As he lay there, Tyler's eyes stared open to the ceiling. There were a few things going through his head, like "Ow." "That really sucked." "********> But those didn't last long, he was brought back in to reality to the roar of the crowd. His immediate reaction was to cradle his head. He didn't really matter which side, as it hurt in a wonderful circular area. His legs came off the apron and hit the mat, his eyes scanning around to see Nate lifting him up.
He knew what was coming as a sudden burst of speed came to him. Using his good leg, his back collided with the barricade, his good leg slightly helping the impact. As he slide down and landed on the ground.
Nate had the fans rolling, they loved this match. However, the showboating with the fans put Nate is a predicament. It seemed out of pure desperation, Tyler was back to his feet and spinning! As Nate would turn around from his crowd-pleasing, he would be meant with Blood's Dance 2.0 coming right at his jaw! GBL's devastating rolling elbow. Regardless of hit or miss, Tyler would hit the padding after the move. By now, the ref was already bordering on a count of six.

When was he going to learn? Tyler was not the kind of opponent that he could afford to take his eyes off. Even giving him a second to recover and set up an assault was too much. Nate turned back to Tyler just in time to catch the Roaring Elbow right in the mouth.
"Augh!" Nate stumbled backwards a few steps, both hands up at his jaw as he reeled from the unexpected attack. It seemed that Tyler had taken a hit himself though from his own move because the Scarecrow caught the padding hard and Nate, aware of the referee's count was now stuck with an awkward decision. He could either leave Tyler out here while he climbed back into the ring and hope to take advantage of the possible count-out victory... or he could roll his opponent back into the ring and fight the rest of the match properly. Torn briefly between his desire to win and his desire to put on a great match, the Natural finally decided upon hauling Tyler up to his feet once more and shoving him back into the ring.
The Natural did not join his opponent back in the ring immediately though; instead he climbed up onto the apron and then up onto the top of the nearest corner turnbuckle; taking care to keep his footing as he now waited, perched atop the turbuckle for Tyler to rise back to his feet...

Well, that didn't work. Though, it wasn't odd, seeming as how he wasn't clearly there at the moment of the rolling elbow. Perhaps he should've tried the Yakuza kick once more? As he lay upon the mat, the effects of the Natural Selection with the added effects of him accidentally falling out of the ring certainly had an effect on him. He started coming back in to reality once again when he felt the Natural pick him him up and rolling him in to the ring.
He wasn't quite aware that the Natural had made his way to a turnbuckle, he just knew he wasn't inside the ring with him. It seemed like a good while before he started to rustle about. Getting to his knees, he at least knew where he was now. As he remained on his knees, his head tilted enough to see Nate on the top rope. Acting overly frantic, he dropped to the mat and quickly rolled to the opposite turnbuckle. Using what little strength he had recovered, he pulled him up and began yelling at the ref to make Nate get down.
Tyler took what little time it would take Nate to get the ref to buzz off to rest.

Great, he'd been scouted. Instead of Tyler getting up to his feet as he had hoped so that he could leap off and deliver an Overcastle-like move, the veteran had instead backed himself off into yet another turnbuckle. Not even bothering to argue with the referee since he didn't want to waste time that he knew Tyler would be using to plan and recover, Nate hopped down from the turnbuckle and strode across the ring, staring Tyler down with each step.
Half way across the ring Nate suddenly broke into a run and he rushed towards the corner where Tyler was resting, feigning a running clothesline but instead jumping to put one foot on the second rope near the corner and springing off to hopefully nail Tyler with a surprise enzuigiri kick to the back of his head.

Well, that was quick, the stupid ref didn't do his job! As Nate jumped down, Tyler didn't even bother getting defensive, he just wanted time to himself. His eyes stayed on Nate as he rushed in for the offense. Lifting himself off the turnbuckle, he was about to charge at Nate, but stopped just short as Nate had began to run at him.
This is when everything went blurry. As Nate landed on the ropes and moved his body in to enzuigiri position, Tyler shot him good leg up and nailed his face with a powerful Yakuza kick that he had been looking for. However, what he didn't plan as that Nate was actually doing something when he jumped off the ropes.
It was almost something you'd see in a movie. As Tyler's Yakuza kick nailed Nate. Nate had nailed Tyler with an equally hard enzuigiri. Just as his foot had left Nate's head, Tyler toppled to the mat.
