Overhearing Nasrin and assuming that she was talking to her, Rayna raised an eyebrow and asked, "This is getting old, but...Coyote Spirit ag--" she slowed down and glanced around quickly, "Did you hear something?"

(I think you have it right. Without nick-picking they were going the same way.)
Jack came tumbling out onto the path, tripped by some shrubbery, he cursed under his breath. Not hearing any guards nearby he arose to his feet. Only did he turned to take in surroundings did he see the two ladies.
He just shook his head and then tried to dust himself off.

The other stuff just looks like his character just natural dropped off, so I think its fine to keep those.}Nasrin had gone into hear thoughts worried about those who had seemed to have abandoned her, when she heard a number of odd noises. She ignored them, since she knew one just the guards in the Null were around.
In till she was proven wrong, at the strange movements she turned and prepared her mantis. Only to find herself staring at a soaking wet, tough looking, guy.
As he started to dust himself off, she asked, "Who are you?"

"Who wants to know?" Jack sounded agitated as he turned back to the ladies. Being wet tired and still nowhere he wanted to go he wasn't up to answering questions.

'Huh, who's this bozo,' she thought completely unamused. Rayna crossed her arms and spoke up, "I don't appreciate the attitude, bup. She asked a question, and I strongly suggest you answer." She tapped her fingers against her crossed arms and stared blankly at the man, apparently becoming irritated and wanting a quick answer. Rayna and Nasrin needed to move if they were going to get anywhere closer to Durem tonight, and he wasn't helping them get there any faster.

Nasrin took a deep breath and then looked down at her watch as Rayna spoke to the guy. 12:20 that can't be right! OH MY-there are only ten minutes before the switch we need to sneak over to the drum now! Or else will be caught by the newbies... and that would just look bad, she thought and looked at the guy. "Look you have 2 seconds to tell us your names or we'll leave you behind for the rookie guards to catch."

"Ha, you wish sweetheart." Jack stood there with his nasty smile for a moment and then looked about to see if he find any guards. As if on cue the sound of clanking armor started to come towards them.
"I don't have time for this. I don't give no one my name so your luck just ran out." Jack then started to jog towards the Durem blockade. "See you dames, never. I'm leaving for good this time."

Narsin walked him run off for a little while and then she turned to look at Rayna. "Well at least we have a nice distraction. But lets give him, a little aid."
At first she walked quickly and then started to run. She ran over to the where the fluff meadow was located, close to the third bridge.
A quick glance down both ways of the path, told it was clear. "Perfect," She muttered and sprinted over to the third bridge. Waiting by it start, she could the powerful drumming a very large drum. So the rumors were right again. Wonderful, I love it when information is correct, She thought and turned to Rayna. "You ready to make a distraction?"

"Later, loser," she mumbled as Donkey (her new name for mister mysterious) ran off. On any other night, she would have knocked the shortie to the ground for his annoying attitude. She turned to Nasrin and said, "You're not gonna do what I think, are you. Didn't you hear Donkey pretty much say he doesn't need our help." It was more of a statement than a question. She had a feeling that she would be causing a lot of noise in a moment. Rayna put her hand to her forehead and sighed.

Nasrin smiled at Rayna words, "If sending a bunch of drums his way is helping him then sadly yes. But first we need to have the old guards leave or else..." She trailed off as saw the new young guards head for the blockade. Well despite the lack or people things are going rather well.
She looked at Rayna for a moment she didn't say anything, but then she said, "We're going to first draw the drums attention, then make a break for the blockade...Unless, you have an idea that better?"

She thought and pondered for a moment. "...Nope," she said with a bored expression. She didn't really want to deal with Donkey in any way, but she expected him to freak out in a really amusing way if they blew his cover. "So lemme get this straight. We're gonna somehow quietly get the drums' attention. Then we run or jog toward Donkey with our new band. Then we manage to high-tail it outta there once the new guards head that way from the commotion," she said with a blank stare and pointed to her Coyote Spirit ring at the end. She was getting a little tired from using it so much in so little time, but she figured that it was for the best they use it. "Better to be safe than sorry...and caught."

"I'd wait a bit on the spirit. Right now, we're waiting for the old guards to past. Donkey as you call him, should be waiting nearby...wait for the old guards to past and if his smart will bring his own band. We don't care for donkey, we're going to play for those lonely guards." She said with a smile and then waited in the shadows of the bamboo for the old guards.
Geez, this guards love to talk..., she thought rolling her eyes.

Rayna nodded and said, "Mm, just lead the way." She crouched beside Nasrin and waited for her cue.'Whatever it takes, I'll find you as soon as I can.' Her face softened for a moment at the thought.

Jack's plan did not go as smoothly as he hoped. As now he was forced to eat dirt he hoped for something to get the guard of his back.
When Jack parted from the two ladies he used a Takio drum to act as cover. The drum was attacking as Jack kept moving back acting like a helpless bystander. Both of the guards rushed to his aid leaving the blockade open. It was perfect the guards would defeat the overgrown drum only to that this helpless bystander made a wild run towards Durem. If only he had known the guards who were sent to relieve their comrades would then catch him by the collar.
Even worse Jack found is that the new guards were tipped off by the guards who were chasing him. Now it seemed he would be carted off so close to victory yet all he tasted was koi water and mud.
(Alright I'm not sure about this sooooo if this causes trouble just let the bare fact that Jack is caught be the only part that matters.)

Nasrin was starting to get tired and glanced down at her watch, only to realize what probably happened. "I'm going to smack Donkey boy, from here to Durem!" She muttered harshly through her teeth. She looked at Rayna, "Follow close behind, we're going to have to do this quickly...since there are probably more guards coming."
Taking a deep breath, she prepared her mantis ring and then ran full till on to the bridge. She struck the first drum she saw and then leapt over it. She didn't check to see if Rayna was follow since she was sure that all that banging made it clear that slowing down was a stupid idea. Tired and foggy eyed, she continued off the bridge and through the little cut, which lead her to hearing a steady increase in the amount of drumming and the knowledge that she had drawn more drums since her sight was even foggier. Quickly, she used her diagnose, and then used her mantis again on a nearby drum to get it out of her way.
With slightly clearer eyes she could see the guards, four guards and the maul up ahead. She then felt rather then saw the light from behind her. Thank goodness, she used the spirit!, Nasrin thought as she managed to put an extra bust of speed into her running.
She could see the guards turn and then see they're looks of terror as she saw that which was chasing her. She could hear them yell at one another and saw the flash of they're rings as they prepared to attack, despite they're own fears. Good, cause I'm sure I got some of the near ten drums that slope by the bridge. I hope I don't daze these guys.
