Melody smiled and wondered if she stood a chance. She answered. "I believe that love is love no matter whom you give it to. No matter race, color, species...it doesnt matter." Melody replied, looking at her new found friend.

Thick and angry storm clouds were coming. "You may be safer inside, when it hits. That looks like a nasty storm." She looked at her. Melody smiled, and touched her cheek. "You too! See you tomorrow!" She called back. Grinning ear to ear, she waded out to deeper water, and went deeper, adjusting to the pressure. She should be safe down here, but under water creatures have been hurt by lightning. She had to be careful. Storms made her nervous...

 Melody felt fear as lightning appeared closer. Then.. She let out a scream as lightning burned her arm. She swam under one of the rocks and laid on the ledge. Her arm was burned. She squeezed her eyes shut. 'Oh Mika... Im sorry...' She then slipped into unconciousness.

Melody woke up and her eyes widened. She swam frantically to the surface. Her arm screamed in protest, but she swam. Once she hit shore, she got a good look at her arm. The burn looked nothing short of disgusting. She wrinkled her nose, and looked around. "Mika!! Mika!"
