Yuke of XV TheXFactor Just cause you don't care who is below doesn't mean they don't count. For example. I can careless Obama is President, but yet he is above me. And he can make laws, I can't. I do care however about the Daniel Bryan, but yet WWE has gotten rid of him. Thus your theory about who you care about above you, and don't care about below actually matters is null & void. BOOM! I win. twisted Does he make laws? Because I could've sworn that he's been pretty useless thus far. Argument continued Yes he makes laws. Through they are vague and stupid they are laws none the less. For example. Not to long ago The US has closed off and 80 miles stretch of land, from the Mexican boarder at Arizona. Making it against the law to go anywhere into it. Basically he gave Mexico 80 miles of land to Mexico because Mexican Para-Military has basically taken control of it. Please Yuke, I've said this to you before. You not going to win in argument against me, unless it's about comics.

The President can only veto laws or sign them into power. The president is not even needed, if he vetoes the bill, it can still be passed with a 2/3 vote in the House and Senate.
