Well, I thought I was never going to be able to post in here, but it turns out that I'm wrong.
I am a graphic designer, graduating with an Associate's degree in December. Just recently I was hired onto the design team of, of all places, a PET STORE! =D A huge one, and I'm loving it. I started Monday, and it's so great to be able to walk out of the rbeak room and see tanks of fish.

I wanted to be a veterinarian since I was able to love, appreciate, and admire animals -- a tender age of 4 or 5 perhaps.
Now I've changed my mind.
I'm still pursuing a Biology Degree until something changes my course from that, but so far I know I love Math and Science too much to stray from such a choice.

I'll do anything animal related, as long as I'm actually helping the creatures. I know that if I worked as some receptionist (?) for some nice charity organization, that'd be great, but I don't think I could possibly . . . stay focused? It's hard to explain. Everytime we do ANYTHING animal related in school, I'm interested, am able to stay much more focused, and get great grades. I dunno. It's just the way I operate.

I'm definitely going to be an entomologist. You know that feeling you get when you're so joyful it feels like you're going to explode? I get that about bugs. Just seeing them crawl around and do their everyday things makes me so incredibly happy. Besides that, any creature that tiny with that huge of an impact on the environment commands respect. I'm thinking of going for a PhD but I haven't decided yet.

I don't plan on pursuing a career with animals because I know that I wouldn't be able to stand the sight of hurting them or their blood, those kind of things make me sick. If I was a vetrenarian or anything, I wouldn't be able to stand not being able to save an animal. Of course, when I get older I plan on taking in any harmed strays I find. Who here doesn't?
