You can switch Crystal with Vincente. Vincente is Kageko's brother so it'd make more sense for him to be in Suna than for Krystal to be in Suna mrgreen . He's a chuunin as well, so it's not like it'll be an unfair switch-off.
EDIT- Oh, shoot, nevermind sweatdrop . Forgot that his genin rpc was in Suna >_< .

Well, seeing how Mint's rpc, Serina, is also being trained by me in Suna, how about this.
Vincente in Konoha <-> Crystal in Suna
Vincente's genin in Suna <-> Mint's genin rpc in Kiri
I think that would help settle the above two problems.

I think you're mixing up the Mints Lilly.... Aren't Serina and the rpc in Kiri both played by Mints Angel while Crystal (Suna) and Angelica (Konoha) are played by little mintchan?

There's only one problem with that.... Kiri will have 4 chuunins while the other two villages only have two. Other than that, though, I don't see anything wrong with it as long as Minty agrees.

If by balance you're talking about the chuunin, then we could always try this:
Crystal (Suna) <-> Havik (Kiri)
Hiruzen (Suna) <-> Haseo (Konoha)
Kageko (Suna) <-> Serina (Kiri) and then Kageko (Kiri) <-> Faith (Konoha)
It'll get both Serina, Havik, and Haseo back to Suna so I doubt that they'll complain all that much. Crystal would have to stay in Kiri, though, but I doubt that she'll complain (there's more than enough water there). Kageko and Hiruzen will return to Konoha together and they'll be with Vincente as well so we're a lot better off than before. As for Faith, well Faith and Crystal are siblings so I'm guessing that they'd want to stick together. Ummm.... I don't see any problems with this but I might be wrong so.... Yeah, check it for me please sweatdrop ?

Nope, from what I can tell, what you have looks really good Kage. I think that's the best solution so far. And yeah, Faith and Crystal perfer to be together so that works well.
