"Well, it looks like you are enjoying the ramen here... Huh?" Kaito said as he looked at the boy that was eating. He looked new around here, most likely either Genin level or he is and Academy student.

Kaito gave a light laugh while saying, "Hi Kilo... It is nice to see that you are still here. My mission went pretty well. The escort mission was not that all dangerous. How have you been though?" Kaito then directed his attention towards Kihaku who was being introduced. "Kihaku... Well, don't you look like a promising young ninja. You also look like a man of few words."

"OOH!!! Thank you very much." Kaito had said as he reached in his pocket to pay the usual amount that he pays when coming here to eat. Kaito then reached his hand out to meet with Kihaku to complete the handshake. "It is a pleasure to meet you as well. Have you been to the academy yet?" Kaito had said as his next question as he took the bowl of ramen and started to eat it as he waited for his answer.

Kaito looked up from eating at wiped his mouth with a napkin that was beside him. "Hm... If it was the information that Rain was able to become a full fleged Anbu Black Op, then yes. That information was disclosed to me. I actually heard that Red was able to get in as well if I am not mistaken." Kaito said with a smile and a light chuckle then looked down at his food as he continued to eat.

"It should not take long before they full Anbu though." Kaito said as he paused for awhile to speak. Kaito definitely had a ton of faith within his friends. Kaito then directed his attention towards Kihaku. "It did take a while. It usually is a long process and they are still yet to be fully admitted into the Anbu. May I ask what your dream is."
