2. To explain how its implementation will affect the average American citizen and family.
I'm not American, so I guess the site doesn't count for me.

Spastic waffles Quote: Ok, one more I just found that would give children way more ideas than these books ever would: Quote: Do you realize Rowling has just made the creator of the Sorcerer's Stone 666 years old? Do you realize what this means? Since the number, '666', is a symbol of Antichrist and his Mark of the Beast [Revelation 13:18] and since Rowling ties this number to the Elixir of Life, Harry Potter is teaching children that the way to achieve eternal life [Elixir of Life] is to obey the Antichrist and take his Mark of the Beast! What 10-18 year-old reading these books is going to think of this, unless they already know things about the occult? I know I didn't and never would have were it not for this website. I read the 1st book when I was 6. I never would have picked that up. Who even knows that 666 is an evil number? 13 is the evil number. Cheering Charms -- Isn't it amazing that people who reject the Gospel of Jesus Christ have to conjure up a "Cheering Charm"? [p. 294] ???? *gasp* The number 294. That's such an evil number because it's in the Harry Potter books!!!!! *faints*

I think this has to be one of the funniest things I have ever read! Oh no, Harry is 13 in the third book, 13 is Satan's number for rebellion and blah blah blah. Uh, you were 13 once, does that make you Satan's little helper? These people bother me...but it's still funny.

I pity the people who made that site, as they can't tell the difference between fiction and reality. So sad

The whole populace is not going to believe that s**t. I mean, come on- the book's nearly ending anyways, as are the movies, and no-one can stop the majority of the peoples from reading it. I mean, if we can get a hand on it, no one can stop us unless parents do.
And I know a handful of parents who love the series as well. No one's seriously going to take that...well, seriously.

This drives me mad! Seriously, I could find anti-christ things all over Narnia or any other book, but nooooooo they choose to do it on Harry Potter. So you know what, I found all the bible like things IN Harry Poter. 1) Dobby- like gabrel, the angel that told Jesus where to go and move to stay away from being killed. Dobby, told Harry where it was safe to go and where not to go( even though he didnt listen).
2) Dumbeldors Army- The way I look at it, there kind of like the appostles, they try to spread a word accross right?
there are so so so so so many more i read on the internet. try looking them up. then we can show those people that Harry Potter in anything But anti-christ.

Lots of uber religious christian groups believe that anything that does not glorify Godor has characters that seem to be self relient, are evil. Those types of groups are the type of people who sit there bash gays and talk about how you need to atone for your sins or you'll go to hell even if you're only sin was taking a cookie when your mom said not too. It's complete and utter B.S. but freedom of speech, religion and stupidity.

I'm a christian and personally I think God has better things to do than to worry about who's reading Harry Potter. There's war out there and many of our soilders risking their lifes, I'm sure keeps God pretty busy. Perhaps if these people who condemn Harry Potter looked with in themselves a bit they would realize that God wouldn't even want them to worry about Harry Potter when there is much more in the world to take care of. I hope this makes sense. By the way my Mom is very much against Harry Potter and she has never read it either. She Got her information from a Christian, I think it was Dobson. Not sure. I think the point of Harry Potter really is the value of friendship, freedom to make our own chooses and conquering evil. God's message isn't much different. Love, freedom to make our own chooses and coming against Satan. Same message if you ask me. I think J.K. Rowling is right on. Three cheers for her and Harry Potter.

Man, these guys are..amazing bigots. They really are. It's kind of like ChristianParty.net
anyone who hasn't seen that sight should go do so now. They're just as bad. You know, I love it when people tend to forget things. Or at least stupid, idiotic people like these buggers. Honestly...I think the quote "Those in glass houses should not throw stones" DIFINITELY applies here...

*holds her side becuase it hurts from laughing* G. "Uncle Vernon made another funny noise, like a mouse being trodden on." [p. 47] Remember Adolf Hitler, the most famous Black Magick wizard in modern history? He depicted Jews as Rats in his Propaganda Machinery, convincing the Germans they should extermination the "vermin".
