Well, I guess I will go and elaborate about my insane dream.
First, it started off with me going to my old high school. I graduated in 2007, so that gives you an idea of how long it's been since I've walked those halls. Anyway, I was going to see a play at my old school, and I remember leaving my purse where I, as a student, dropped my backpack before going into the auditorium to see plays during class time (if we had tickets, we got to see them, it was amazing.)
And I don't even remember what the play is about, because the dream "time skips" to the point where I am exiting the play. I go out into the hallways, forgetting where I left my purse! So, I asked one of the janitors (oddly, a face I remember when I was still a freshman...), and they directed me. Afterwards, I waved and said "Thanks, I haven't been here in years!"
So, I ran excitedly, like a little kid in the parking lot. Everything was going well until the ghost of a young man, about 18 years old, came and started to terrorize the exiting play crowd with psychic powers.
I started to run (along with the rest of them), and I shouted two names unexpectedly, the names of the two main characters from the British TV show, Red Dwarf...
Rimmer and
Lister. I ducked behind Lister, and I heard him say "Don't worry, I can handle 'im!" Then, the guy draws out a bazooka and my dream world goes black, because my dog barked, and I woke up.
However, in the strange rare occurence, when I went back to sleep my dream continued.
Apparently, Lister's bazooka fire drove of the spirit, because in the next "scene" I saw a young girl, about 17 or so, telling me and a few others behind me (I don't remember who they were, but that they were behind me) that the psychic spirit is the vengeful ghost of her dead boyfriend, and that he's terrorized the school grounds. I make a bold promise that I'd stop him, and then the scene changes again.
I end up in a dark, old mansion. A clean-cut nurse in scrubs comes in in smiles, simply stating that "she's been expecting me" shortly after I had a few brief conversations with the small group that followed me there. All of the sudden, the nurse vanishes, and ghosts come out from every side of the wall! They morph into musical instruments, and each member of my group picks one.
And then we confront Mr. Psychic Spirit in some sort of musical performing hall in the mansion. I remember playing some weird lute thing, while Lister had an electric guitar, but I don't remember the others. We played music to defend against the Spirit's psychic abilities, but when we play a tune he remembers, he says "that is me and my girlfriend's song..." and he passes on in tears. And THEN, I woke up for real, and it was 10 AM. 8D
