Does the Meme have to be animated if it is related with Caramelldansen? Cuz that would be awesome if I can ^^

Oh one more thing, I plan to do Caramelldansen, though the frame for the animation would be from someone else, is it ok as long as I refer to it? I mean I will be the one making the edits..... um... hard to explain in words... just look at this link and you'll know what I mean ><

I have a question. Can i summit a flipnote that I made for this or any other contests so long as it meets the contest rules??? A flipnote i a short animation made using a animation program in the DSi.
