Dre stopped spinning the blade with both hands and held it with one, as if it was a spear. He could feel a different type of chakra emitting for Chaos's body. Unsure of the nature of the chakra, Dre slowly began to move attempting to put a little more distance between them. The Naginata was a little lighter then he would have expected, but that would only work to his advantage. He watched as Chaos seemed to rust of the sword, it was interesting for Dre to watch; he had never seen a jutsu that could rust steel so quickly. As he swung the sword Dre hesitated, until he felt a large force of wind, but because of his hesitation Dre didn't have enough time to move. He clenched the the Naginata tightly, there was no way to stop the wind, so he had to use it. He pulled the naginata in front of him as he seemed to begin to fade away, his body at Chaos's distance would be barely visible. As the window came to him it simply moved through him as if it was only a ghost. After the wind had completely past him Dre's body began to reform. He moved the naginata back down to his side. "I didn't want to use my Kekkei Genkai so early.." He said while watching Chaos. Three times is the maximum... Have to be careful not to over do it.. He thought to himself.
[ Oh, sorry about the long wait, was getting a bit tangled up and the battle slipped my mind. ]

Hmm... He can phase through my attacks. I wonder how many times he can do that? This sword can only handle three of my forsaken sword attacks... Two now... I will have to wait until he nears for me to strike again.
Chaos chuckled a bit as Dre phased through his attack. "Amusing... Though I wonder how much chakara that wastes or what kind of strain that puts on the body." Chaos just chuckled as vines began to move in the earth. Chaos was going to force a move. Suddenly to the left of Dre a long demon vine shot up from the earth to pierce Dre.

Dre smirked a little, as he held the naginata at his side watching Chaos. "Don't worry, Sensei, I'll still have enough to take you down." He said boastfully, which probably wasn't the best move. After seeing Chaos's first attack he was content on making the distance between them bigger, because with more distance gave him more time to react; but one thing was certain attacks from the sky would be considered of limits, due to the range of that attack. Dre slowly moved his foot back a little, but was stopped as a demon vine erupted from the floor and attempted to pierce through him. He quickly jumped backwards to dodge it, but something had happened as he jumped back he realized the vine was covering where Chaos was last standing. "Darn it.." He mumbled under his breath, awaiting the vine to move or attack again.

Chaos didn't say a word as he controlled his vines. His vine curved and arced at Dre to attack again. Along with that however more vines shot from the earth at Dre to attack him as well from all directions around him.

Dre quickly looked behind him as the vine made its way around him, this wasn't good. While watching the first vine, Dre felt a rubble in the floor and looked forwards to see more vines that darted towards him. He had been forced into a very simple, but deadly trap. It also seemed as if Chaos was trying to make Dre over use his Kekki Genkai, but this time he had to use it this time, or be killed. Dre ran towards to Chaos's last known position. As the vines came towards him, he jumped into the air, then activated his kekki genkai, making himself intangible and allowing him to completely faze through the vines. Once he was over Chaos his body became tangible again. He kept moving forwards though and landed a few feet behind Chaos, he was a little closer then before.

Chaos didn't turn around as Dre landed behind him. Chaos just shrugged and then chuckled. "Well Dre? My back is to you. You have a clear advantage, you better take advantage of it. Or are you to afraid to move in close." Chaos said as the sword in his hand began to glow with Chaos's forsaken chakara once more.

Dre stopped and though, but only for a few seconds. He smirked and stabbed the head of the Naginata into the ground he formed a few hand seals. Dre created a three clones with the jutsu and pulled the Naginata from the ground. Two of the clones ran towards Chaos, forming a triangle as they made there way to there target. But Dre and the last clone seemed to be waiting for something, Chaos announced his disadvantage, but with someone such as him it was hard to build on and disadvantage.

"Hehe... Dark Ribbons..." Chaos said as he suddenly spun around swinging his sword horizontally and like before a ribbon of dark energy shot forward. However unlike last time this ribbon was like a large blade flying through that air. (It basic dark ribbon is a stabbing accurate attack, this one is like a slashing attack with the forsaken energy.) It was large enough to cut through Dre's clones and Dre himself but Chaos wasn't done yet. Charging his sword again with the energy he slashed upward creating another dark ribbon and combined with the horizontal slash formed a cross that would slice through all that stood in its way.
With that third attack however, the sword's blade suddenly turned to dust. It seemed the blade was unable to handle the forsaken chakara Chaos expelled from his body.
