Prince had also heard Kora introducing a new femme. The adolescent followed on Faiyrn's heels over to Kora and the new wolf. He smiled but it quickly fell when he heard Kora speak of the Darkness. A small growl escaped Prince's maw, he quickly quieted himself and turned his attention to the white femme. "Hello, I'm Prince. Who are you?" Prince asked happily, feeling his face and ears grow warm.

As Dahlia reached the pack, she watched them converse nervously. Much to her dismay, her heels shook ever so slightly. Oh please dont let them think of me as foolish, she thought to herself as the alpha and a young male approached her.
Her story of the darkness was a short one. It certainly had a lot to do with her past, but she could not quite remember what happened. What she did know was that is was likely to be what was responsible for her lost memories... Hopefully the alpha would understand.
She bowed slightly in the direction of the alpha female as Kora introduced her and nodded when the darkness was spoken of.
"Hi Prince," she added more confidently than she felt as she looked at the colorful young male in front of her. He made her feel most welcome despite her nervousness.
She turned to look at Kora for comfort and smiled. She did have a friend.

Prince listened to what the wolves had to say of their encounter of the Darkness. His ears twitched back against his scalp in displeasure but the emotion only lasted for a few moments before his ears perked back up and his tail started to thump against the ground oncce more. Kora and Dahlia were safer now that they were with the rest of the pack. "Welcome to the Storm-Keepers." Prince said with a smile on his face, he could tell Dahlia was nervous and he was trying to make her feel a little more at home. "I'm sorry I didn't catch your name." He stated, wanting to know an awful lot for some reason.

Faiyrn opened her mouth to speak and welcome the girl when Prince spoke again. She gazed at the male out of the corner of her eye but said nothing, letting it be. She smiled and nodded when he welcomed her to show the feeling was mutual on her part. She listened to the story with grave concern. "My mate and I should converse and discuss this with Icarus, the other pack leader." she murmured softly. "I'm glad you're here Dahlia. Our family is always waiting for more." she told the female, turning with troubled eyes to their growing group.

Dahlia blushed slightly when Prince asked for her name. She had never had anyone be so eager to know her before...
"My name is Dahlia," she said simply smiling back at Prince.
When the alpha spoke she lowered her body ever so slightly, showing her submission and respect. If she wanted to be accepted here she would need to remain respectful. And then she realized that she hadnt told her story properly. She had been so nervous... she had forgotten to explain herself.
"Faiyrn, Im not sure where I come from to be honest with you. About ten days ago I awoke to smoke and shadow..." Her eyes glazed over as she recalled the vague memory.
"And I cant remember a day or memory prior to that day. All I have are the flowers around my neck. It must have been given to me by someone I think... But im not sure who. But sense the day I awoke I have been pursued by the darkness."

Faiyrn's eyes were gentle and understanding. When the female showed her submission and respect she smiled softly. It would take time to get used to that... She listened and nodded. "I see... well Dahlia, you are Welcome here, and among this new family you are safe, for no one here would let the darkness take one of our own without a fight, and a big one at that." she looked around at the wolves gathering, increasing slowly, one by one. She looked at Prince and then at Kora. "You two take good care of our new family member, yes?" she chuckled, having gotten the impression Prince would certainly do his best to do just that. "I'd love to stay and talk, but perhaps another time? There are more wolves coming in as we speak, as Alphess, I must see to them all without much procrastination..." she admitted with a sheepish giggle.

Tsensu heard Dahlia's tale about the darkness. He too had seen the darkness before, he was lucky to be alive after his first encounter, and as far as he was concerned Dahlia was lucky as well. He walked over to Prince and Dahlia so he could be included in the conversation. "You are very lucky to have had a brush with the darkness and just have lost your memories." he said to Dahlia. Tsensu hoped he didn't come off as expressing interest in Dahlia, for Prince's sake. The way he talked to her before told Tsensu that Prince was very interested in being friends with her right off the bat, best friends even, or maybe more then that...

Dahlia was extremely flattered at such a warm welcome. She had not expected her acceptance into the pack to go so smoothly. She smiled up at the Alphess, no longer nervous with her. They all understood her feelings and experiences, so she was therefore no longer alone. The comfort of the surrounding pack warmed her lonely heart.
"Thank you so much," was all she could muster, beneath her surprise and happiness. There were not many words to describe how she felt. She directed her thanks to the entire pack, understanding that the Alphess had many other new wolves to tend to.
As a dark blue, and handsomely pattered wolf came up to greet her, her stomach did little flips. What the-..., was all she could think at the moment. Her eyes involuntarily darted towards the young wolf called Prince. Hopefully this wouldn't cause problems in the future for her, she wondered half jokingly.
Shaking her head slight to get back into focus she finally spoke. "You are very right. I could have certainly ran into much worse. I was very fortunate to meet Kora, or else much worse things might have happened indeed," she added kindly about her new friend, shooting her a thankful smile.
She turned back to the dark blue male in front of her, trying her best to be casual among the crowd. "I dont believe I got your name...," she smiled.

Faiyrn nodded and smiled, giving the new female a gentle nudge to the shoulder in warm welcome before she returned to the group of males, one of whom was her mate. "So," she looked at the group. Toboe had run to them earlier, calling their names. "Kiba and Tsume, yes?" she looked at Toboe and nodded. "And hello to you again."

"Tsensu" he said to Dahlia, returning the smile.
Tsensu saw Faiyrn walk off to her mate and the other males that showed up. "Soo many males..." Tsensu sighed at the sight of soo many males. He turned back to Dahlia. "You must be excited to be surrounded by soo many males," he said half-jokingly "and soo many attractive ones too." He smiled at Prince. "It will make much competition for the ladies."

"Too many Males? That I can agree with." came a gruff but still feminine voice. She stepped out of the shadows that had hid her quite well. Thick black coat bounced with each step she took, red heart marking seemed to glow as light reflected off of it. Her step was slow, cautious and measured.
Her eyes scanned the place and she looked at Tsensu, the male she had heard speak. He was larger than she, and his coloration and markings were quite handsome. She nodded in greeting to him. She looked around at the wolves in the territory she stood in and nodded to Faiyrn whom she had met a time before, or so she felt certain she had.
She moved slowly, head lowered and ears back as she watched every movement with careful eyes. Her Golden gaze was nervous and uncertain. There were many wolves here with unatural colors and markings and that comforted her, and they too had seen the darkness...
In this place she was no longer alone... but at the same time, she was lonlier than ever. She walked past the group, her tail hanging low between her legs and she made her way to a quiet spot to lie down and watch the group. She didn't want to intrude on anyone's conversations.

Dekel cocked his head to the side as he watched the group grow before him. Thus far, it was made up mostly of males, he mused. However, there were a few females trickled in with the bunch. He paused as he saw Kora and a new wolf approach as well. Listening to them talk about the Darkness, he settled himself into a more comfortable position where he sat and watched. He had yet to really encounter anything to do with the Darkness (well, save for the packs disappearing and possibly that turtle incident, now that he thought about it) so he couldn't really give any input.
What did interest him, though, was Prince's reaction to the new wolf. He felt an amused smirk grow on his lips as he saw him interact with her. He was tempted to try and play match-maker, but he doubted he could stay interested in it for however long it would take. Though that didn't mean he couldn't poke fun at Prince.
Storing that little note to himself into the back of his mind, he blinked and turned as he heard a new voice enter the conversation. Dekel couldn't help but freeze a little bit at the sight of the female, before shaking it off quickly. She was definitely one of the more intimidating wolves he'd ever seen, but he wasn't the type to let that bother him for long.

Tsensu's eyes glued onto the new femme that appeard from the shadows. He really wanted to meet her, but he didn't want to be rude to Dahlia. "I don't mean to be rude, but from the looks of it Faiyrn appears busy introducing those other wolves over there. I think I'll go welcome the newcommer." He glanced at Prince before walking away. "You are in good hands."
Tsensu approached the attractive black female that showed up. "There is no reason to look so intimidated." He was referring to the way she tucked her tail and her head laying low when she showed herself. "I just arrived here not to long ago looking for a pack to join. Is that why your journey brought you here, to find a home, a pack?" He was interested in anything she had to say.

She watched as Tsensu excused himself and observed him as he approached her. Her cool, gleaming gold eyes were curious as she gave him an appraising glance before averting her eyes. "Intimidated... not so much... It's more Over-Precautious than anything else... old habits die hard. If you grew up where I did it would probably make more sense though... it must seem silly to act that way here." she looked around then gazed up at him once more.
"I swore to myself when I was younger I'd never join a pack so long as I lived, but times have changed and I've made some enemies I can't handle alone. An elder I met once told me there was strength and safety in numbers... and it seems to me that the wolves here and I have an enemy in common..." she looked at him for a moment, talking to others was usually uncomfortable, but the questions he asked her were so easy to answer that she couldn't help but speak. "I'm Kosheart... Ko or Heart for short, I don't really care what I'm called..." she said with a small shrug, her shoulders rolling casually. {Ko's Heart, there is no SHH sound, just for reference.}

Tsensu could tell that she must've had a sad past for her to act so 'over-precautious' as she called it. And what wolf wouldn't want to go find a pack of their own? What fun would it be to roam around all by yourself? This was troubling to Tsensu.
"Kosheart." Tsensu said to see what it would feel like to have her name dance on his tongue. He could obviously see where the 'heart' in her name came from. It decoreated her head and chest, but the heart insignia upon her looked more intimidating. An "X" was over the heart with spikes. It might as well have been an "Off limits" sign to Tsensu. Almost as if he couldn't have her heart. We shall see about that he thought. He continued to speak. "Kosheart, my name is Tsensu." He said with a smile. "I hope you strongly consider joining this pack, no only because we all have the same enemy here but because.." Tsensu picked his words carefully "I enjoy your company. It's a silly thing to say when we've only just met, but it's true." Tsensu blushed a little, trying to not dwell on what he just said he changed the subject. "Everyone I've met so far is very nice. The first was the Alphess, I'm sure you'll like her."
