna said as she looked up at the server. "Do you have a list I could choose from?" Then she looked at Dia and smiled.

Opening the menu the waiter held it near the table at a angle. "We have a fine selection of wine. All with wonderful dates for the best flavor."
Propping a cheek against his hand Diallo watched with a smile.

"Hm. . ." she pondered as she ran a finger down the selections. Then she spotted a brand she liked with an excellent year. "I'll have this one." she said pointing to her choice.

Looking at the choice the waiter smiled, "Ah. A fine selction indeed." Closing the drink menu he replaced it into a pocket on his apron then laid the two menus from under his arm infront of each of them. "Here is your menus. I'll give you some time to decide what you would like to order." Looking to the twinned tailed fox, "Will you be drinking your usual?" Diallo nodded slightly. "Alright then. I'll return with one fine wine and one peach brandy." With that he left.
Diallo ginned at Hiberna, "So. What are you in the mood over," as he picked up his menu. "The shrimp scampi is good. The grilled salmon is a special treat with the chefs special sauce. Or how about some lobster?"

"I'm partial to shrimp, myself." Hiberna said with a smile. Flipping her hair over her shoulder she glanced at the menu. "I think the scampi will be just fine. What about you?" she said turning her gaze up at him.
