There should be tests. Like a writting test to prove you are a good "name of type here". So for a jedi or sith, you would have to show good use of powers, teachings, controle......Unlike Prime.....dont tell him i said that. ninja

Mercs are wonderful, but unfortunately, they have a tendency to be just another name for bounty hunter.
A difference, no less, but often too small to make a worthwhile attempt.
Most merc people always have some sponser who acts just like any bounty hunter would.
Though there are several thigns I kinda would like to see in the new RP:
1) A jedi/sith with a pole-saber, someone who actually focuses on lightsabers instead of the force. (everyone followed my example, save for perhaps FP and Angel...)
2) Several different species for characters, besides human and mandelorian...
and 3) someone actually try and be a hutt. Crime lord naturally, but a hutt none-the-less... a frustrated hutt who can't seem to catch Cale or someone...

Sometimes he gets a little overboard, but for the most part, he actually has a character that is unique. I would rather have Oryo's periodic surrealism than the most advanced literate (and yet, again) mandelorian bounty hunter with more money than god and a reputation to back it up. Plus, at least Oryo has a character yet to be copied by another. Try that with Boba, or even mine...
