That's a tough one... Well...
Misaki will confess to him and if he leaves her, then she'll never forgive him. Usui will DEFINITELY defy his grandpa's decision ~
What if Misaki was really a rich girl, equal to the Takumi-Walker family and had to marry Usui because her family is close to their's? Will she go along with the plan or not?

The three idiots,Usui,Misaki along with everyone in seika, will fight back.
what if Usui loses his memory and when Misaki helps him to get it back,he doesn't love her,or the part Misaki couldn't retrieve was loving her???????

She would confess her love and stay with him, helping him, hanging out with him and loving him till he finally felt new love spring heart
What if Misaki got a total personality change and suddenly began acting completely different and like one of all those other girls confessing to Usui?

this one is super hard, specialy cuz thats the reason y usui doesnt like the other girls, but ok this is my answer, i think he'll still love misaki and he'll try figuring out y she changed all of a sudden. what if usui's grandpa threaten him by tellin him he'll kill misaki or make her life miserable if he doesnt marry a girl he (usui's grandpa) picked?

Usui would pretend to go with his grandpa's wishes but pull a mad move and not end up with another girl,. What if misaki quit her job at the cafe?
