Well, I'll enter, BUT, I'm in the UK right now, so I can't do an actual scan. Is it ok if I take a picture if it's clear enough? (I may be able to clear it up in paint.net or something also.)
OH!! and IDEA TIME!! I know that I have a hard time coming up with ideas and stuff, and someone already mentioned this will hopefully help their art block, so may I suggest a monthly themed contest, that may not have as much of a prize (still something of course, but not near as much) and then maybe the seasonal ones as well?
Just an idea. It's interesting to see what people come up with for a vague topic such as "water".

I'll try but the picture might come out in low quality because i don't know if my Grandparents have a scanner or not and im leaving tommorow so i will try still,i'll draw on the plane biggrin

XD I just double checked the end date... XD I thought it said June 31st, not July 31st.
