In the story there is a section where the Shade beast is speaking and it isn't in red. look for the part that starts with "Ha!" and it goes to "serve me well ...". also I like the way you redid parts of the description; it flows better then when I did it. 3nodding make sure to add Eireen to the rules so only you use her wink ... *nearly drops dead* Ixen a beta! holy cow! ))

Ixen leaned back to Yuki when he felt the fox hadn’t pulled away. He loved Yuki more than anything and was ecstatic to know the fox didn’t mind a bit of close contact with him. He knew that being put in this relationship had been a shock to Yuki and didn’t want to make the fox he loved feel constricted by him.

He placed his muzzle in Yuki’s fur and allowed himself to bask in the lavender scent. He heard Yuki say that searching on their own was what he wanted to do. Alright. We’ll begin searching then.

(You do know that even if we find the stuff and they take it we still have to wait until breeding opens up in the guild before we can put the two up for kits right? -_- <- this is me realizing that about 5 minutes ago)

((*sniffles* But I'm impatient and want the cute couple to have kits right away.. ah well I need to learn that the best things are worth waiting for. *is still impatient though* ))

Ixen couldn't help it he began to imagine little gray and red kits with black and purple circles on them. They would be so cute.

Still the problem was how to find the water or plant or whatever it was that allowed for two males to have kits together. I don't know anyone with that kind of information. If I ask Sin he will know right away and be overprotective of Yuki and not tell me anything, and that's if he knows anything. If he doesn't and finds out what we're planning he might try to stop us..

Ixen didn't like the Idea of going against his father, but this was what Yuki wanted. Sin or no Ixen would find a way to make Yuki's wish come true. He wished with all of his heart that he could find a way to grant Yuki his wish. He wanted to have kits with the one he loved.

(*bows to Yush* I humbly request permission to have Eireen come and help these two out. As her voice I leave it to you Yushika. )

Ixen had heard the voice. He was speechless. He opened and closed his mouth a few times before he was able to regain control of his voice.

Y-Yeah I heard it Yuki..

Ixen cleared his throat. I'm not very good at speaking calmly in my mind who ever you are, so I hope you don't me just voicing my opinion. Yes my name is Ixen, what business do you have with Yuki and myself?

Ixen tried his best to shield his thoughts. He concentrated on the image of Yuki, since it was the one that came easiest to his mind. Hopefully whatever what ever had spoken in his mind wouldn't be able to get past the image of Yuki and the powerful emotion attached to that image that Ixen had in his head. Every detail of Yuki was crisply imprinted on Ixen mind. The scent, the looks, the softness of Yuki's voice.. all of it.

Firstly Ixen thought several .. interesting things that wouldn't exactly be considered polite.. he could help it. He hated feeling like his mind was an open book. It wasn't that he had things to hide, but a little common courtesy about not looking at his every thought might be nice...

When he heard that it was a higher being that was speaking to him, he had a moment of complete and utter blankness until a few questions popped into his mind. Why hadn't he heard of this modeity before? It was a she wasn't it? Way was she here on Cruor land? Wasn't this the Shade Beast's domain? ... New life? Did that mean that she would help Yuki and Ixen have kits? Ixen felt a surge of elation at this thought. Then the practical side of his brain kicked in and wanted to know something. They would have kits at what cost?

Yuki? I will go along with what ever you decide.

Ixen couldn't help being a bit supsicous of new things that seemed to good to be true. He had been raised by Sin and grew up only knowing of the gift and cost system the Shade Beast had. He felt a little guilty after seeing how Eireen didn't seem offended at all.. if anything she seemed amused.

The second part of her speech seemed directed at Yuki. What had he asked about? Ixen made a little note to ask Yuki later. So Eireen may I ask how to find your shrine? Ixen felt a little silly saying this out loud but it was better than leaving Yuki out of the loop.

I suppose we should. Don’t worry I’ll protect you if anything happens. Ixen nuzzled Yuki softly before looking at the daisies. They didn’t seem threatening. Eireen I really hope that you are actually a good modeity and not a dark modiety with a twisted since of humor. Ixen tried to think of ways he could get revenge on her if she really was a dark modeity that was just messing with them. Ixen figured that she could hear these thoughts but it didn’t matter. I don’t care if you know, but remember I don’t want Yuki to be hurt if he is I don’t care the cost I will sacrifice anything to the shade beast to get vengeance. Ixen kept these thoughts in his head so as not to unsettle Yuki. His mate already had his hopes up already.

Ixen did relax a little when he heard the laughter, It was so soft and kind. He walked along side Yuki feeling hopeful. He and Yuki would have kits? Could it really happen? What would they be like? Would they all be healthy? Is this how parents feel? Ixen couldn't help but wonder how his own parents felt about him. He had never known them.. perhaps he would have to find out about them later.
